Dear all,

the tragic situation of hundreds of Roma refugees in Medzitlija (Macedonia)=
that have
decided to take direct action to break out of their miserable conditions is=
worsening. 
These refugees are part of the 80-150,000 Roma that have been chased out of=
NATO
occupied Kosovo by the US-backed KLA (which has continued to persecute ethn=
ic
minorities and Albanian activists opposed to its agenda).  Many have fled t=
o NATO-
occupied Macedonia, where they also face horrible living conditions and
discrimination. 

Below is the latest appeal by a representative of this group calling for in=
ternational
solidarity with the plight of the Roma.  Western government's would like to=
'disappear'
these victims of NATO's aggression on Yugoslavia, just as they are trying t=
o
marginalize the legitimate claims to return of Palestinian refugees, or sil=
ence the
widerspread popular opposition to their policies in occupied Afghanistan an=
d Iraq.  ]

Included below is contact information for some of the Roma activists that a=
re working
on this issue in Macedonia.  I would urge you to forward their message to a=
s many
people, organizations, media outlets, journalists, etc. as you can think of=
to bring
their plight into the public eye or if you, yourself are involved with the =
media to
contact them and get their story out ASAP.

Refugee crises in Medzitlija

More then 690 refugees Roma, Ashkalies, Egyptains from Kosovo in the moment=
are
on Medzitlija, on Macedonian - Greek border, waiting for answer from the Eu=
ropean
Union for entrance in Greece.

They have sended ampications for asylum to the Greek Embassy. Still there i=
s no
offical document from EU. The situation of the refugees on Medzitlija is ve=
ry bad and
is getting worse every moment.

The help is not coming. There is blocade by UNHCR or somebody else, we don'=
t
know. Three new babies were born, two girls and one boy. Roma NGO's are not=

helping, about other NGO's to don't discuss. In Bitola is formed Crises sta=
ff, that is
working on humanitarain plan. In the staff are: Roma NGOs from Bitola,
representatives of the refugees. They can help them only in water, nothing =
else.

Everybody is asking and saying that will help , but the help is not coming =
in
Medzitlija. The refugees are on their possitions, requests to leave Macedon=
ia, because
of 4 years mistakes in finding solutions for the refugees. In the moment th=
ey are
supported by refugees from camp Katlanovo, who are organzing protests in fr=
ont of
offices of European institutions in Skopje and foreign Embassies in Skopje.=
In the
moment  there is no solutions for the crieses. In Macedonia mr. Nezdet Must=
afa as
Member of the Macedonian Parliament has authorization by the ERF to negotia=
te
around the crises with the government and non-government institutions,
organizations in Macedonia. On international level is authorized Mr. Rudko =

Rifugiati a Medzitlija ? nostra unità di crisi
~
Più di 690 rifugiati dal Kossovo: Roma, Askali, Egizi sono tuttora a
Medzitlija, sul confine Greco - Macedone. Durante la permanenza a
Medzitlija sono nati due bambine e un bambino.
Ancora nessuna risposta ufficiale dalla EU o dalla ambasciata greca alla
loro richiesta di asilo.
La situazione dei rifugiati, già critica, peggiora da un giorno con
l'altro.
Non giungono gli aiuti, che comunque hanno cominciato a partire da varie
località in Europa. Dev'esserci una specie di blocco dell'UNHCR o di
qualcun altro, non lo sappiamo. Le ONG Rom non intendono impegnarsi
direttamente nella raccolta di aiuti, per non correre il rischio di
polemiche con le altre ONG.
A Bitola si è formata un'unità di crisi, che sta lavorando ad un piano
umanitario. E' composta dalla ONG dei Rom di Bitola e da rappresentanti
dei rifugiati. Al momento possono soltanto rifornirci di acqua e
nientaltro. La nostra impressione è che molti in Macedonia e fuori, si
stiano prodigando (qualcuno dica solo di farlo), ma qui non si è ancora
visto niente.
Nella pratica siamo tuttora abbandonati a noi stessi: anche per questo
intendiamo lasciare la Macedonia, dopo aver assistito per 4 anni a tutti
gli errori nel trovare una soluzione per i rifugiati. Sappiamo che i
rifugiati del campo profughi di Katlanovo, stanno protestando a Skopije di
fronte agli uffici della Comunità Europea e alle Ambasciate.
Purtroppo, non vediamo ancora uno sbocco a questa crisi. In Macedonia, mr.
Nezdet Mustafa, membro del Parlamento, ha assunto il compito di negoziare
con il Governo e anche le associazioni non governative. A livello
internazionale, il nostro portavoce è mr. Rudko Kawczynski.

        ZAGREB,June16 (SRNA)-The Croatian Foreign Ministry has reacted to l=

ambassador to Zagreb.
        The ministry's letter demands to be informed of exactly what happen=
ed and also
requests that an investigation be conducted and damage compensated.
        Croatia contends that around 2,000 Belgradians marched on its embas=
sy last
night, shouting insults and leaving every single window and external light =
smashed.
        The statement added: "The incident peaked when some of those people=
climbed
the embassy balcony, took down the Croatian flag, removed the mast and in i=
ts place
put the Serbia-Montenegro flag".
        
Croatian visit postponed due to embassy attack
        ZAGREB,June15 (SRNA)-Following last night's attack of Belgrade's Cr=

embassy, Croatian Foreign Minister Tonino Picula has cancelled his visit to=

Montenegro.
        Natalija Bukovec, foreign ministry representative, said: "Under the=

circumstances the planned visit to Montenegro could not be carried out". Sh=
e added
that an alternative date is to be set.
        Bukovec said that Montenegrin Foreign Minister Dragisa Burzan telep=

Corsi e ricorsi

Aprile 1999. Un gruppo di Tute Bianche (già Melting Pot, già
Invisibili, già Centri Sociali del Nord Est, già Autonomia Padovana,
ogni tanto “Verdi”, poi civettuoli con RC, più spesso municipalisti,
ora Disobbedienti) si affaccia sulla scena internazionale e prende la
testa di tutto un movimento di pacifisti, Terzo Settore, buonisti,
preti, nonviolenti, che si precipita a Sarajevo a suonare la grancassa
umanitaria che ottunda la nostra percezione delle bombe e dei
secessionismi etnico-mafiosi in procinto di squartare una grande e
nobile paese, la Jugoslavia. Inalberano i vessilli della civiltà
interetnica e multiculturale che abbaglia le moltitudini e gli
impedisce di accorgersi di un milione di profughi serbi, sopravvissuti
alle carneficine etniche, cacciati dalle loro terre in Croazia, Bosnia,
Kosovo. Diffondono lo slogan CIA del “despota sanguinario” Milosevic,
accreditano invenzioni delle agenzie di disinformazione USA (Knowles
&Hill, Ruder & Finn), come i campi di sterminio serbi, gli eccidi di
Sebrenica e Racak e la pulizia etnica, poi smentita dagli stessi
investigatori ONU e Nato e, in piena guerra di sterminio Nato contro la
Serbia si presentano in 4 a Belgrado per blaterare alla Tv di Stato
stereotipi diffamatori contro il governo. Vengono rispediti al confine.
E gli è andata bene. Vorrei vedere negli USA…

Ad Aviano, nella grande manifestazione contro la guerra Nato del 6
giugno 1999, assaltano un gruppetto di compagni che alzavano una
bandiera jugoslava. Altri gli tengono bordone, vietando ai propri
associati o iscritti di invitare le comunità serbe in Italia alle
manifestazioni contro l’aggressione. In piena guerra e dopo, scambiano
inviti e stringono rapporti con l’opposizione capitalista e
filoamericana, capeggiata dall’organizzazione dei fighetti e
sottoproletari serbi “Otpor”, messa in piedi e addestrata dalla CIA
(Vedi BBC e “Il Diario”). I loro amici più stretti sono quelli della
Radio B92, radio del circuito CIA “Free Europe”, che organizza pogrom
contro gli operai e i contadini che ricordano Tito (vedi il filmatino
B92 che circola nei centri sociali dei Disobbedienti).

Sono i fulgidi corifei del partito del “né-né”.

