Gli sciacalli umanitari sul Darfur
I guai di Kouchner e i volenterosi complici in Italia
E’ una bella rogna quella che il presidente francese Sarkozy sta cercando di risolvere in Ciad. Sono stati infatti rilasciati sette dei diciassette europei (soprattutto francesi) arrestati per un traffico di bambini africani diretto verso la Francia ed altri paesi europei.
L’associazione che organizza questo traffico è una organizzazione non governativa “umanitaria” (“L’Arca di Zoe”) che però operava in Ciad con un altre nome (“Children Rescue”) ed è molto ammanicata con l’attuale ministro degli esteri francese Bernard Kouchner.
Questa ONG, aveva spacciato dei bambini ciadiani (per di più con famiglia anche se poverissime) come orfani di profughi del Darfur. Non è la prima volta che accade. Era accaduto in Italia quattro anni fa quando la nave umanitaria Cap Anamur aveva cercato di far entrare in Italia un gruppo di profughi africani sostenendo che erano “profughi del Darfur” martoriato dalla pulizia etnica. Ma nessuno di quei profughi era sudanese né proveniva dal Darfur, erano solo stati strumentalizzati per alimentare una operazione politico-mediatica umanitaria che contribuisse a facilitare la strada all’intervento militare della NATO contro il Sudan.
La vicenda del traffico di bambini africani del Ciad spacciati come profughi dal Darfur, sta rivelando così lo sciacallaggio che sovrintende all’operazione militare-umanitaria in corso contro il Sudan (e l’influenza cinese in Africa) da parte dell’amministrazione USA e dei suoi complici in Europa.
L’incidente che ha messo in difficoltà il ministro degli esteri Kouchner è rivelatore di molte cose.
Kouchner è da anni il teorico della guerra umanitaria. Strumentalizzando il suo ruolo di presidente dell’organizzazione “Medecin sans Frontières”, l’ha sobillata e gestita nel caso del Kosovo. E’ addirittura diventato governatore del Kosovo occupato dai contingenti della NATO ordinando ai soldati della NATO lo sgombero violento dei minatori serbi ed albanesi che avevano occupato le miniere di Trepca contro la svendita di questa risorsa all’International Crisis Group di George Soros (grande finanziatore dei secessionisti kosovari, della guerra umanitaria e dello stesso Kouchner). Kouchner è stato eletto deputato nelle file del partito socialista francese ma è stato poi chiamato dal governo di destra di Sarkozy a fare il ministro degli esteri.
Le responsabilità di Kouchner nella preparazione di una nuova guerra umanitaria nel Darfur contro il Sudan, sono evidenti e la vicenda del traffico dei bambini africani lo inchioda. “Kouchner è il responsabile morale di questo caso, per aver instillato l’idea falsa di un genocidio nel Darfur. Le cifre da lui fatte sono false”. A rilasciare queste affermazioni è un uomo che conosce molto bene Kouchner trattandosi di Rony Brauman, l’ex presidente di MSF (1)
Non è un mistero che Bernard Kouchner sia un uomo della lobby filo-israeliana e filo-statunitense molto attiva in Francia. Allo stesso modo non è un mistero che la rete più attiva nella campagna tesa a scatenare una nuova “guerra umanitaria” contro il Sudan sia la lobby filo-israeliana negli Stati Uniti che da anni organizza manifestazioni negli USA ed ha dato vita insieme alle sette cristiane evangeliche e fondamentaliste alla “Save Darfur Coalition” (2).
Un articolo apparso sul Jerusalem Post il 27 aprile con il titolo "Gli ebrei statunitensi alla guida dell'organizzazione della manifestazione per il Darfur" descriveva il ruolo di importanti organizzazioni sioniste nell'organizzazione della manifestazione del 30 aprile. (3)
Per gli Stati Uniti attaccare il Sudan con il pretesto del Darfur è la via più diretta per ridurre la crescente influenza della Cina sui paesi africani. Per Israele è un passaggio della sua guerra totale contro tutti gli stati arabi che non intendono capitolare nell’accettazione di accordi bilaterali con Tel Aviv.
I volenterosi complici italiani della guerra umanitaria
Ma lo sciacallaggio sul Darfur e le complicità con i sostenitori della guerra umanitaria arrivano anche all’interno del nostro paese e non si limita alla solita di Emma Bonino e del Partito Radicale alfieri di tutte le guerre nei Balcani e in Medio Oriente.
Possiamo infatti documentare come anche una associazione di “sinistra” in Italia (con un passato pulito di solidarietà con il popolo curdo e con gli immigrati) abbia ricevuto 7.500 dollari il 23 aprile di quest’anno dalla “Save Darfur Coalition” statunitense per aver partecipato alla campagna umanitaria sul Darfur. Una miseria dal punto economico ma una miseria ben peggiore dal punto di vista politico e morale (4).
