Il capo della missione civile dell'ONU (UNMIK) in Kosmet Bernard
Kouchner, dovendo rilasciare una dichiarazione di circostanza per
l'ennesima bomba fatta scoppiare dai suoi alleati terroristi dell'UCK,
ha detto testualmente che "una bomba e' un mezzo molto antidemocratico".
Kouchner non ha tuttavia chiarito se questa bomba, che ha colpito gli
uffici di partiti politici delle minoranze kosovare (serbi, turchi,
eccetera), possa essere o meno definita "umanitaria".
