Now Available For Order--Two Hour Groundbreaking Video Documentary

"Yugoslavia--The Avoidable War"

For the first time, we are making available a major documentary
detailing
how crucial mistakes by the "international community"--particularly
Germany
and the United States--led to the violent break up of the former
Yugoslavia
and now threatens the remaining republics--Serbia and Montenegro--with
devastation at the hands of NATO.

Featuring revealing interviews with EC Mediator Lord Carrington, the
late
historian Nora Beloff, UN Commanders Lew Mac Kenzie and Sir Michael
Rose,
former Newsweek Military Correspondent Col. David Hackworth, journalists
David Binder, former Secretary of State James Baker, General Colin
Powell,
former German Foreign Minister Hans Dietrich Genscher, former State
Department official George Kenney, former War Crimes Tribunal Chief
Richard
Goldstone and many others. Get answers to the following questions:

What was the role of the German intelligence arm--the BND--in arming
Croatian and Albanian separatists? Why were NATO countries backing
different armed factions, while proclaiming themselves peacemakers?

Why did the US insist on the recognition of Bosnia, despite intelligence
warnings that recognition would lead to war?

How and why were news organizations repeatedly manipulated into
reporting
events falsely? What was the truth behind sensational charges of "mass
rape" and "death camps" in Bosnia?

What role did the US government play in "Operation Storm" the mass
explusion
of 200,000 Serbian civilians from Croatia? Which US official gave the
'green-light'

Remembrance Day

One year ago my country have been attacked. It was warm day, nice day,
we
spend it as usual. But, we knew that war is around the corner. Something
was in the air. In 7.50 PM, while I was talking to my friend I heard
sound
of sirens. Screaming sounds. I stopped talking for a while and then said
"O.K. That's it. War started." No panic, just anger and hate. I remember
all those days, all 78 or 79 days and nights, detonations, sirens,
anti-aircraft artillery, jet's sounds, warms and sunny days, lines for
cigarettes... But there is no panic at all. We took it with pride and
ignorance. We tried to defend bridges - I spend several nights on bridge
and no one pushed me to do that. In Belgrade we had all days rock
concerts,
just to show that we are not cowards as they are. You know that my
friends,
we tried to not go to shelters. I never went to any shelter, shelters
are
for rats not for humans and I am still alive. I'll never forget April 9.
when NATO, maybe US, French, Canadian, Belgium, Spain, Dutch, Italian,
German pilot fighter dropped bomb and killed a young kid, 3 years old
Milica Rakic near Batajnica military airport. I said: "Now they overdone
it!!" I said that several times, when they killed young people on
Varvarin's bridge on market's day, when they dropped bomb or hit train
in
Grdelica canyon, when they hit several buildings in down town of
Belgrade,
when they destroyed all bridges in Novi Sad, when they destroy Serbain
Television Center. I said that when they ever made "collateral damage".
Human being for NATO, and for Bill, Madeleine, James Rubin, Tony Blair,
Javier Solana, Hillary Rodham, Michael Short, Joseph Fisher, Jamie Shea,
Wesley Clark and for all modern NATO war criminals, was collateral
damage.
So much about culture, democracy, international law, humane rights, free
media etc and etc.

During the NATO's aggression I started to use Internet for special
purpose,
to write and to inform people what's going on here, who is right who is
wrong. People around the world understood my "English", and they helped
me
to go through that aggression, to go through the war. Now they are my
friends. I would like to thank you to Robert E. Nordlander, Beatriz
Jarramillo, John Peter Maher, Tom Hutt, Caley Powell, David and
Jelisaveta
Storey, Bill Logan, Lee Rockwell, Chris Fogarty, Diane Hatz, Bill
Friend,
James Lee von Bockman, Dick Sampson, Mike Djurichic, Snezana Vitorovich,
prof. Glazachev from Moscow, Alida and T.V. Weber, Mickey from Serbianna
etc, a people who helped me and who cared for us, who cared from my
country.