Quando le elezioni presidenziali decretano la sconfitta di Milosevic
(un presidente che aveva tollerato in piena emergenza bellica e
cospiratoria imperialista oltre 18 partiti avversi, prezzolati e
diretti dalla CIA e dai servizi tedeschi, e una stampa al 90% ostile e
pure pagata dagli USA, (come da verbali delle relative commissioni del
Congresso), e una vera teppaglia guidata da Otpor assalta armata il
Parlamento e brucia le schede che avevano decretato la vittoria di
comunisti e socialisti alle parlamentari, questo conglomerato dei
diritti umani inneggia a “Belgrado che ride” e alla “Rivoluzione
Democratica” (grave anche la caduta dell’altrimenti preciso Tommaso De
Francesco del Manifesto).

Quando dopo un po’ Milosevic viene rapito e venduto per 30 milioni di
dollari al tribunale USA della Del Ponte, dove disintegra tutte le
accuse e i testimoni addestrati da CIA e MI5 e le ribalta sui veri
criminali di guerra; quando a Belgrado si insedia la mafia della spia
Zoran Djindjic e il paese va a catafascio tra svendite del patrimonio
industriale e smantellamento di uno stato discretamente sociale che
aveva resistito a guerre e embarghi, tutto tace. Della Jugoslavia e,
dunque, del terribile errore storico compiuto, non parla più nessuno.
Tanto meno i, consapevoli o inconsapevoli, fiancheggiatori della
dissoluzione della Jugoslavia.

Giugno 2003.

Disorientamento totale di fronte a una resistenza irachena guidata dai
vecchi dirigenti del Baath, un Partito Comunista Iracheno che, in
contrasto duro con altri due partiti comunisti, accetta l’occupazione
come necessaria, una guerriglia condotta essenzialmente non dagli
sciti, che si limitano all’autogoverno e alle rivalità tra i tre loro
gruppi(uno filoamericano, uno nazionalista, uno così così e
filoiraniano), ma dai sunniti laici del centro-nord, come era stato
annunciato da Saddam Hussein. La resistenza all’occupazione è sacra, ma
quelli sono i seguaci del “boia”. Che fare? Che dire? Ancora una volta
questi cazzoni di iracheni fanno la lotta antimperialista nel nome del
Baath e dei suoi alleati progressisti (comunisti veri, nasseriani,
socialisti della Coalizione Nazionale) e non nel nome della democrazia
partecipativa e municipale. Potevano ben chiedere la Tobin Tax e venire
a contestare il G8 e il WTO (mai si contesta l’FMI, la Nato, o la Banca
Mondiale che, d’altronde, è buona perché finanzia Porto Alegre e stampa
e distribuisce i libri dell’ex-sindaco Tarso Genro). Staremo a vedere.
Intanto ci sarà pure chi si schiera con la Resistenza irachena, come
con l’Intifada, senza se e senza ma.

Quanto all’Iran, il pensiero corre alla Belgrado degli anni ’90, quando
si succedevano le manifestazioni antiMilosevic da parte degli
“studenti” e “giovani democratici” dell’Alleanza Civica (ah, la
“società civile”!) guidate da Vesna Pesic, laureata all’Istituto Cia di
Washington “National Endowment for Democracy” (ripetutamente invitata
da Radio Sherwood di Padova), e da Sonia Licht, presidentessa della
Fondazione Soros (e interlocutrice privilegiata di alcune Donne in Nero
che vanno a Podgorica, sotto l’ala del bandito narcotrafficante
Djukanovic, a discettere di “fascismo serbo”. Quelle manifestazioni e
il sostegno ricevuto dalla “società civile” in Italia, con per
imbonitori il santone monarchico Draskovic e la spia Djindjic, fecero
da lubrificante alla successiva aggressione Nato.

Stessa scena oggi a Teheran. Il paese è sotto tiro dai vampiri
scatenati di Washington che un giorno sì e l’altro pure minacciano,
inventandosi bombe atomiche iraniane e folle di seguaci di Osama sotto
i mantelli degli ayatollah. E’ il momento migliore per scatenare una
piazza, assetata di McDonalds e mafia e mercato delle
multinazionali, sui diritti umani soppressi dagli oscurantisti
integralisti. Su loro vegliano, a uno sputo dalle coste iraniane, gli
F16 e i missili della più grande forza militare oggi concentrata nel
mondo. A loro offre incitamento e solidarietà nientemeno che il Diritto
Umano personificato, Gorge.W. Bush. E non nego che ci sarà pure tra
costoro qualcuno in buona fede, donne in testa, che s’illude che
buttando giù i mullah si apra la via per l’”altro mondo possibile”,
magari anche socialista, e non una neocolonizzazione USA che riprenda
il discorso dei colonialisti britannici e dello Shah, imposta dopo gli
opportuni sfoltimenti demografici a suon di uranio e ordigni
infanticidi a grappolo.

Contemporaneamente si torna a intensificare la polemica contro lo
“stato-nazione finito e superato” dalla globalizzazione, partecipativa,
nonviolenta, no.profit, municipale, ovviamente. L’Impero per Toni
Negri, il determinista, è una necessità storica evolutiva, come la
democrazia borghese (magari!), e a fronte dell’impero globalizzato, o
scegli l’esodo (nelle Maldive o nel Centro Sociale, a seconda delle
disponibilità), o scegli la diplomazia dal basso, quella municipale e
globale al tempo stesso: glocal, appunto.Sai che notti insonni per
l’imperatore! Questi retrogradi e conservatori che in Iraq, Iran, Cuba,
Venezuela, Brasile, Argentina, Siria, Palestina, Irlanda, Zimbabwe (W
Mugabe!), Congo (anche lì i “pacifisti” hanno fatto la loro Sarajevo, a
supporto di invasori e cospiratori imperialisti) si ostinano a vedere
nello Stato-nazione la garanzia della molteplicità, unità, sovranità
(Patria o muerte) e, soprattutto, la barriere giuridica e, se
necessario, armata contro coloro che dello Stato USA hanno fatto altro
che un Leviatano (loro sì, Stato Nazione, gli altri meglio di no)! Fare
un po’ di casino intorno alle basi americane, OK, ma disconoscere che
solo lo Stato, oggi come oggi (chè nessun comunismo lo ha ancora
dissolto), ha gli strumenti politici, giuridici, militari, magari in
coalizione con altri Stati, per riaffermare la sovranità del suo popolo
e il rifiuto della colonizzazione, non può che far piacere ai
disintegratori di Stati per eccellenza, gli USA.

O vogliamo ricorrere al Municipio?

Il che ci riporta a una debolezza storica dello Stato italiano rispetto
agli altri Stati europei e extraeuropei, nati in contrapposizione
all’Impero. Dal tempo dei Comuni, costituitisi ovviamente sotto
l’ombrello dell’Impero, seppure con qualche libertà da “esodo” (è il
quadro tracciato con mille anni di ritardo da Negri), famiglia,
particolare e locale hanno dominato il tessuto della società italiana:
tutti elementi contrastanti con la più vasta aggregazione
multiculturale, multiconfessionale, multiidentitaria conquistata con le
rivoluzioni francese, inglese, americana, russa, che ci avrebbe tratti
da un retaggio tribalistico e di fazioni che si macellano fra di loro
nel nome, appunto, del campanile e del clan. Non per nulla qui si
insiste sul modello del Chiapas e sul pensiero debolissimo di Marcos,
entrambi ispirati a familismi, particolarismi, tribalismi,
identitarismi, localismi, il massimo del privilegio per la classe
dirigente messicana che vedi frantumarsi in mille rivoli quella che
potrebbe essere una travolgente alluvione di lotte insurrezionali
coordinate dei vari soggetti antagonisti messicani per il rovesciamento
di un potere oligarchico in tutto il paese e la conquista dello Stato.

Quale sarebbe in questa prospettiva di liquidazione dello Stato
“l’altro mondo possibile”? Quello di comunità “a rete” che si scontrano
al loro interno su che cosa si possa consigliare al sindaco di fare con
una minifrazione del bilancio “partecipativo”, spostando così
astutamente il conflitto tra governati e governanti a conflitto tra
governati, guerra tra poveri che esime l’istituzione dalla
responsabilità di provvedere al bene collettivo? Questa del bilancio
partecipativo e consultatorio per un minimo degli stanziamenti è
davvero la presa per il culo del secolo: a Cuba, nel Venezuela
bolivariano l’assemblea cittadina, o di quartiere decide (non esprime
pareri) su tutto il bilancio e su tutta la gestione della comunità e
gli amministratori che non hanno funzionato vengono revocati. Con lo
Stato deperito, chi si assume la responsabilità del bene collettivo,
della ridistribuzione della ricchezza tra aree povere e aree ricche,
dell’ecologia dove il battito di una farfalla a Bolzano suscita un
maremoto a Trapani, dell’eguaglianza davanti alla legge, del sistema
dei trasporti armonizzato, della rappresentanza nei rapporti e nei
conflitti con altre entità, della sanità collettiva? Corollario
dell’estinzione dello Stato è infatti la scomparsa dell’intervento
pubblico generale ed equo e il diffondersi della frenesia egoistica del
particolarismo localista ad opera di ceti e lobbies egemoni.

