Press Communique
The NATO aggression against Yugoslavia in 1999 has not resolved any
problems, rather the opposite. There is undiminished terrorist and
separatist activity, with the final aim in the minds of the
perpetrators of creating a Greater Albania on the territory of Serbia,
Montenegro, Macedonia and Greece. The Balkan region continues to be
unstable, with thousands of people very recently forced from their
homes, joining hundreds of thousands of refugees from civil wars since
1991. The region remains undeveloped and social tensions are rising.
The terrorism in Kosovo and Metohija is linked to wider international
terrorist activity, organised crime and narco-trafficking.
Five years after the bombing of Yugoslavia, Yugoslavia has ceased to
exist. Fittingly, the document abolishing the over seventy years old
multi-ethnic state was signed by Javier Solana, the then Secretary
General of NATO who had authorised the commencement 1999 of the 1999
bombing.
The current organised violent offensive against the remaining Serbian
population in Kosovo and Metohija is only one of many consequences of
the NATO aggression, hand in glove with the terrorist KLA which acted
as NATO death squads.
These are some of assessments of the participants of the Round Table
entitled 'NATO Aggression, Five Years After' held in Belgrade on 24th
March 2004 under the auspices of the Belgrade Forum for the World of
Equals.
The premises of the Ethnographic Museum could hardly accommodate all of
the several hundred guests who came from all over Serbia and
Montenegro, as well as from various European countries, to analyse
causes and consequences of the aggression, to voice condemnation of
NATO aggression as a crime against peace and humanity, to pay their
respects to thousands of victims and express solidarity with Serbia and
Montenegro.
The speakers included, among others, military analysts and retired
generals Dr Radovan Radinovic, Bosko Todirovic, Dusan Vilic and Sreten
Cupic, philosopher and academician Mihajlo Markovic, Bishop Irinej
Bulovic of the Serbian Orthodox Church, writers Professor Yelena
Guskova from Russia, Noah Tucker from Great Britain, Yves Bataille,
Emile Vlajki and Milla Aleckovic from France, Dr Miloje Milicevic from
Germany, Professor Veselin Djuretic, Prof Ivon Cukolovic, Prof Pavel
Bubanja, Dr Stanislav Stojanovic, Dr Miodrag Mitic, Yugoslav former
foriegn minister Zivadin Jovovic and others.
An appeal has been addressed to politicians, friends of Serbia and
Montenegro in Europe and in the World, to intellectuals, the media, and
to all well-wishers, to strongly condemn terrorism in Kosovo and
Metohia as strongly as when it occurs elsewhwere in the world, to
condemn the ethnic cleansing of Serbs and other non-Albanians, the
destruction of churches and other religious monuments, and all other
crimes which have been committed, and which continue in the prescence
of 20, 000 troops under the auspices of the United Nations. Between
three and four thousand people have been cleansed and about thirty have
been killed, hundreds of homes have been burned down and thirty
monasteries and churches destroyed.
All participants demanded that the personal responsibilty be taken by
Mr Hari Holkeri, Special Representave of the UN Secretary General, for
failing to undertake effective measures to prevent the latest appalling
crimes against ethnic Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija, and
deliberately trivialising their consequences.
The authorities in Serbia and Montenegro should be making continuous
diplomatic efforts to protecting Kosovo and Metohia as an unalienable
part of Serbia, and supporting it by the provisions of the OECD
Helsinki Final Document, UN Charter, the peace accords after the First
and Second World Wars, and insisting on exact and full implementation
of UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999.
UNSC Resolution 1244 and the 1999 Agreement of Kumanovo provide for
immediate deployment of certain Serbian military and police forces in
Kosovo and Metohia. Five years have elapsed and this has not been
implemented. Serbian Government is must undertake a diplomatic
offensive to have this obligation by the so-called international
community put into effect. But instead of insisting on this, Serbia's
current 'democratic' prime minister has offered, as an absurd
substitute, the deployment of Serbian troops in Afghanistan, Iraq and
elsewhere.