There is no more words to express something. Today is Remembrance Day,
the
day we have to remember for all victims of New World Order, for all
victims
of one unsane, stupid genocide politics which destroyed world we used to
know. The Day we have to remember for all victims of NATO's aggression,
for
79 Yugoslavian kids who have been killed by Albright's will, for all
Yugoslavian 1002 soldiers and officers who defended our country with
jets,
tenks, anti-aircraft artillery, rifles, police officers who wanted to do
the same job as its collegues arround the world - "To save and to
protect".

After all we won. No doubt about it. Clinton's bombs didn't resolve
problems.

I have no words, dear friends, just Thank you once again. We will never
forget your anti-war activities, your fight for humane world, for
brotherhood and unity. Maybe, it's time to remember what Peter Handke,
an
Austrian plat writer wrote about March 24. Words talking louder than
bombs.
And for the and is one poem, published in today paper edition of
"Politika". A poem talking about kid Milica Rakic, young kid - victim of
NATO aggression. Poem is on Serbian language, and it was written by
Ljubivoje Rsumovic, famous Serbian and Yugoslavian poet. I am sorry
because
I won't translate this, but I hope that prof. J.P. Maher or Snezana will
do
it translation to English.

L'APPELLO DI BRUXELLES

Très cordialement

F. HOUTART

Or, ces dernières avaient

Or,

WORKER'S PARTY OF IRELAND

NEWS RELEASE

Friday, 24th March 2000
For Immediate Use

THE AMERICAN WAR IN EUROPE - 1ST ANNIVERSARY

The Workers' Party of Ireland has marked the first anniversary of the
start
of NATO's bombing campaign against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia by
stating that this illegal act of aggression against a sovereign state
has
achieved nothing other than widespread death and destruction.

The International Affairs Committee of The Workers' Party maintains that
the
situation in the Balkans is now much worse than it was a year ago whilst
NATO remains in occupation of Kosovo-Metohija with logistical support
from
troops from supposedly neutral Ireland and under a totally flawed UN
mandate.

"Ireland played a particularly despicable role in the run up to the NATO
attack on Yugoslavia. Former Minister David Andrews' infamous statement
that he was stuck 'between a rock and a hard place' will not easily be
forgotten. We could have then played a pivotal role as a neutral
honest
broker and used that position to encourage positive and genuine
negotiation
instead of NATO's 'settle on our terms or else' Rambouillet deal which
would
have involved free access for NATO troops, not just in Kosovo, but
throughout Yugoslavia, including Belgrade itself."

"Ireland failed to pursue positive neutrality. It sat on the fence
while
NATO tried to force Yugoslavia to accept the unacceptable - the invasion
of
its entire territory by a hostile enemy bent on destroying it. Then
when
the bombing commenced Ireland shamefully jumped off the fence into the
NATO
camp and cheered on the bombers. The Taoiseach stated that the bombing
was
'both necessary and justified' in the face of 'human rights violations'.
Fine words from a man who has publicly advocated detention centres for
asylum seekers."

"Two and a half months of relentless bombing turned a crisis into a
disaster. Innocent civilians, journalists and refugees were murdered in
the
heaviest bombing campaign on European soil since World War II,
reminiscent
of the Nazi bombing of Belgrade during that war. The attack on
Yugoslavia
was in essence an American war against a European country. It was
simplified by the spin-doctors into a tale of 'the world against one
man'
when in fact it was the US military-industrial complex against the
Serbian
people. The people of Serbia and Yugoslavia are well capable of
deciding
for themselves the make up of their sovereign government. A grave
injustice
has been done to the truth, which has been, as always, the first
casualty of
war."

ends.

DELEGAZIONE DELL'ILC A BELGRADO

Strengthening the Anti-imperialist co-operation
for the defence of Yugoslavia

Today a solidarity delegation of the International Leninist Current
(ILC)
will join the political demonstrations in Belgrade and hold a press
conference protesting the NATO military aggression, which started one
year
ago.

The purpose of the new journey to Yugoslavia is the strengthening of the
links between all Anti-imperialist forces in Yugoslavia and the
Anti-imperialist movement in the aggressor countries. The next concrete
aim
to be achieved is the international solidarity conference with the
Yugoslav
people which should both show the besieged Serbian masses that there are
forces who do support them and to unify and strengthen the fragmented
forces
in the West and all around the world who supported Yugoslavia against
the
imperialist aggression.