A me pare che l’Italia, la cui unità nazionale era vaticinata da Dante
Alighieri fin dalla da lui vituperata epoca fratricida e
local-oligarchica dei Comuni e poi delle Signorie, abbia avuto solo tre
moti verso una nazione di cittadini uguali e uniti: nel Risorgimento,
frutto di una minoranza ma diretto verso un obiettivo collettivo,
sequestrato e umiliato dalla monarchia; quello del fascismo, stato
unitario pervertito dall’ideologia tirannica di razza e di classe
(chiamata “popolo”) e dall’imperialismo capitalista; e, soprattutto,
quello dei 240.000 partigiani che si battevano, sull’onda di un
sentimento, a larghissima maggioranza di classe, di unità e
indipendenza nazionale, nella prospettiva del socialismo e, intanto di
uno Stato unitario a costituzione democratica.

Leghisti e federalisti (non decentratori!) di ogni risma e
criptoleghisti del campanile hanno in mente un “altro mondo possibile”
che viene descritto nei documenti della strategia “del Secolo
Americano” come l’obiettivo fondamentale per realizzare il dominio
dell’unico Stato Nazionale sulle macerie degli Stati da frantumare.
Vanno smascherati.

SVILANOVIC FIERCELY CONDEMNS INCIDENTS IN BELGRADE 
BELGRADE, June 16 (Beta) - On June 16, Serbia&Montenegro Foreign
Minister Goran Svilanovic fiercely condemned the incidents in front of
the Croatian Embassy in Belgrade in the evening on June 15, stressing
that he hoped they would not affect bilateral relations. 
        After the Serbia&Montenegro waterpolo team's victory against
the Croats in the European Championship finals in Kranj (Slovenia) and
the serious incidents provoked by Croatian fans, a group of Belgrade
fans broke windows on the Croatian Embassy and took down the emblem and
flag of Croatia and raised the Serbian flag. 
        Svilanovic said the country had been working very hard for
three years to improve relations with Croatia. He said he hoped
cooperation with Zagreb would continue in the second half of this year. 
        "We are determined to keep improving relations between
Serbia&Montenegro and Croatia, and we do regret this incident and
fiercely condemn it," Svilanovic said. 
        
SCG STRONGLY CONDEMNS INCIDENT OUTSIDE CROATIAN EMBASSY IN BELGRADE 
        BELGRADE, June 16 (Tanjug) - Serbia and Montenegro's (SCG) 
Foreign Ministry released on Monday a statement strongly condemning 
the incident that occurred outside Croatia's Embassy in Belgrade on 
Sunday night. 
        On this occasion, the Ministry conveyed to Croatia's
Ambassador  to the SCG Davor Bozinovic and the Foreign Ministry its
regrets for  the incidents. Ambassador Bozinovic was informed about the
measures  the competent organs had taken to reveal and punish the
perpetrators  of the incident, the statement said.  The SCG Foreign
Ministry assessed that a considerable progress  had been made in
bilateral relations between the SCG and Croatia,  and that the incident
would not jeopardize the positive development  of mutual relations. 

RACAN REGRETS INCIDENTS AFTER WATERPOLO FINALS 
KRANJ, June 16 (Beta) - Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan said on
June 16, that he deeply regretted the events at the European WaterPolo
Championship finals in Kranj between the national teams of Croatia and
Serbia&Montenegro. 
        Racan said that on June 18, the Croatian government would
debate a draft law on the prevention of incidents at sports venues. 
        At a press conference in the government building, Racan
congratulated the national team on the silver medal. He stressed that
the waterpolo players represented Croatia extremely well, while on the
other hand, a group of fans failed to do so during the finals. 

MONTENEGRIN FOREIGN MINISTRY CONDEMNS ATTACK ON CROATIA'S EMBASSY IN
BELGRADE
        PODGORICA, June 16 (Tanjug) - Montenegro's Foreign Ministry
confirmed on Monday that the visit to Podgorica by Croatia's Foreign
Minister Tonino Picula, planned for June 16-17, was postponed based on
a mutual agreement but at the proposal of the Croatian side, owing to
the attack on the Croatian Embassy building in Belgrade on Sunday night.
        The statement released by the Montenegrin Foreign Ministry said
that a new date for Minister Picula's visit would be set by the two
ministries later on.  The Ministry also strongly condemned the hooligan
behavior outside Croatia's Embassy in Belgrade, which resulted in
damages of the building itself and a desecration of Croatia's flag and
coat of arms.  Montenegro's Foreign Ministry assessed that "the attack
on the embassy and the desecration of Croatia's symbols are serious
violations of obligations that the hosting country has under the Vienna
Convention on diplomatic relations". 
        The riots outside Croatia's Embassy in Belgrade broke out
following the final match between the national teams of Serbia and
Montenegro and Croatia at the European waterpolo championship in Kranj,
Slovenia, during which violence broke out by supporters of Croatia's
national team, who were dissatisfied with the defeat of their team.

Pourquoi font-ils ces guerres ? Laissons la parole au président
Clinton, parlant devant des fonctionnaires US à Washington, le 23 mars
99, au moment où il s’apprête à déclencher les bombardements sur la
Yougoslavie : «Si nous voulons des relations économiques solides, nous
permettant de vendre dans le monde entier, il faut que l’Europe soit la
clé… C’est de cela qu’il s’agit avec toute cette chose (sic)du Kosovo.»

     Bref, la guerre a pour but d’installer l’OTAN comme gendarme
nécessaire pour la domination US sur le continent européen.

     Un éditorialiste du New York Times le confirme au même moment :
«Pour que la globalisation marche, l’Amérique ne doit pas craindre
d’agir comme la superpuissance omnipotente qu’elle est. La main
invisible du marché ne fonctionnera jamais sans un poing caché.

de l’avion F-15. Et le poing caché qui garantit un monde sûr pour les
technologies de la Silicon Valley, ce poing s’appelle armée des
Etats-Unis, Air Force, Navy et Marines.»

“Qui contrôle le pétrole, peut continuer à diriger le monde”

En fait, depuis la chute du Mur toutes les guerres US ont été au
service de la « globalisation ». En réalité, pour le droit des
multinationales de continuer à imposer leurs règles économiques et
sociales injustes, le droit de ne pas payer les matières premières et
de piller le tiers monde.

     Et en premier lieu, le pétrole et le gaz. Qui contrôle les routes
du pétrole, peut bloquer l’approvisionnement de ses rivaux (Europe,
Japon…), les faire chanter et continuer à diriger le monde. Tel est
l’objectif permanent de Washington. La guerre contre la Yougoslavie
visait à renverser l’autogestion des travailleurs et à faire place
nette pour les multinationales. Mais aussi à contrôler le stratégique «
corridor énergétique n° 10 » qui passe par Belgrade. Résultat pour les
travailleurs ? Le gouvernement que l’OTAN a imposé à Belgrade est celui
du FMI. Le prix du pain est passé de 4 à 30 dinars, celui de
l’électricité (privatisable) a été multiplié par quatre, la Banque
Mondiale veut licencier 800.000 travailleurs et le droit de grève vient
d’être interdit !

     Le soutien à Ben Laden et aux talibans, puis le renversement de
ceux-ci, visaient à permettre la construction en Afghanistan du gazoduc
de la multinationale US Unocal destiné à desservir toute l’Asie du Sud.
Le « président » afghan Karzaï est un employé d’Unocal et dix de ses
ministres ont le passeport US. Résultat ? Le trafic de drogue a
augmenté.