The final document of the Round Table calls also for bringing to
justice all those responsible for the more than 4,000 terrorist attacks
against Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija which have taken place since the
so-called international community took responsibility for peace, order
and respect for basic human rights in Kosovo and Metohija.
Participants in this important international conference declared that
they commemmorate the victims of NATO aggression against Yugoslavia in
the spirit that such a crime aginst the basic principles of
international order, peace and humanity should never be repeated
anywhere in the world.

I am Andrea Martocchia, of the Italian Coordination for Yugoslavia
(CNJ).
Some months ago we received a complaint from you, because we had
distributed on JUGOINFO a message, containing strong criticism againsts
Elie Wiesel, and in which the crimes committed by the Sharon government
in Israel were mentioned too.
At the time you promised to comment about Elie Wiesel's anti-yugoslav
and serbophobic inclinations.
However, since then we have been receiving from you and your
collaborators a big amount of materials - which should among others
"document the Nazi roots of the Palestinian leaders" - but not one
single word about Elie Wiesel.
Actually, we are still convinced that not only Elie Wiesel's
anti-yugoslav and serbophobic inclinations should be urgently commented
from your side; we are also convinced that the very negative attitude
of influential jewish personalities (1) and groups (2) towards
Yugoslavia should be finally exposed and commented, especially by other
Jews, like you, who may be able to clarify the strong contradictions
which appear to exist within the jewish world, with respect to
Yugoslavia.
We think that within every people or culture it may be possible to find
different opinions on any possible issue, including the Jews and
including Yugoslavia... One can find good and bad individuals, tolerant
or fanatic personalities, open-minded or tribalistic attitudes,
democrats as well as fascists.
Don't you agree?

(1) Apart from Elie Wiesel, it would be very important to expose the
dirty job made by some French "intellectuals" of jewish origin, like
Henri-Levy, Glucksmann, Finkielkraut, who have been spreading hate
against the Serbs and Yugoslavia all the time.

Da cinque anni, il Kossovo subisce la pulizia etnica
Perch� gli USA vogliono creare un altro �Israele� nei Balcani

Quelli che hanno gi� visto il film, non dovrebbero quindi essere
sorpresi.

In realt�, la guerra �terminata� nel giugno del 99, non lo � del tutto.
Perch� i suoi obiettivi reali non sono stati sempre raggiunti.
La versione ufficiale per l�opinione pubblica, era: gli USA � con
l�Europa � hanno attaccato la Jugoslavia per fermare un �genocidio�.
E� stato poi riconosciuto ( ma discretamente ) che non c�� stato nessun
genocidio. Il fabbricante di questa menzogna mediatica? Alastair
Campbell, il consigliere per le comunicazioni di Blair, inventore anche
delle �armi di distruzione di massa� irakene.
Comunque, i fatti parlano. Il Kossovo occupato dalla NATO � sottoposto
da cinque anni ad una vera pulizia etnica permanente che ha ucciso
2.500 abitanti, rapito 1.200 scomparsi e cacciato 230.000 non �
Albanesi: Serbi, Rom, Ebrei, Turchi, Mussulmani, Gorani, ecc .
Con la complicit� degli Stati Uniti, dicono i poliziotti tedeschi in
missione laggi�: �Quando si vede come i peggiori mafiosi godono
apertamente della protezione degli Americani, si � presi da una crisi
di collera�
Balcani: si combatte per una zona strategica
- Quali erano allora i veri scopi di questa guerra? -
1� Liquidare l�autogestione e i diritti sociali dei lavoratori
iugoslavi per privatizzare. La crisi impone alle multinazionali di
conquistare senza sosta nuove �terre�, nuovi mercati. Con le bombe
quando � necessario.
Dopo aver calpestato la sicurezza sociale ed i diritti dei lavoratori,
US Steel, per esempio, ha potuto raccattare per un pezzo di pane
Sartid, la pi� grande industria siderurgica dei Balcani.
Delocalizzazione in prospettiva, ed anche in Europa. Le
multinazionali hanno creduto di aver vinto imponendo a Belgrado un
governo del FMI, ma questo governo � stato totalmente sconfessato dalle
recenti elezioni.