This attempt proves to be of urgent importance as the NATO, who up to
now
did not achieve its main aim that is to install a puppet regime in
Belgrade,
is stepping up its provocations in order to create the conditions for a
new
military intervention:

* instigation of a civil war in Montenegro to cut Serbia from its vital
access to the sea

* complete political and national cleansing of Kosovo from all
anti-fascists
and non-Albanians and the destruction of the ghetto of Kosovska
Mitrovica in
order to destroy Yugoslav claims on Kosovo

* support for the UCK/KLA terror in the demilitarised zone in Southern
Serbia

* continuation of the disastrous economic blockade

All this should eventually lead to civil war to bring down the
government
and all forces which are not completely submitting themselves to the
neo-liberal new world order.

Taking into account the record of the Serb people in resisting the
imperialist aggression, "humanitarian" imperialism will be forces to
engage
in a genocidal war against the Serbian people. That they will not
hesitate
to do so, has been proven even by recent history (see Iraq).

It is therefore of utmost importance for all forces who want to defend
the
principles of liberty, equality and fraternity

* to defend Yugoslavia and Serbia against the Western aggression

* to give any help to Yugoslavia and its people to survive the
totalitarian
liberalism of the new world order

* to struggle for the destruction of the new world order.

Under very hard circumstances the Yugoslav and Serb people is carrying
on
the defense against imperialism and is paying a heavy price for it.
Their
survival as an independent nation will pave the way for a new offensive
of
the forces of national and social liberation against imperialism and
capitalism while their defeat will bring us deeper in the darkness of
neo-liberal totalitarism.