     Le soutien au régime brutal et corrompu de la Colombie vise certes
à garantir la mainmise US sur le stratégique canal de Panama, mais
aussi à contrôler le pétrole colombien d’abord, vénézuélien ensuite en
empêchant une alliance entre ces deux pays et l’Equateur. Ceux qui
prétendent imposer la démocratie en Irak n’ont pas hésité à tenter un
coup d’Etat contre le président élu du Venezuela, Chavès.

     Le soutien US aux milices islamistes, notamment de Ben Laden,
actives en Tchétchénie, et leur approvisionnement en armes vise à
affaiblir la Russie et à la chasser des si lucratives routes du pétrole
dans cette région.

     Bref, partout, les multinationales pétrolières US cherchent à
imposer des tracés de pipelines contrôlés par elles-mêmes :
Afghanistan, Kurdistan, Caucase, Bulgarie – Macédoine – Albanie, et on
en parle à présent aussi à propos de la Corée et de divers pays
d’Afrique. Et dans chacune de ces régions, les Etats-Unis manoeuvrent
pour installer leurs bases militaires. Partout donc, mais de façon
clandestine, les Etats-Unis provoquent ou excitent des conflits en
soutenant les pires racistes, les pires terroristes, les pires
fanatiques. Ce qui nécessite des prétextes et des médiamensonges, que
la gauche n’a pas toujours su démasquer.

     Au Kosovo, par exemple, leurs protégés de l’UCK appliquent
impunément leur programme annoncé : nettoyage ethnique chassant toutes
les minorités (Serbes, Juifs, Roms, Turcs, Musulmans, Gorans…) et
trafics maffieux (drogue, armes, prostitution). Sous les yeux et avec
la bénédiction des Etats-Unis qui ont installé, à côté du futur
pipe-line, l’énorme base militaire de Camp Bondsteel : des pistes pour
bombardiers ( !), louées 99 ans et permettant d’atteindre le
Moyen-Orient, le Caucase, Moscou. Et un jour l’Europe ?

     
La cause des guerres, c’est le système économique

Car la guerre pour l’or noir a aussi pour but de priver la France et
l’Allemagne de leurs débouchés et approvisionnements en Irak, en Iran,
etc. De même, la stratégie militariste et la course aux armements a
pour but d’empêcher la création de l’Euro - Armée. Laquelle permettrait
de mener les mêmes guerres que l’armée US, mais pour le compte des
multinationales européennes.

     Le militarisme et la multiplication des guerres ne tombent pas du
ciel et ne sont pas dus à la personnalité de tel ou tel président. Ce
sont les multinationales US qui ont décidé de favoriser l’élection de
Bush le tricheur non élu. En fait, la cause des guerres, c’est
l’aggravation de la crise économique. Inévitable dans ce système
puisque le « meilleur patron », applaudi par les Bourses, c’est celui
qui annonce un plan de licenciement de dix mille ou quinze mille
travailleurs de par le monde. Mais si vous licenciez et baissez les
salaires autant que vous pouvez, à qui vendrez-vous ?

     Cette absurdité sape la base économique d’un développement général
et harmonieux. Cette contradiction incontournable impose une bataille
accrue pour contrôler les régions et matières stratégiques, afin d’en
priver les rivaux. Le monde est partagé comme un gâteau. Et comme il
est partagé depuis longtemps, la seule manière pour une grande
puissance d’améliorer sa situation est de rafler les morceaux échus à
d’autres. Par la guerre.

     Les guerres  multiples que Bush annonce (Iran, Syrie, Corée,
Colombie, Cuba etc…) ne sont que des chapitres d’une guerre globale. La
recolonisation brutale de toute la planète, l’imposition d’une
dictature encore plus étendue que celle dont rêvait Hitler. La proie
décisive étant la Chine, avec son immense marché, son taux de
croissance phénoménal. Avant de s’en prendre un jour à l’Europe ?

     Mais soutenir l’Euro-Armée n’est pas la solution. Quand Chirac
envoie l’armée française en Afrique pour soutenir les pires dictatures
et favoriser Total ou Bouygues, il fait la même chose que Bush en plus
petit. Et si Bush avait offert à TotalFina sa part du gâteau irakien,
on n’aurait pas entendu Chirac.

Un front international contre la guerre

     C’est donc aux travailleurs et à leurs organisations de définir
leur propre alternative : la solidarité de ceux d’en bas contre ceux
d’en haut. « Quand les riches se font la guerre, ce sont les pauvres
qui meurent », écrivait Jean-Paul Sartre. L’urgence est donc la
création d’un front international contre la guerre, pour le droit à
l’autodétermination, c’est-à-dire le droit de chaque nation à choisir
son destin, son système social, son mode de développement économique.
Développer partout (entreprises, associations, quartiers et surtout
écoles) des comités d’information, de débat et de mobilisation. Car
l’humanité court un danger terrible.

     Voilà. En m’excusant du caractère schématique du présent texte. En
quelques lignes, il n’était pas possible d’argumenter et de prouver ces
thèses par des faits concrets. A prendre donc, comme un appel pour
lancer le débat au sein du mouvement ouvrier et progressiste.

In der Ortschaft Obilic, in Kosovo und Metohija, haben Albaner die
Familie Stolic getötet. Obilic heißt nicht mehr Obilic seit die Kräfte
des NATO-Pakts Kosovo und Metohija besetzt haben. Die Albaner haben
Obilic in Kastrioti umbenannt. Milos Obilic ist der größte serbische
Held und in der Ortschaft, die nach ihm benannt wurde, lebten in den
letzten 17 Jahrhunderten Serben. Gjergj Kastrioti ist der größte
albanische Held, geboren in Albanien. Kastrioti hat noch nie Kosovo und
Metohija betreten. Milos Obilic fiel in der Schlacht auf dem Amselfeld,
als er Serbien und Europa vor dem türkischen Vordringen verteidigte.
Der UNMIK-Chef Michael Steiner erlaubte den Albanern, die serbische
Ortschaft Obilic in Kastrioti umzubenennen. Dank Steiner wurde das
Symbol des serbischen Patriotismus Milos Obilic zum zweiten Mal getötet.

Serben und Hunde kann man ungestraft töten
Die Familie Stolic ist eine alte serbische Familie. Die Wurzel ihres
Familiennamens ist sto, (zu deutsch: Tisch), der wichtigste Gegenstand
im Haus, auf dem das Essen serviert wird und um den sich die
Familienmitglieder versammeln. Die Albaner töteten die Stolics, als
Mahnung für die gebliebenen Serben, die noch nicht aus Kosovo und
Metohija ausgesiedelt sind. Die Albaner töteten die Stolics nach dem
Ritus. Sie töteten sie nicht aus Wut oder Hass. Sie töteten die
Stolics, weil sie Serben waren. Hätten die Albaner aus Wut getötet,
hätten sie eine Schusswaffe benutzt oder sie hätten sie vielleicht
niedergemetzelt, wie sie das oft mit Serben taten. Den Vater der
Familie, Slobodan Stolic, (der Vornahme rührt vom serbischen Wort
sloboda=Freiheit her) töteten die Albaner, indem sie mit stumpfen
Gegenständen auf ihn einschlugen. Auf gleiche Weise töteten sie mit
brutalen Schlägen und Fußtritten seine Frau Radmila (der Name der
unglücklichen Frau wird von den Eigenschaftswörtern radin=emsig und
mila=liebenswert hergeleitet.) Ihr Sohn Ljubinko (der Name entstammt
dem Hauptwort ljubav=Liebe) versuchte den albanischen Attentätern
Widerstand zu leisten, wahrscheinlich um seine alten und hilflosen
Eltern zu schützen. Deshalb wurde er nicht nur durch Schläge getötet,
sondern auch mit Messerstichen in den Hals und das Herz. Die Familie
Stolic ist in den Himmel umgesiedelt. Michael Steiner hat eine
Belohnung, eine sehr hohe, für denjenigen ausgesetzt, der die Mörder
der Familie Stolic anzeigt. Michael Steiner ist entweder dumm oder
dermaßen moralisch verkommen, dass er es nicht verdient, Europäer,
Deutscher oder Mensch genannt zu werden. Nie wird ein Albaner seinen
Stammesgenossen und Landsmann verraten. Bis jetzt hat das noch kein
Albaner getan. Die Albaner haben seit ihrem Einzug in die Geschichte,
und das geschah erst spät, im 11. Jahrhundert, noch nie ihre Landsleute
verraten, auch dann nicht, als die Landsleute Albaner unterschiedlichen
Glaubens waren. Die Blutrache ist bei den Albanern ganze 10
Jahrhunderte hindurch seit ihrem Bestehen erhalten geblieben. Michael
Steiner sollte das angesichts seiner engen Beziehungen zu den
Albanerinnen und Albanern wissen. Michael Steiner hat die Aussiedlung
der Serben aus Kosovo und Metohija zu Ende geführt. Michael Steiner und
Bernard Couchner haben größere Schuld an dem am serbischen Volk in
Kosovo und Metohija verübten Genozid als die Albaner. Die Albaner sind
die Exekutoren der Verbrechen und die Schirmherren der Verbrechen an
den Kosovo-Serben sind Steiner und Couchner. Bernard Couchner bringt
den Serben nur Böses. Nach Geld liebt Couchner am meisten Albaner und
Muslime. Couchner verteilte am 16. Februar 1996 am Punkt Jahorina den
aus Sarajevo abziehenden serbischen Witwen und ihren Babys angeblich
humanitäre Hilfe - Babynahrung, deren Aufbrauchfrist schon fünf Jahre
abgelaufen war.