2�Controllare la via strategica dei Balcani. Berlino vuole che la
strada del petrolio passi per il Danubio ( dunque a Belgrado ) per
incamminare verso Amburgo e Rotterdam il petrolio ed il gas del Caucaso
e del Medio Oriente.
( questa servir� anche per i prodotti delle industrie delocalizzate nei
Balcani )
Cercando di indebolire e controllare l�Europa, Washington vuole un
tracciato pi� a sud, attraverso i suoi Stati � marionette: Bulgaria,
Macedonia, Albania.
A questo scopo, ha costruito in Kossovo una gigantesca base militare:
Camp Bondsteel ( mostrata nel film �I Dannati del Kossovo� )
Perch� Washington utilizza dei terroristi
Lo strumento degli Usa per realizzare questo piano strategico?
L� UCK, movimento nazionalista degenerato, che ha sempre voluto creare
una �Grande Albania� etnicamente pura ( Albania + Kossovo + pezzi di
Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro e Grecia).
Mentre dichiarava questa UCK �terrorista�, Washington l�ha
letteralmente comprata, e ribattezzata �combattenti della libert� �.
Scopo? Fare esplodere quella Jugoslavia, allora troppo a sinistra,
e crearsi un nuovo Israele nei Balcani.
Perch�? Guardate come Israele li serve bene in Medio Oriente!!
Uno Stato - marionetta, una iper - armata finanziata da Washington,
un gendarme che ha gi� aggredito tutti i suoi vicini, un focolaio
di tensioni permanente da accendere ogni volta che si vuole affievolire
la resistenza dei popoli della regione.
Creare nei Balcani un nuovo Israele, anch�esso fanatizzato da una
dottrina di pulizia etnica e di apartheid, � molto utile per
Wasington.
Uno stato cos� dipendente non rimetter� mai in discussione la sua
enorme base militare strategica. Servir� a tutte le manovre USA per
destabilizzare il continente europeo, in questa epoca di guerra
economica intensa.
Ecco perch� gli Stati Uniti, secondo l�esperto canadese Chossudovsky,
hanno concluso �un matrimonio di interesse con la mafia in Kossovo� .
Oggi l�UCK vuole terminare la pulizia attaccando Mitrovica,
sola zona in cui vivono ancora dei Serbi.
E gli incidenti esplodono dappertutto nello stesso tempo!
�Una violenza pianificata, coordinata, a senso unico contro i Serbi.
Niente nel Kossovo si produce spontaneamente.�
Spiega un responsabile della polizia dell�ONU.
Peccato che i media abbiano di nuovo presentato questi �progroms� come
�scontri interetnici� mentre si tratta di una operazione organizzata
di pulizia etnica ( �una notte dei cristalli � ha dichiarato un
responsabile dell�ONU ).
Peccato che essi abbiano riferito la voce � menzogna mediatica ,
secondo la quale tre bambini albanesi sarebbero stati gettati nel fiume
ed annegati da dei Serbi.
Menzogne pur smentite fin dalle prime ore da Derek Chapell,
responsabile della polizia dell� ONU nel Kossovo.
Perch� ora?
Irak, Palestina, Afghanistan, Balcani
una sola guerra globale
Questa rivalit� tra Stati Uniti ed Europa � la vera chiave del dramma
attuale. I soldati francesi sono il bersaglio. Il colpo viene da
Washington.
In Irak , Bush si sta impantanando e n� Chirac n� Schroder fanno niente
per aiutarlo a uscire dai guai.
In pi�, l�attentato di Madrid ha indebolito le alleanze europee degli
USA.
Ecco dunque la �rappresaglia� della Casa Bianca.
Il �segnale di via libera� ai terroristi UCK.
Il fattore locale conta moltissimo. Il nuovo governo Kostunica ha
appena rimpiazzato un governo di capitolazione nazionale.
Il popolo serbo manifesta sempre la sua resistenza, anche attraverso un
voto confuso, in mancanza di una alternativa sviluppata a sinistra.
Ma con questo attacco, Washington intende destabilizzare e sottomettere
Kostunica.