LETTERA APERTA AL PARLAMENTO CANADESE

>March 24, 2000
>
>
>An Open Letter to the Parliament of Canada on the Anniversary of NATO’s
Bombing Of Yugoslavia — The March of Fully Continues…
>
>To: All Members of the House of Commons and the Senate of the Parliament of
Canada
>
>Twelve months have passed since NATO initiated its bombing campaign against
Yugoslavia. The time to reflect on the consequences of this action is
long
overdue; we must understand not only what happened, but also what must
be
done next.
>
>One year later, it is patently obvious that the war was a colossal blunder
of historical proportions. It has resulted in millions of innocent
victims—people who are and will be paying a heavy price for a long time
to
come for misguided decisions made in far away places such as Washington
and
Ottawa. A festering sore has been opened up in the heart of Europe and
the
world is clearly a far more dangerous place than before. The principle
of
using force in international relations was decreed by the very countries
who
allege—in a haunting echo of nineteenth-century colonialism—to be the
most
enlightened and progressive of all. We are seeing the ramifications
already:
the brutal war in Chechneya, the ominous rumbling of mainland China
towards
Taiwan, and the exporting of KLA terror into Serbia proper. Might makes
right. Sadly, this generation of politicians continues the destructive
march
of folly.
>
>We know now, directly from the testimony of NATO’s own negotiators in
Rambouillet, that the so-called "agreement" was carefully crafted to be
unacceptable to the Yugoslav government—an ultimatum woefully
reminiscent of
the one presented to the Serbian government on the eve of the First
World
War. That this war was premeditated is now without doubt. How could the
Government of Canada agree to embroil this country and its people in
such an
obviously sordid affair without even consulting Parliament? Where did it
get
the mandate to abandon our long-established and widely admired foreign
policy based on peace, dialogue, and respect for international law?
>
>History teaches us that ethnic conflicts, such as the one in Kosovo, have
never been successfully resolved through military intervention by
external
powers. NATO’s ham-fisted intervention, which transformed a low-scale
internal conflict into a major humanitarian and environmental
catastrophe,
has confirmed this yet again.
>
>The aftermath of 78 days of bombing has left thousands of civilians dead,
maimed, and homeless. The victims are of all nationalities and include
young
children, the old and infirm—ordinary people—many of them burned alive
or
torn to pieces. The massive devastation of the country’s infrastructure
ensures a state of perpetual misery for these people and their
descendants
well into the foreseeable future. More than 300,000 people are without
work
and they and their families are left without a source of income (a
recent UN
report estimates that the Yugoslav GDP has fallen to one third of its
pre-war level, making it the poorest country in Europe). The use of
radioactive weapons and the wanton destruction of chemical factories in
highly populated areas have also resulted in an ecological nightmare,
with
major rivers contaminated and significant percentage of arable land made
unsuitable for agriculture for a very long time. This situation
threatens
the wider Balkan region as well; it has caused a closure of Danube’s
international waterway, the largest and most significant commercial
waterway
in Europe.
>
>What else do we know—now that the perpetrators have wound down their
Orwellian propaganda machine and would much rather have us forget that
any
of it ever happened (after all, it is an election year)?
>
>First, we should note that there was no genocide. This, after all, was one
of the primary justifications for NATO’s intervention. At one time we
were
told that over 100,000 people were presumed killed by Yugoslav forces.
The
latest results of the detailed investigation in Kosovo by a number of
forensic experts from NATO countries have confirmed that a total of
2,100
bodies have been found. This number includes all the victims of the
conflict: Kosovo Albanians (including KLA rebels killed in action and
civilian victims of the bombing campaign), Serbs, and members of other
ethnic groups.
>
>Second, it is also clear now that NATO’s intervention has mainly served the
purpose of establishing the KLA as the undisputed (but unelected) ruler
of
the province. In pursuit of their publicly proclaimed goal of an
ethnically
pure Kosovo, the KLA have undertaken a systematic campaign to cleanse
the
province of its entire non-Albanian population: Serbs, Turks, Moslems,
Gypsies, Gorans, and others. This objective has almost been fully
achieved
by now. The most recent report by UNICEF states that between 200,000 and
300,000 refugees have left Kosovo, making mockery of NATO’s claim that
they
would stop ethnic cleansing.
>
>Given the false premises behind the war and the convincing failure in
attaining the proclaimed objectives (while creating large-scale
devastation), what should the Parliament of Canada do to help redeem the
situation?
>
>To that end, we recommend following:
>
>· That an open debate be initiated in Parliament, with the objective of
establishing the extent and nature of Canada’s participation in the
bombing
of Yugoslavia and the actual damage inflicted upon the civilian
population
and infrastructure of Yugoslavia;
>
>· That Parliament instruct the Government of Canada to:
>
>1. apologize to all innocent civilian victims of the NATO bombing and to
establish mechanisms and make available resources for justly
compensating
them for damages and losses incurred as a result of the bombing,
proportionate to Canadian involvement;
>
>2. demand, through the UN Security Council, the immediate cessation of the
killing and ethnic cleansing of the non-Albanian population of Kosovo,
including specific instructions to KFOR military commanders and UN
administration in the province;
>
>3. insist on immediate and full implementation of all elements of UN
resolution 1244 on Kosovo;
>
>4. initiate negotiations for a peaceful and equitable solution to the
Kosovo problem, with full respect of the territorial integrity and
sovereignty of Yugoslavia, leading to complete and safe return to Kosovo
of
all its inhabitants, regardless of their ethnicity; this political
process
must exclude militants and extremists on all sides.
>
>As peaceful and law-abiding Canadians, we feel that these steps are
essential to sustain the democratic principles on which this country is
founded. They are also crucial to restoring the hard-earned respect that
our
country has enjoyed in the past both internationally and among its own
citizens. Our children must never be ashamed of their history.
>

>Yours respectfully,
>

DALLA FINLANDIA

IMPERIALISM LED BY USA ATTEMPTED TO DESTROY YUGOSLAVIA. EU-COUNTRIES DID
NOT RESIST.

USA AND EU CONTINUE VIOLETING OF YUGOSLAVIA´S RIGHTS AGAINST THE TERMS
OF
THE PEACE AGREEMENT.

AMONG OTHER ANTI-IMPERIALIST GOVERNMENTAL AND PEOPLE´S LEVEL POWERS
CUBA,
CHINA, LIBYA, NORTH KOREA, LAOS AND MYANMAR SUPPORT YUGOSLAVIA.