Glaubt nicht dem Westen, auch wenn er euch Geschenke verteilt
Der Sicherheitsrat hat das Verbrechen der Kosovo-Albaner verurteilt.
Und mehr nicht. Michael Steiner hat eine Belohnung ausgesetzt. Und mehr
nicht. Die Leute, die im Sicherheitsrat sitzen, und Michael Steiner
sind Rassisten. Säßen im Sicherheitsrat nicht Rassisten, die Serben den
Hunden gleichsetzen, würde der Sicherheitsrat eine Resolution über die
augenblickliche Rückkehr der Serben nach Kosovo und Metohija
verabschieden, die vor den KFOR-Truppen und den wütenden Horden der
albanischen Terroristen geflüchtet sind. Michael Steiner ist ebenfalls
ein Rassist, sonst würde er die Serben in Kosovo und Metohija vor dem
grausamen Morden schützen. Einst waren die Juden schuld, und Hitler
versuchte sie zu vernichten, jetzt sind die Serben schuld, und Steiner
und die Albaner vernichten sie, wo immer sie können. In zig Jahren oder
vielleicht in einigen Jahren wird das der Welt klar sein. Michael
Steiner aber wird als einer derjenigen vermerkt sein, die das
systematische Genozid an den Serben ermöglicht haben.

Ansporn zur ethnischen Säuberung
Ich habe eine Dokumentation mit Erklärungen, hauptsächlich
amerikanischer Offizieller, zusammengetragen, in denen sie die Rache
der Albaner an den Serben verstehen. Ich bin eine Christin und glaube
an Vergebung. Im Neuen Testament heißt es: "Wer mit einem Stein auf
dich einschlägt, vergelte es ihm mit Brot", die Rache blieb im Alten
Testament "Auge um Auge, Zahn um Zahn". Die gegenwärtigen Herrscher der
Welt, diejenigen, die die Rache der Albaner an den Serben tolerieren,
sind keine Christen. Abgesehen davon, dass die Albaner keinen triftigen
Grund haben, um sich an den Serben zu rächen. Es gibt einen Grund, aber
der ist nicht triftig. Der albanische Grund zum Hass gegen die Serben
ist nur der gut verhüllte Wunsch, dass die Albaner durch Menschen das
serbische Land in Kosovo und Metohija erobern. Albanien ist ein armes
Karstland und deshalb haben zur Zeit der türkischen Okkupation des
Balkans die zum Islam bekehrten Albaner, Stoßkraft des Sultans genannt,
die einheimische christliche Bevölkerung in Mazedonien nach Kosovo und
Metohija und nach Griechenland vertrieben. Die Albaner haben es seit
jeher gut verstanden, die Reibungen zwischen Westen und Osten
auszunutzen. Wird wohl ein Publizist oder Historiker im westlichen
Europa den Mut haben, einen Text über die Art und Weise der Ausbreitung
der Albaner in den Nachbarländern zu verfassen? Materialien darüber
gibt es nicht nur in serbischer, sondern auch in griechischer,
lateinischer und türkischer Sprache. Ich fürchte, die westlichen
Publizisten werden nicht den Mut besitzen, denn die historischen
Tatsachen beweisen eindeutig, dass die Albaner serbisches,
mazedonisches und griechisches Territorium durch brutale Vertreibung
der einheimischen Bevölkerung erobert haben. Das albanische Ziel ist
nicht nur ein unabhängiges Kosovo und Metohija, sondern auch die
Annexion von Teilen Mazedoniens und Griechenlands an das unabhängige
Kosovo. Der größte serbische Feind, der zugleich auch der größte Feind
des orthodoxen Christentums ist, George Soros, schlug die Schaffung
eines unabhängigen albanischen Kosovo, ethnisch rein von Serben, vor.
Weiß Soros, dass er damit den Funken des Dritten Balkankrieges zündet?
Soros und die führenden Politiker des Westens sind hinterlistig und
heuchlerisch, wenn sie von Menschenrechten reden. Für Serben haben
Menschenrechte keine Gültigkeit. Die Serben können nur fortbestehen,
wenn sie sich zum Osten hinwenden. Auch die Serben werden das in fünf
Jahren begreifen. Auch der Westen wird es begreifen, aber dann wird es
zu spät sein. Alles kann ich den westlichen Politikern verzeihen, aber
ich kann ihnen nicht verzeihen, dass sie mich gezwungen haben, den
Westen zu verachten.

U mestu Obilicu, na Kosovu i Metohiji, Albanci su ubili porodicu Stolic. Obilic se vise
ne zove Obilic, od kada su snage NATO pakta okupirale Kosovo i Metohiju, Albanci su
Obilic preimenovali u Kastrioti. Milos Obilic je najveci srpski junak i u naselju koje se
po njemu zove poslednjih sedamnaest vekove ziveli su Srbi. Djerdj Kastrioti je najveci
albanski junak, rodjen u Albaniji. Kastrioti nikada nije ni nogom krocio na tle Kosova i
Metohije. Milos Obilic je poginuo u Kosovskoj bitki braneci Srbiju i braneci Evropu od
turskog prodora. Sef UMNIK-a Mihael Stajner dozvolio je Albancima da srpsko mesto
Obilic preimenuju u Kastrioti. Zahvaljujuci Stajneru simbol srpskog patriotizma Milos
Obilic po drugi put je ubijen.

SRBE I PSE MOGU UBIJATI BEZ KAZNE
Porodica Stolic je stara srpska porodica. Koren njihovog prezimena je sto, glavni
predmet u kuci na koji se postavlja hrana i oko koga se ukucani okupljaju. Albanci su
ubili Stolice kao opomenu preostalim Srbima koji se jos nisu iselili sa Kosova i
Metohije. Stolice su Albanci ubili ritualno. Nisu ih ubili iz besa ili mrznje. Ubili su ih
zato sto su Stolici bili Srbi. Da su Albanci ubili iz besa, ubili bi ih iz vatrenog oruzja,
ili bi ih mozda zaklali, kao sto su to cesto radili Srbima. Oca porodice Slobodana
Stolica (ime potice od srpske reci sloboda) Albanci su usmrtili tukuci ga tupim
predmetima. Na isti nacin zverskim udarcima i gazenjem ubili su njegovu suprugu
Radmilu (ime nesrecne zene je izvedeno od prideva rada i mila). Njihov sin Ljubinko
(ime mu potice od imenice ljubav) pokusao je napadacima Albanicma da pruzi otpor,
verovatno u zelji da zastiti stare i nemocne roditelje. Zbog toga je usmrcen ne samo
udarcima vec i ubodima nozem u predeo vrata i srca. Porodica Stolic se preselila na
nebo. Mihael Stajner raspisao je nagradu, veoma visoku, za onoga ko prijavi ubice
porodice Stolic. Mihael Stajner je ili glup, ili toliko pokvaren, da ne zasluzuje da se
naziva Evropejcem, Nemcem, ili covekom. Ni jedan Albanac nikada nece izdati svog
saplemenika i sunarodnika. Do sada nikada ni jedan Albanac to nije ucinio. Od izlaska
Albanaca u istoriju, a oni su u istoriju usli kasno tek u jedanaestom veku, nikada
Albanci nisu izdavali svoje sunarodnike, cak i ako su sunarodnici bili Albanci razlicite
vere. Krvna osvetra se zadrzala kod Albanaca svih deset vekova koliko postoje. Mihael
Stajner bi trebalo to da zna, s obzirom na njegove prisne veze sa Albankama i
Albancima. Mihael Stajner je dovrsio iseljavanje Srba sa Kosova i Metohije. Mihael
Stajner i Bernar Kusner krivlji su od Albanaca za genocid nad srpskim narodom na
Kosovu i Metohiji. Albanci su izvrsitelji zlocini a pokrovitelji zlocina nad kosmetskim
Srbima jesu Stajner i Kusner. Bernar Kusner je Srbima samo zlo. Posle novca, Kusner
najvise voli Albance i Muslimane. Kusner je 16. februara 1996. na punktu Jahorina,
srpskim udovicama koje su izlazile iz Sarajeva i njihovim bebama delio navodnu
humanitarnu pomoc-hranu za bebe kojoj je pet godina istekao rok trajanja !