Che dovevamo diffidare delle campagne umanitarie sul Darfur lo avevamo intuito da tempo e lo abbiamo documentato ampiamente con un apposito dossier. Che pezzi dell’associazionismo “solidale e di sinistra” in Italia avessero passato di segno e di campo rendendosi complici dei furiosi agit prop delle guerre umanitarie lo avevamo già verificato con l’aggressione alla Jugoslavia.
A volte, anzi spesso, ritornano. L’importante è che non gli venga permesso di essere alla testa dei movimenti che si battono contro la guerra, il liberismo e per i diritti dei popoli.

PARIS - As cameras rolled, Bernard Kouchner came
ashore bearing rice for starving Somalis. Against a
backdrop of dying infants, the militant doctor fumed
about "rich people everywhere ... who do nothing" in
the face of misery.
That was in 1992, when the unorthodox Socialist was
minister for humanitarian action and a key player in a
French policy of turning intervention into a moral
crusade.
On Friday, the former U.N. administrator for Kosovo
and co-founder of the Nobel Prize-winning aid group
Doctors Without Borders was named foreign minister in
conservative President Nicolas Sarkozy's first
Cabinet.
The appointment promises to make France's diminished
world voice be heard loud and clear once again — with
cameras in tow — and could signal a more
interventionist, high-minded, and U.S.-friendly tone
to its diplomacy.
Sarkozy has said human rights will be a priority and
he wants an invigorated but not subservient friendship
with the United States. He says his France will stand
up against tyranny and dictators — a position Kouchner
has long campaigned for.
U.S. State Department spokesman Sean McCormack hailed
the appointment, saying Secretary of State Condoleezza
Rice looked forward to working with Kouchner.
"He's a prominent figure on the international scene
and we as a U.S. government worked well with him
during the Balkan crises in the 1990s," McCormack said
on Friday.
The headline-grabbing gastroenterologist has thrived
on being a maverick and proved that he's unafraid to
defend unpopular positions — if needs be in English,
which he speaks well.
Both Sarkozy and Kouchner place strong emphasis on
France's ties with the United States. Kouchner stood
out in dovish France in 2003 as one of the few who
said that a U.S.-led war in Iraq might not be as bad
as leaving Saddam Hussein in power.
Like most Europeans, the strong-jawed crusader said he
didn't want conflict. But he also told TV interviewer
Charlie Rose: "I'm really, clearly, strongly in favor
of getting rid of Saddam Hussein, because of the
suffering of the Iraqi people."
He was fiercely critical of the way then-President
Jacques Chirac handled the crisis, particularly of his
threat of a French veto in the United Nations, which
forced the U.S. coalition to invade without a U.N.
mandate.
"We hitched ourselves to German pacifism. That was an
error," said Kouchner. "We opened a serious fracture
with the United States."
Kouchner's appointment was both a political coup and a
gamble for Sarkozy. They are not natural partners.
Kouchner backed Socialist Segolene Royal for the
presidency. For the Socialists reeling from defeat,
Kouchner's defection is a blow, even a betrayal.
The Socialist Party, through spokesman Benoit Hamon,
announced that it was throwing Kouchner out. "He
excluded himself. He joined a government of the right,
the government that we are fighting....There's nothing
more for him inside our party," Hamon said.
An intriguing question is whether Sarkozy and
Kouchner, two men of different political stripes,
strong characters, vastly different backgrounds and
different generations can work together effectively
for long and without destructive fireworks.
Kouchner, 67, took part in the nation-shaking May 1968
student protests that Sarkozy, 52, vigorously attacked
during his campaign as being the root of many French
ills.
To a Dutch magazine in 2001, Kouchner acknowledged
that he has smoked cannabis and argued that its use
should be regulated like alcohol and tobacco. On the
campaign trail, teetotal Sarkozy promised "total war"
against drugs and ruled out legalization.
As a Socialist minister for Humanitarian Action from
1988-1993, Kouchner acted as a virtual second foreign
minister, with televised relief missions to global hot
spots, jetting from Bosnian prison camps to Somalian
emergency kitchens. He was one of the first officials
in the world to push for the idea of U.N. interference
in cases of humanitarian disaster.
Kouchner was sometimes criticized by relief workers
who complained that his ministry jeopardized
independent aid agencies, leading them to be seen as
tools of French policy.
Kouchner also served as the first U.N. administrator
in Kosovo after the United Nations took control of the
southern province of Serbia in 1999 following a NATO
bombing campaign against Yugoslavia aimed at halting
Serb forces' crackdown on ethnic Albanians.
Kosovo's Prime Minister Agim Ceku called Kouchner's
appointment an "an excellent choice."
"I am confident that French diplomacy under the
leadership of Mr. Kouchner will be more humane than
ever," he said. "Like with 'Doctors without Borders'
and all other engagements that he had, Mr. Kouchner
will do what's in his power to make Europe a better
place to live in."
Kouchner is married to one of France's most respected
television journalists, Christine Ockrent.