Yugoslavia has been a nuisance for imperialism. Yugoslavia´s prosperous
state-owned companies have been elements which capitalists cannot
tolerate.
Yugoslavia did not obey imperialism´s demands for privatizations.
Yugoslavia was not interested in NATO´s membership.

In order to launche an imperialist military attack on Yugoslavia
USA-backed
forces had years ago begun to arrange and to seek suitable pretexts of
the
internal problems of the country.

The Sfor-units of NATO occupied in the autumn 1997 four radio and
television stations in Bosnia. According to the NATO sources these
stations
had transmitted propaganda against the Dayton pact manipulated by USA.

No news source has indicated what kind of propaganda or information
these
stations had transmitted.

The stations began their activities again after having replaced the
destroyed equipment.

The new stations were silenced once more. According to the newspapers
the
NATO sources inform that "a group of American experts have been on spot
studying the situation".

Then a Serbian television station in Bosnia was blown up.

This is the way USA operates after having appointed themselves world
police
in order to defend democracy and the freedom of speech.

The breaking up of Yugoslavia began from Croatia. The arms for this
civil
war came from America. A quarter million of Serbs were thrown out of
their
homes. Thousands were killed.

In the former wealthy socialist Yugoslavia there was no threat of civil
wars. Poverty after the counter-revolution brought also internal
violence.
Imperialism uses the situation for its own goals in an unscrupulous way.

Imperialism´s consequential method in its efforts to take over all the
world is to use separatist groups in order to split states.

The period for the Sfor-units as they are now should haven been over in
June 1998. However, NATO will continue their presence in Bosnia.

Yugoslavia still exists as a shrinkened federation formed by Serbia and
Montenegro. Imperialism´s political aim has been to separate Serbia and
Montenegro from each other. Kosovo is a province of Serbia.

Kosovo is a rich mining area. It is not a coincidence that imperialism
is
interested especially in Kosovo. In spring 1998 the USA- and EU-backed
powers began provocations in Kosovo.

Provocations succeeded. In Summer 1998 there was a civil war going on at
Kosovo area. According to the media the Serbian army fighted against
unarmed people. Yet there was a battle between the Serbian army and the
heavily armed Albanian rebels. The Albanian arms are suited with the
goals
of the political background powers of NATO. Additonally, there were
unidentified armed groups at the area.
In October 1998 military operations at Kosovo were calmed down by
Yugoslavian armed forces. NATO has informed of its intentions to begin
unlegal military operations without the necessary international
authorizations.

Because of a mass murder at Kosovo area NATO got a pretext to plan for a
military attack against Yugoslavia. However, the murderers or even their
nationalities are still unknown.

Instead of this guiltiness we know that Kosovo Liberation Army is a
large
drug organization. Their weapons have been paid with drugs. Many leaders
of
KLA sit in jails of Germany, Switzerland and Italy because of drug
dealing.
Kosovo has been the most important centre for heroine and cocaine in
Europe. NATO had allied with the "liberation army" already before the
war.

On March 24th 1999 USA began air attacks against Yugoslavia. It was not
a
question of any kind of a peace operation. The aim of imperialism is
political and economical control over Yugoslavia. "Protecting" Albanians
was just an excuse. Albanians have been deceived. In fact they should
have
fought together with Serbs against NATO as a part of the worldwide
struggle
against the superpower of capitalist imperialism.

American war information lied when speaking of military targets. Air
attacks hitted especially civil targets. The destruction caused by the
attacks were crucially worse compared to the hypotethical situation
without
the operation of NATO. This concerns especially also Albanians in
Kosovo.
USA with their sympathizers had now a serious new problem caused by
themselves. What to do with the refugees? The media performed sad
stories
of the misere fates of refugees. Without NATO there had been no
refugees.

NATO did not mention their misses. Greek newspaper Athinaiki wrote about
body-bags transported through the port of Thessaloniki
.
Yugoslavia has destroyed about one hundred of military aircrafts and
helicopters and a big amount of missiles. Yugoslavians sold parts of
them
in the internet...
After one week´s war it was clear that NATO has failed to reach the
settled
goals. In circumstances of military shortcomings NATO accelerated the
bombardings and bombed especially civil targets.