NE VERUJTE ZAPADU NI KAD VAM POKLONE DAJE
Savet bezbednosti osudio je zlocin kosovskih Albanaca. I nista vise. Mihael Stajner
raspisao je nagradu. I nista vise. Ljudi koji sede u Savetu bezbednsti i Mihael Stajner
su rasisti. Da u Savetu bezbednosti ne sede rasisiti za koje su Srbi jednaki psima,
onda bi Savet bezbednosti izglasao rezoluciju o trenutnom povratku Srba na Kosovo i
Metohiju koji su pobegli pred trupama KFOR-a i divljih hordi albanskih terorista.
Mihael Stajner je takodje rasista inace bi zastitio Srbe na Kosovu i Metohiji od
divljackog ubijanja. Nekada su bili krivi Jevreji pa ih je Hitler pokusao da unisti, sada
su krivi Srbi pa ih Stajner i Albanci, gde god mogu, unistavaju. Za nekoliko desetina,
ili mozda nekoliko godina, svetu ce to postati jasno i Mihael Stajner bice oblezen kao
jedan od onih koji su omogucili sistematski genocid nad Srbima.

POTSREKIVANJE NA ETNICKO CISCENJE
Sakupila sam dokumentaciju sa izjavama, narocito americkih zvanicnika, kako
razumeju Albance da se Srbima svete. Ja sam Hriscanka i verujem u oprost. U Novom
Zavetu pise "Ko te udari kamenom ti mu vrati hlebom" osveta je ostala u Starom
Zavetu: "Oko za oko zub za zub". Vladari sveta danas, oni koji tolerisu osvetu
Albanaca nad Srbima, nisu Hriscani. Na stranu to sto Albanci nemaju nikakvog
valjanog razloga da se svete Srbima. Postoji razlog, ali on nije valjan. Albanski razlog
za mrznju prema Srbima je samo dobro prikrivena zelja da Albanci osvoje ljudstvom
srpsku zemlju na Kosovu i Metohiji. Albanija je krsevita i siromasna zato su za vreme
turske okupacije Balkana poislamljeni Albanci, nazvani udarnom pesnicom
sultanovom, proterivali domace hriscansko stanovnoistvo u Makedoniji, na Kosovu i
Metohiji i u Grckoj. Albanci su oduvek, dobro znali da iskoriste trvenja izmedju
Zapada i Istoka. Hoce li i jedan publicista ili istoricar u zapadnoj Evropi imati hrabrosti
da napise tekst o nacinu sirenja Albanaca u susedne zemlje. Materijali o tome postoje
ne samo na srpskom nego i na grcom, i na latinskom i na turskom jeziku. Bojim se da
zapadni publicisti nece imati hrabrosti jer, istorijske cinjenice nedvosmisleno pokazju
da su Albanci osvajali srpske, makednoske, i grcke tertorije surovim proterivanjem
domaceg stanovnistva. Albanski cilj nije samo nezavisno Kosovo i Metohija nego i
prisajedinjenje nezavisnom Kosovu, delova Makedonije i Grcke. Najveci srpski
neprijatelj, koji je uz to najveci neprijatelj provoslavnog hriscanstva Dzordz Soros,
predlozio je stvaranje nezavisnog albanskog Kosova, etnicki ociscenog od Srba. Da li
Soros zna da time pali iskru Treceg balkansko rata. Soros i vodeci politicari Zapada su
podmukli i licemerni kada pricaju o ljudskim pravima. Za Srbe ljudska prava ne vaze.
Srbi mogu da opstanu samo ako se okrenu Istoku.
I Srbi ce kroz pet godina to shavatiti. Shvatice i Zapad, ali bice kasno. Sve mogu
oprostiti zapadnim politicartima, ali im ne mogu oprostiti sto su me naterali da Zapad
prezirem.

NUOVO RUOLO POLITICO PER VECCHIE ARISTOCRAZIE NAZISTE

E' stato opportunamente ignorato dai media e dai commentatori politici "democratici"
il fatto che tanto il bulgaro Simeone Saxcoburgski - Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, sposato alla
aristocratica spagnola Donna Margarita Gomez-Acebo y Cejuela - quanto Michele of
Romania - Hohenzollern, quello che e' andato in giro in Europa per anni a cantare le
lodi della NATO e della sua espansione ad est - furono imposti sul trono dei loro
paesi da Hitler nel 1940.
Mentre il secondo e' oggi ricevuto in pompa magna dai suoi amici e parenti, i reali di
Spagna, il primo e' addirittura primo ministro della Bulgaria.
Nessun si sorprenda... Ricordiamo anche che il regime serbo post-Milosevic ha
regalato passaporto ed ex residenza regale ai discendenti di quei Karadjordjevic che
scapparono dalla Jugoslavia allo scoppio della guerra contro il nazifascismo, e che
l'Italia ha emendato la sua Costituzione per consentire il rientro dei discendenti
piduisti di quei Savoia che, dopo varie giravolte, abbandonarono vigliaccamente il
paese nel 1943.

SPANISH KING VISITS ROMANIA

-The Spanish monarch congratulated Romania on its
invitation to join NATO and said Spain firmly backs
Romania's quest to join the EU. The royal couple was
to be received on 12 June by Princess Margareta and
her spouse, Prince Radu de Hohenzollern-Veringen. The
Spanish queen and Princess Margareta's father, former
King Michael I, are cousins.

King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain, on a
two-day official visit to Romania, held talks on 11
June with President Ion Iliescu, Prime Minister Adrian
Nastase, and other Romanian officials, RFE/RL's
Bucharest bureau reported. King Juan Carlos and
Iliescu exchanged their countries' highest state
orders. The Spanish monarch congratulated Romania on

EU THESSALONIKI SUMMIT VERY IMPORTANT FOR SERBIA-MONTENEGRO,MAROVIC 
        BELGRADE, June 8 (Tanjug) - Serbia-Montenegro President Svetozar  M=
arovic has
said that a decision on opening talks with Kosovo ethnic  Albanians could d=
epend on
the results of the forthcoming EU  Thessaloniki summit.  "Maybe, a final st=
and or
decision on opening talks with ethnic  Albanians should depend on the resul=
ts of the
summit, which means  that the gathering should reach a certain conclusion w=
hich
would  encourage the efforts of Belgrade, and I hope those of Kosovo ethnic=
 
Albanians as well, that by means of an open, political dialogue a  stable, =
lasting
political solution be found, which would not be  characterized by the Balka=

exclusiveness," Marovic said in an  interview for the Sunday issue of the B=

        He pointed out that that was the right place "at which we will  win=
recognition
for the new position of Serbia and Montenegro in the  process of integratio=

has warned local counterparts that the upcoming EU summit in Thessalonica c=

prove disappointing for West Balkan countries.
        Speaking to B92 following the meeting of foreign ministers particip=
ating in the
South-East Europe Cooperation Process, Svilanovic said: "One reason is that=
our
expectations are high. All Balkan countries that expect membership in the E=

Thessalonica as a great mirror.
        "They'd like to see what their actual perspective of integration in=

Il Dr Milan Bulajic, presidente del Fondo di Indagine sul Genocidio, ha esp=

Pope John Paul II?s visit to the Republic of Srpska will begin with a
Mass in the Petricevac Monastery

Dr. Milan Bulajic, the president of the Fund for Investigating
Genocide, expressed disbelief and bitterness yesterday because of the
fact that no one has officially condemned Pope John Paul II?s plan to
begin his visit to the Republic of Srpska on June 22 with a Mass and
beatification of Ivan Merc in the Petricevac Monastery, a place where
Croatian Fascists (Ustashi) committed genocide against Serbs in the
Second World War.