Proteggendo ed armando i terroristi UCK, Washington rinforza l�odio
tra Serbi ed Albanesi. Come in Afghanistan ( altra via di petrolio ) ed
in Irak,
�divide et impera�.
Riuscito? L� UCK brucia dei monasteri ortodossi, e dei razzisti serbi
rispondono bruciando una moschea.
Idioti, perch� i Kossovari non sono affatto mussulmani.
Idioti, perch� Washington non � l�amico, ma il nemico dei mussulmani.
Un esponente mussulmano di Serbia ha condannato questo attentato contro
la moschea, ma ha aggiunto che � La responsabilit� maggiore � della
comunit� internazionale�
E� tempo di riaprire il dibattito sulla Jugoslavia.
Il sostegno della sinistra europea alla Nato fu una tragedia di cui
sono vittime i popoli.
Cinque anni di risultati levano tutti i dubbi:
privatizzazione, miseria sociale, pulizia etnica e mafia nel Kossovo,
era questo che si doveva difendere ?
Le guerre degli Stati Uniti non sono mai �umanitarie� .

In realt�, la guerra �terminata� nel giugno del 99, non lo � del tutto.
Perch� i suoi obiettivi reali non sono stati sempre raggiunti.
La versione ufficiale per l�opinione pubblica, era: gli USA � con
l�Europa � hanno attaccato la Jugoslavia per fermare un �genocidio�.
E� stato poi riconosciuto ( ma discretamente ) che non c�� stato nessun
genocidio. Il fabbricante di questa menzogna mediatica? Alastair
Campbell, il consigliere per le comunicazioni di Blair, inventore anche
delle �armi di distruzione di massa� irakene.
Comunque, i fatti parlano. Il Kossovo occupato dalla NATO � sottoposto
da cinque anni ad una vera pulizia etnica permanente che ha ucciso
2.500 abitanti, rapito 1.200 scomparsi e cacciato 230.000 non �
Albanesi: Serbi, Rom, Ebrei, Turchi, Mussulmani, Gorani, ecc .
Con la complicit� degli Stati Uniti, dicono i poliziotti tedeschi in
missione laggi�: �Quando si vede come i peggiori mafiosi godono
apertamente della protezione degli Americani, si � presi da una crisi
di collera�
Balcani: si combatte per una zona strategica
- Quali erano allora i veri scopi di questa guerra? -
1� Liquidare l�autogestione e i diritti sociali dei lavoratori
iugoslavi per privatizzare. La crisi impone alle multinazionali di
conquistare senza sosta nuove �terre�, nuovi mercati. Con le bombe
quando � necessario.
Dopo aver calpestato la sicurezza sociale ed i diritti dei lavoratori,
US Steel, per esempio, ha potuto raccattare per un pezzo di pane
Sartid, la pi� grande industria siderurgica dei Balcani.
Delocalizzazione in prospettiva, ed anche in Europa. Le
multinazionali hanno creduto di aver vinto imponendo a Belgrado un
governo del FMI, ma questo governo � stato totalmente sconfessato dalle
recenti elezioni.
2�Controllare la via strategica dei Balcani. Berlino vuole che la
strada del petrolio passi per il Danubio ( dunque a Belgrado ) per
incamminare verso Amburgo e Rotterdam il petrolio ed il gas del Caucaso
e del Medio Oriente.
( questa servir� anche per i prodotti delle industrie delocalizzate nei
Balcani )
Cercando di indebolire e controllare l�Europa, Washington vuole un
tracciato pi� a sud, attraverso i suoi Stati � marionette: Bulgaria,
Macedonia, Albania.
A questo scopo, ha costruito in Kossovo una gigantesca base militare:
Camp Bondsteel ( mostrata nel film �I Dannati del Kossovo� )
Perch� Washington utilizza dei terroristi
Lo strumento degli Usa per realizzare questo piano strategico?
L� UCK, movimento nazionalista degenerato, che ha sempre voluto creare
una �Grande Albania� etnicamente pura ( Albania + Kossovo + pezzi di
Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro e Grecia).
Mentre dichiarava questa UCK �terrorista�, Washington l�ha
letteralmente comprata, e ribattezzata �combattenti della libert� �.