The western media used a lot of program time and newspaper page space
for
telling principal and practical lies especially concerning NATO´s
shortcomings in this war. Fortunately, we have the internet. Information
flow in the internet cannot be controlled by the media monopolies.

The power media mixes things intentionally. The internal problems of
Yugoslavia form one issue. The imperialist attack on a sovereign country
is
antoher issue.
United Nations tried to handle the war. As permanent members of the
Council
of Security Russia, China and India have strictly condemned the attack.

Yet USA is not interested of the political aims of countries and people
in
the world. The American propaganda speaks of democracy. The deeds of USA
have nothing to do with democracy.

Afterwards we know that USA with its allies did not even intend to work
for
any kind of a peaceful solution. The terms settled by USA in the so
called
"Rambouillet agreement" included an idea of absolute control over
Yugoslavia by USA and NATO. No sovereign country could accept that kind
of
an agreement. The western media has lied about the contents of these
proposals. Why?

For more than two months of war NATO was desperate. The military
potential
of Yugoslavia and the forming of a large worldwide political
anti-imperialist front was a surprise for the American politicians and
for
NATO´s generals.

NATO´s internal problems flourished. Greece and Austria denied NATO to
use
their air space. In case of the planned ground attack Greece had not
allowed NATO to use her area at all. At peoples´ level resistance
against
NATO´s criminal war has grown explosively in NATO-countries and
everywhere
in the world.

On the first weekend of June there were large demonstrations against
USA´s
policy and NATO´s aggressions all around the world, especially in USA
and
England. The authorities of USA tried to prevent organizing of these
demonstrations.

In the end of April we knew that satellite photos of mass graves in
Kosovo
had been faked. USA has used these photos in its propaganda. In May 1999
the media shows a bunch of "evidence" of mass murders in order to
justify
continuing the war.The western power media worked hard to dehumanize
Yugoslavian army and its leadership.

In early morning on May 14th NATO committed a massacre near Albanian
border. More than one hundred Albanians were killed by NATO´s cluster
bombs. This operation was ment to justify the massive ground attack by
blaiming Yugoslavia for this terror attack. However, one day before this
crime NATO´s plans came to publicity.

NATO´s explanations were amusing. At first "there were no NATO aircrafts
at
the area". Then they found that the Albanians were as a human shield for
a
Yugoslav military unit. NATO has "evidences". NATO has always
"evidences"
when investigating its own deeds. In case there were a Yugoslavian unit,
why did NATO not mention it right away? Finding suitable explanation and
making the possible "evidences" took even couple of days.

Crotian warplanes were integrated to NATO´s operation. They have
Yugoslavian Army insignia. This is one of the most extreme form of
fraudulent means of NATO. There must have been be a real emergency in
NATO
when intending to use this kind of a deception.

Yugoslavian TV-stations had been mostly destroyed. Thus the lies of NATO
remained alive. The media repeated like a parrot the "news" controlled
by
NATO.

An agreement was finally made. According to the negotiation results
Yugoslavia remains as a sovereign state and Kosovo will be a part of it
with certain amount of independence. The peace troops at Kosovo area
will
work under UN´s control and a part of them will not be NATO´s troops.
Imperialism achieved with unscrupoulous violence military victory but
suffered serious political defeat.

Yugoslavia was the moral winner of the war. The heroic battle by
Yugoslav
people and the Yugoslavian army has proved that fight against massive
aggression of imperialism is possible and necessary.

Different forms of violence continue at Kosovo area. KFOR is not too
interested in the raw violence by ethnic Albanians against Serbs.

The contemporary process of this political theatre is obviously handling
of
real or faked war crimes.

The legal processed will be carried on in Hague tribunal. This court is
not
a court in a common sense of the word. It is a political organ of the
capitalist elite. "Evidence" of Yugoslavia´s "war crimes" are seeked
for.
Of course there are corps after the civil war and after the war.
However,
examining these corps may be very selective. Yet the corps in the at
first
found graves were Serbs...

