Posle danasnje odluke Zalbenog veca haskog tribunala da odbaci
zalbu Amicusa kojom se trazi produzenje roka od tri meseca, koji je
Pretresno vece dodelilo Predsedniku Milosevicu za celokupne pripreme
odbrane, Udruzenje "SLOBODA" - nacionalni komitet za odbranu Predsednika
Slobodana Milosevica objavilo je sledece
SAOPSTENJE
Udruzenje «SLOBODA» osudjuje najnoviju odluku laznog
marionetskog
suda u Hagu da odbaci mogucnost produzenja roka od tri meseca ranije
odredjenog kao period u kojem Predsednik Milosevic treba da se pripremi
za
drugu fazu procesa.
Ovakvom odlukom se potvrdjuje zlocinacki i nepravni karakter
samog
«tribunala». Njome se ugrozava zivot Predsednika Milosevica i gaze
njegova
osnovna prava. Ova odluka izrazava paniku dobro placenih birokrata u
«tribunalu» koji su se otvoreno stavili u sluzbu Vesli Klarka i drugih
ratnih zlocinaca.
Ovom odlukom «tribunal» pokusava da se oglusi o brojne apele
medjunarodnih cinilaca, drzavnika i progresivne svetske javnosti.
Ali ni ova odluka nece spreciti trijumf istine koju zastupa
Predsednik Milosevic, nad zlocinom, nepravdom i tiranijom.
Udruzenje «SLOBODA» poziva celokupnu domacu i medjunarodnu
javnost, vlade i odgovorne politicke cinioce da deluju odmah kako bi
bila
zaustavljena haska masinerija zlocina.

After the Appeals Chamber of the Hague Tribunal refused the
appeal of Amici Curiae demanding the three months period assigned for
the
preparation of President Milosevic's case to be prolonged,
SLOBODA/Freedom
Association released the following
STATEMENT
SLOBODA/Freedom Association condemns the latest decision of
the
puppet false court at The Hague to refuse the possibility of prolonging
the
three months period determined earlier as deadline for President
Milosevic
to prepare his case.
This decision confirms the criminal and illegal character
of the
"tribunal". It threatens the life of President Milosevic and steps on
his
fundamental rights. The decision reflects the panic of the "tribunal's"
well-paid bureaucrats who openly put themselves into service of Wesley
Clark
and other war criminals.
By this decision, the "tribunal" attempts to remain deaf
over
the numerous appeals of international factors, statesmen and progressive
international public.
But even this decision will not prevent the triumph of the
truth, represented by President Milosevic, over the crime, injustice and
tyranny.
SLOBODA/Freedom Association calls upon the entire domestic
and
international public, governments and responsible political factors to
act
immediately and stop the Hague criminal machinery.
