"Come medico e capo dell'amministrazione del Kosovo, sarei un derelitto
se lasciassi continuare questo rischio per la salute dei bambini e delle
donne incinte per un solo giorno di piu'": questa la nobile
dichiarazione con la quale il capo della missione civile dell'ONU
(UNMIK) in Kosmet Bernard Kouchner ha giustificato la occupazione della
parte di Kosovska Mitrovica non ancora "etnicamente ripulita" ed il
sequestro dell'impianto metallurgico di Trepca.
Poiche' gli veniva troppo da ridere, la dichiarazione l'ha resa per
iscritto.