A legal war crime process against NATO not depending on imperialist
backgrounds was started in New York on July 31st. There is another
corresponding process going on in Berlin. In Vienna the government of
Austria has been prosecuted because of supporting NATO´s criminal
activities.

There are also accusations in Hague against NATO for war crimes with
hard
evidence. Media pretends not to see them.

Up to November 1999 the political court in Hague has found no evidence
for
the genocide on which NATO based their criminal attack. Of course, after
the civil war there are graves. It is another matter. In December 1999
USA
and UN continue spreading faked evidence of the brutality by Serbs in
order
to justify NATO´s criminal attack afterwards.

In November 1999 English Members of Parliament have questionned
England´s
participation in the war on false basis.

The main intention of the world capitalism in this war is to get closer
to
Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Imperialism is - not without reason -
afraid
of these countries to return gradually to socialism. Additonally, it is
quite clear that imperialism is interested in the Caspian oil.

It is EU´s intention to take control over Yugoslavia by violence and
coercions.
USA and NATO continue in many different methods involving the internal
affairs of Yugoslavia. Among other things the western powers infiltrated
into Yugoslavia try to change the political leadership to imperialists´
puppets.

One of the significant consequences of the war is that Yugoslavia joins
to
the state union formed by Russia and Byelorussia. Additionally, the for
instance the relations between Yugoslavia and Cuba, People´s Republic of
China, Vietnam and Iran have become more intensive.

Yugoslavia demands USA to pay a remarkable amount of money to cover the
economic damages caused by NATO.

According to an official report by Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in
November 1999 the western troops in Kosovo and their political
leadership
do not follow the UN terms of ending the war. Imperialism´s aim is still
to
suppress and to occupy Yugoslavia.

In the end of 1999 the EU continued breaking international legislation
by
efforts to affect Yugoslavia´s internal politics by supplying oil to the
internal opposition of the country.

Against all agreements and without any kind of justification Pentagon
began
in December 1999 to build a permanent military base in Kosovo.

Unjust against Yugoslavia continues in the new millenium. Unscrupulous
violence of human rights against non-Albanians have continued since June
1999 under the "control" of KFOR and UNMIK-units. The UN itself does not
honor their own resolution 1244/1999.

The worst violences in Kosovo after the war have occurred in February
2000.
They continue in March. Their origin is KLA under the protection of the
UN
"peacekeepers".

It is quite possible that NATO uses the contemporary situation as an
excuse
for a new attack on Yugoslavia in order to take over the Yugoslav mine
riches for imperialism.

In February 2000 People´s Republic of China has expressed their support
for
Yugoslavia. China hopes Yugoslavia to be a strong anti-imperialist
power.
The Socialist Party of Serbia has expressed its support for the Workers´
Party of Korea. People´s Republic of Korea, People´s Republic of China
and
the Republic of Yugoslavia form a remarkable potential power against
imperialism.

The foreign minister of Yugoslavia visited North Korea in the end of
February 2000. In order to honor the DPRK party leader Kim Jong Il´s
birthday a Korean socialist Juche study group has been established in
Yugoslavia.

Libyan and Yugoslavian top officials have met on February 20th, 2000.
"Yugoslavia and Serbia appreciate the clear stand of Libya and its
president who openly condemned NATO aggression against Yugoslavia," the
release issued in Belgrade said.

In March 2000 relations between Byelorussia and Yugoslavia have become
still more intensive in bilateral talks between the countires.

In March 2000 Yugoslavia and Iran inform about the aims to develope
their
mutual political and economic relations. Yugoslavia has also established
new political end economic relations with Myanmar Union (former Burma)
and
with Democratic People´s Republic of Laos.

USA and their EU-lackeys hoped for a catastrophe for Yugoslavia during
this
winter. What a disappointment. Electricity and heating work again in
Belgrade. Damages caused by the war are repaired quickly. The dirty US
effort by political-economic blackmailing of Yugoslavia does not work.
The
country builds on its own.

Imperialism wants to separate the Yugoslav Federation states. There have
been demonstrations for maintaining the federation both in Serbia and in
Montenegro.
Protests and demonstrations will be arranged on the anniversary of
NATO´s
attack on March 24th, 2000.