In an interview with the news agency Tanjug, Bulajic reminded everyone
that the Ustashi, led by a Franciscan priest, left the Petricevac
Monastery on February 7 of 1942 and in the space of 10 hours managed
to massacre 2730 Serbs (among which were 500 children), in the
villages of Drakulic, Sargovci, and Motike.

?The Pope visited Croatia twice but never Jasenovac. No one ever
offered an apology to the victims of a genocide in which the
representatives of the Catholic Church in Croatia and Bosnia
participated [during World War Two], and now the Pope plans to hold a
Mass on the place of genocide against the Serbs, and also to beatify
the layman Ivan Merc, who created the Catholic Youth Movement (out of
which originated the Ustashi Youth),? said Bulajic.

The genocide was begun by the ?Second Corporal Army? of the Ustashi
leader Ante Pavelic, and led by Lieutenant Colonel Josip Mislov and
Captain Nikola Zelic; they were all led by a priest from Sargovci,
Father Vjekoslav Filipovic.

The mass murder began at dawn with the occupation of the mine at
Rakovac, in which 37 workers were killed with picks, but the pinnacle
of this savagery took place in a school where 60 children were
butchered in front of their teacher, who went insane after witnessing

The scheduled visit of the head of the Roman Catholic Church, Pope John Pau=
l II, to
Republika Srpska and Banja Luka has stirred up strong passions both in Repu=
blika
Srpska and in Serbia. Serbs on both sides of the Drina River are especially=
unhappy
with the announcement that the Pope will serve mass at a massacre site near=
Banja
Luka. According to the itinerary, the head of the Roman Catholic Church wil=
l serve in
the Franciscan monastery Petricevac, where Ustashe* performed genocide agai=
nst the
Serbs, slaughtering 2,730 people, 500 of whom were children.
According to announcements, the Pope's visit to this part of Republika Srps=
ka is
expected to be glamorous. His trip will cost approximately five million eur=
os; new
grass lawns will be built for the "popemobile"; and several hundred thousan=
d Catholic
believers are expected to welcome the Holy Father. Representatives of the R=
oman
Catholic Church have indicated that it is their wish that the Pope's host b=
e the head of
the Serbian Orthodox Church, His Beatitude the Serbian Patriarch Kyr Pavle.=

"Glas" has learned, however, that the Patriarch will not welcome the Pope o=
n June 22.
"Prior to the conclusion of the session of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the=
Serbian
Orthodox Church from May 13 to May 24, Serbia and Montenegro foreign minist=
er
Goran Svilanovic visited the Patriarchate and the Bishops of the Serbian Or=
thodox
Church. At that time Svilanovic proposed to the Patriarch that he host the =
Pope's visit;
however, the Patriarch rejected this, most probably due to the location whe=
re the
Pope will serve mass," one of the bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church an=
d
member of the Holy Synod told "Glas".
This senior church official emphasized that under the circumstances it is n=
ot
customary for the head of the Roman Catholic Church to be welcomed by a sen=
ior
delegation of the Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church, and that this would=

probably be done by Bishop Jefrem of Banja Luka, who, it appears, has not y=
et
received an official invitation.
Dr. Milan Bulajic, the president of the Genocide Investigation Fund, expres=
sed his
bitterness and disbelief that no one has officially condemned the Pope's in=
tent to
serve mass at the massacre site.
"From Petricevac Monastery the Ustashe, led by Franciscan parish priest Vje=
koslav
(Tomislav) Filipovic, set out on a massacre of the Serb population. In just=
ten hours,
on February 6, 1942, in the villages of Drakulic, Motike and Sargovic, they=

slaughtered no less than 2,730 Serbs, 500 of whom were children. The genoci=

Vatican has never condemned the Ustashe movement or told the truth about th=
e open
involvement of the Roman Catholic clergy in its ranks According to "MAGNUM =

CRIMEN" ("The Great Crime") of author Viktor Novak, who described the besti=
al acts of
the Ustashe against the Serbs during World War II, a brother of the Petrice=
vac
Monastery, Tomislav Filipovic, entered the classroom during class with 12 U=
stashe,
imitating Jesus Christ and his twelve apostles. He ordered teacher Dobrila =
Martinovic
to bring a Serb child
to the front of the class.
Suspecting nothing, the teacher called Radojka Glamocanin, a pretty and nea=
t child,
the daughter of Djuro Glamocanin, a respected citizen of Drakulic then impr=
isoned in
Germany. The brother gently received the child, lifted her to the lectern a=
nd then
slowly began to slit her throat in front of the other children, the teacher=
and the
Ustashe. Panic broke out; the horrified children screamed and jumped. The b=
rother
calmly and in Jesuit-like, dignified fashion addressed the Ustashe: "Ustash=
e, by this in
the name of God I baptize these degenerates and you should follow my exampl=
e. I am
the first to accept all sin onto my soul; I will confess you and absolve yo=
u of all sin."
The priest then ordered the teacher to take all the Serb children into the =
schoolyard.
He issued the same order to teacher Mara Tunjic in another classroom. In th=
e
schoolyard, on the trodden snow, he placed the 12 Ustashe in a circle and t=
hen
ordered the children to run next to them. As each child passed, an Ustashe =
would
gouge out an eye and push it into the child's slit belly; he would cut off =
an ear from a
second child, the nose from a third, a finger from a fourth, the cheeks fro=
m a fifth...
And so on until all the children collapsed. Then the Ustashe finished them =
off in the
snow.
Priest Filipovic later became the administrator of the Jasenovac concentrat=
ion camp
and earned the nickname "Brother Satan".
Whether the long announced visit of the head of the Roman Catholic Church t=
o Bosnia
and Herzegovina has to begin with mass on a terrible Serb massacre site is =
the
question which will surely remain in the focus of public attention in comin=
g days.

Blessing of crime site

"The Pope has visited Croatia twice and Jasenovac not once. He has never ad=
dressed
an apology to the victims of the genocide in which representatives of the C=

Church opposed

The bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church consider the decision to have th=
e Pope
serve mass in Petricevac to be a provocation, a member of the Holy Synod to=
ld "Glas".
"The bishops are divided on the issue of whether to meet with the Pope, eve=
n though
the dominant view is that talks are certainly necessary. However, with resp=
ect to the
mass at Petricevac, all the bishops were opposed," said the senior church o=
fficial.
"Glas" learned that the bishops spoke about "acquainting the Pope with crim=
es
against Serbs committed in this region during World War II."

Marovic visits the Pope

VATICAN (Beta) - Serbia and Montenegro president Svetozar Marovic expressed=
the
hope yesterday that intensive work could be done in the next year on a visi=
t by Pope
John Paul II to the state union.
After talks with the Pope and the state secretary of the Holy See, Cardinal=
Angelo
Sodana, Marovic said that the possibility of a papal visit to Serbia and Mo=
ntenegro
was discussed. He added that, as head of the state union, he could have inv=
ited the
Pope to visit Serbia and Montenegro but that he wants the visit to occur at=
a moment
when the conditions are right in the view of the Serbian Orthodox Church. T=
he Pope
expressed his support for peace and stability in Serbia and Montenegro and =

Southeastern Europe. The head of the Roman Catholic Church welcomed the act=
ivities
of the Serbia and

In one instance, in a raid on a Serb Orthodox village in 1942, he slashed t=

a child and exclaimed: "Ustasha, this is the way in which I baptise these b=
astards in
the name of God. You should just follow my example. Let this thing be on my=
soul,
but I am going to give you my forgiveness and the forgiveness of the Church=
for your
acts." At his
trial for war crimes, he later admitted to personally killing at least one =
hundred
people, including children, PER DAY [our emphasis] in the camp. After the w=

Filipovic-Majstorovic was tried and sentenced to death. He was hanged weari=

Durante la guerra civile in Croazia nel 1992    mi e' capitato di assistere=
su  una delle
reti  RAI ,non ricordo bene quale delle tre ma probabilmente su RAI2 ad una=
intervista
fatta all'allora cardinale  croato Kuharic (se non  sbaglio il nome).
Se fosse possibile reperire questa intervista nel loro archivio sarebbe una=
bella
"mazzata" al papa innanzitutto e a coloro che hanno appoggiato le politiche=

secessioniste.
Giudicate voi:
Nella fase finale dell'intervista il zelante giornalista chiede a sua Emine=
nza: "lei crede
che la Chiesa puo' giustificare per patriottismo l'uccisione dei Serbi??"
La risposta inequivocabile fu': "La chiesa per patriottismo puo GIUSTIFICAR=
E
l'uccisione  dei Serbi, ma i
patrioti NON DEVONO FARLO CON RANCORE O ODIO" ( in pratica e' quello che
facevano i nazisti quando rastrellavano i civili e li mandavano a morire co=
n fredda
indifferenza)
L'intervista si interrompe qui. Un  deferente saluto all'illustre intervist=
ato ed una
sensazione agghiacciante pensando all' orribile destino che incombeva  alle=
  tante
inconsapevoli future vittime dell'odio fratricida alimentato in questo modo=
dalla
Chiesa.