Scopo? Fare esplodere quella Jugoslavia, allora troppo a sinistra,
e crearsi un nuovo Israele nei Balcani.
Perch�? Guardate come Israele li serve bene in Medio Oriente!!
Uno Stato - marionetta, una iper - armata finanziata da Washington,
un gendarme che ha gi� aggredito tutti i suoi vicini, un focolaio
di tensioni permanente da accendere ogni volta che si vuole affievolire
la resistenza dei popoli della regione.
Creare nei Balcani un nuovo Israele, anch�esso fanatizzato da una
dottrina di pulizia etnica e di apartheid, � molto utile per
Wasington.
Uno stato cos� dipendente non rimetter� mai in discussione la sua
enorme base militare strategica. Servir� a tutte le manovre USA per
destabilizzare il continente europeo, in questa epoca di guerra
economica intensa.
Ecco perch� gli Stati Uniti, secondo l�esperto canadese Chossudovsky,
hanno concluso �un matrimonio di interesse con la mafia in Kossovo� .
Oggi l�UCK vuole terminare la pulizia attaccando Mitrovica,
sola zona in cui vivono ancora dei Serbi.
E gli incidenti esplodono dappertutto nello stesso tempo!
�Una violenza pianificata, coordinata, a senso unico contro i Serbi.
Niente nel Kossovo si produce spontaneamente.�
Spiega un responsabile della polizia dell�ONU.
Peccato che i media abbiano di nuovo presentato questi �progroms� come
�scontri interetnici� mentre si tratta di una operazione organizzata
di pulizia etnica ( �una notte dei cristalli � ha dichiarato un
responsabile dell�ONU ).
Peccato che essi abbiano riferito la voce � menzogna mediatica ,
secondo la quale tre bambini albanesi sarebbero stati gettati nel fiume
ed annegati da dei Serbi.
Menzogne pur smentite fin dalle prime ore da Derek Chapell,
responsabile della polizia dell� ONU nel Kossovo.
Perch� ora?
Irak, Palestina, Afghanistan, Balcani
una sola guerra globale
Questa rivalit� tra Stati Uniti ed Europa � la vera chiave del dramma
attuale. I soldati francesi sono il bersaglio. Il colpo viene da
Washington.
In Irak , Bush si sta impantanando e n� Chirac n� Schroder fanno niente
per aiutarlo a uscire dai guai.
In pi�, l�attentato di Madrid ha indebolito le alleanze europee degli
USA.
Ecco dunque la �rappresaglia� della Casa Bianca.
Il �segnale di via libera� ai terroristi UCK.
Il fattore locale conta moltissimo. Il nuovo governo Kostunica ha
appena rimpiazzato un governo di capitolazione nazionale.
Il popolo serbo manifesta sempre la sua resistenza, anche attraverso un
voto confuso, in mancanza di una alternativa sviluppata a sinistra.
Ma con questo attacco, Washington intende destabilizzare e sottomettere
Kostunica.
Proteggendo ed armando i terroristi UCK, Washington rinforza l�odio
tra Serbi ed Albanesi. Come in Afghanistan ( altra via di petrolio ) ed
in Irak,
�divide et impera�.
Riuscito? L� UCK brucia dei monasteri ortodossi, e dei razzisti serbi
rispondono bruciando una moschea.
Idioti, perch� i Kossovari non sono affatto mussulmani.
Idioti, perch� Washington non � l�amico, ma il nemico dei mussulmani.
Un esponente mussulmano di Serbia ha condannato questo attentato contro
la moschea, ma ha aggiunto che � La responsabilit� maggiore � della
comunit� internazionale�
E� tempo di riaprire il dibattito sulla Jugoslavia.
Il sostegno della sinistra europea alla Nato fu una tragedia di cui
sono vittime i popoli.
Cinque anni di risultati levano tutti i dubbi:
privatizzazione, miseria sociale, pulizia etnica e mafia nel Kossovo,
era questo che si doveva difendere ?
Le guerre degli Stati Uniti non sono mai �umanitarie� .