Forse ho l'Alzeimer, ma mi sembra di ricordare chiaramente
il Metropolita Ortodosso di Belgrado, il quale, durante la guerra
NATO del 1999, chiedeva al Papa di intercedere presso la Nato
stessa, perché sospendesse i bombardamenti in modo da
permettere ai fedeli di celebrare in pace la Pasqua.
Ho ancora davanti agli occhi l'immagine televisiva del giornalista
che comunica al mondo la negazione dell'intervento papale, dicendo
che la Santa Sede sosteneva entusiasticamente quella guerra
in quanto buona e giusta.
In altre parole il Papa, Grande Portatore do Pace nel mondo,
ha rifiutato di chiedere ai signori della Nato che concedessero
qualche ora di pace per i suoi fratelli cristiani ortodossi.

Guardando quelle immagini mi chiedevo con quale faccia
il Papa avrebbe mai più potuto farsi passare da Patrono
della Pace.

Ma lo ha fatto e lo sta facendo, perché al mondo nessuno
ricorda mai nulla.

Chissà se se ne ricorderanno gli ortodossi.

della Jugoslavia...

Cari compagni, cari amici,
Invio la traduzione dell'appello del NKPJ (Il Nuovo Partito Comunista

Appello dal Nuovo Partito Comunista di Jugoslavia

Il NKPJ è l' unico Partito comunista rimasto sul territorio della RSF di
Jugoslavia. Esso opera in tutte le Repubbliche ex Jugoslave. In Croazia e
Slovenia illegalmente, ed a causa della denominazione (e forse anche per il=

programma) non viene registrato. In Bosnia non riconosciamo "l'Accordo di
Dayton" perché lo riteniamo un atto con il quale viene sanzionata
l'occupazione della Bosnia ed Erzegovina da parte degli imperialisti, e
perciò non partecipiamo alle elezioni.
Il NKPJ è un partito marxista-leninista. Tutti gli altri partiti sul
territorio della ex Jugoslavia sono di fatto piccoli gruppi di orientazione=

social-democratica.
Noi abbiamo a suo tempo sostenuto la linea anti imperialista e patriottica
del Partito Socialista della Jugoslavia (di Milosevic, N.d.t.), ma eravamo
e siamo rimasti esplicitamente contro la loro politica di restaurazione
capitalista in Jugoslavia. I socialisti formalmente si comportano
correttamente verso di noi, ma hanno fatto opposizione affinché non entrass=
imo
a far parte del Parlamento. Inoltre, finora, per sette volte ci hanno sottr=
atto con
la forza i seggi da deputati nelle città di Zrenjanin, Pec (nel Kosovo e
Metohija) e Pozarevac. Il loro obiettivo era di bloccare l'affermazione del=

Partito comunista sia nelle questioni interne che in quelle esterne. Allo s=
tesso modo
hanno cercato di usufruire delle nostre relazioni con i partiti comunisti n=
el mondo.
La maggiorparte dei rappresentanti di questi partiti e' venuta ai
Congressi del Partito Socialista grazie proprio al NKPJ, per la cui
mediazione venivamo contattati dai socialisti stessi, che inoltre non
volevano inimicarsi questi partiti con l'eventuale estromissione dei
comunisti.
Dopo la controrivoluzione del 5 ottobre 2000 il NKPJ si è trovato in una
situazione molto critica. Il nuovo governo ci ha imposto vari doveri e
tasse, amministrative e finanziarie.
La sede del NKPJ si trova in locali di proprietà statale. Il nuovo
governo ci ha imposto un affitto, per le nostre possibilità molto elevato,
oltreché varie tasse finanziarie.
Una parte della nostra sede, insieme ai computer ed altro materiale tecnico=
,
e' stata distrutta nella notte tra il 5 e il 6 ottobre, da parte dei teppis=
ti dei
partiti della destra. E' stato dato alle fiamme tutto l'inventario, le port=
e, le
finestre, gli armadi, tutto distrutto. All'indomani la stima dei danni è
stata effettuata dalla polizia e poi anche dagli organi competenti. Abbiamo=

rinnovato le stanze ed abbiamo chiesto allo Stato che ci venga
ricompensata la spesa. Lo Stato ce lo ha promesso a voce, ma la promessa
non è stata mantenuta.
Nel frattempo, certamente non per caso, un utente "sconosciuto" si è inseri=
to
nel nostro contatore di elettricità e nel corso di un anno ci ha danneggiat=
o per
6mila euro. Non ci è stato permesso di aprire una traccia nel muro per scop=
rire
chi è questo "sconosciuto", ma la bolletta l'abbiamo dovuta pagare. Sono st=
ate
inventate tante multe per noi, e cosi via.
Nel 2000 non ci è stato permesso di presentarci alle elezioni repubblicane
e nemmeno nel 2002 a quelle presidenziali, anche se avevamo i candidati e
le firme necessarie. I Tribunali circondariali (eccetto quello di Belgrado)=

non hanno voluto nominare gli impiegati (con una somma ingente da pagare)
per verificare le firme, benché, dicevano, non hanno un numero sufficiente
di impiegati.
Ora si sta preparando una nuova forma di pre-registrazione dei partiti
politici, con il necessario pagamento di ingenti tasse per ogni membro
che viene registrato davanti al Tribunale.
Lo Stato ci ha imposto un ultimatum per cui entro il 15 giugno dobbiamo
pagare tutti gli obblighi e tasse molto elevate, altrimenti verremo
cacciati dalla sede e verremo cancellati da tutte le liste dei partiti
politici.
Noi stiamo riuscendo a raccogliere una certa somma, ma ci serviranno
ancora 5 -6 mila euro. A causa del lungo embargo, dei bombardamenti e
di altre ragioni, il nostro paese si è molto impoverito, e i suoi abitanti
(particolarmente operai, studenti, impiegati) a malapena riescono ad arriva=
re
alla fine del mese.
Perciò preghiamo i partiti e le organizzazioni a cui ci rivolgiamo di
sostenerci, nei limiti delle loro possibilità. Invitiamo nello stesso tempo=
i
compagni a venirci a trovare, per conoscere il nostro paese, per rendersi
conto della situazione in quale si trova il nostro paese, e tenere conferen=
ze
o incontrare i nostri attivisti a Belgrado. Se necessario possiamo inviare =
gli
inviti ai rappresentanti di questi partiti e organizzazioni.
Chiediamo un prestito, non regalo. Oggi ci aiuterete, domani sicuramente lo=

potremo fare noi. Pensiamo anche che l'internazionalismo è sempre una cosa
concreta e che non esiste soltanto nelle parole.
Il NKPJ si trova in una situazione molto delicata. Ci aspettiamo la vostra=

comprensione come comunisti italiani.
A causa di una brutale dittatura, nel paese di fatto è stata messa a tacere=

una opinione pubblica composta di milioni di cittadini. Con l'ausilio anche=

di una modesta propaganda, riteniamo che un numero imponente di cittadini s=
i
affiancherebbe a noi, perché ancora almeno il 30 -40% dei cittadini rimpian=
ge
il socialismo, qualunque siano state le sue mancanze. Infatti, per
il popolo jugoslavo quel socialismo è stato senza dubbio meglio di questo
capitalismo coloniale imposto a ritmo accelerato.
