CLAMOROSA PRESA PER I FONDELLI
Il presidente Bush ha inviato al presidente della RF di Jugoslavia
Kostunica un messaggio nel quale si ringrazia la Jugoslavia per l'aiuto
prestato nella lotta contro il terrorismo internazionale. Il messaggio
va chiaramente inteso come una sfacciata presa in giro ai danni della
Jugoslavia da parte degli USA, visto che questi ultimi da anni
appoggiano il terrorismo e lo stragismo etno-secessionista, in
particolare le formazioni separatiste dell'UCK in Kosovo-Metohija, allo
scopo di destabilizzare ed occupare militarmente la Jugoslavia. (I.S.)

BELGRADE, Sept 18 (Tanjug) - US President George Bush has sent a message
to Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica, thanking him for his
contribution to the fight against terrorism in the world.
The letter goes as follows: "The American people are grateful to you and
the people of Yugoslavia for your invaluable contributions to the
campaign to free the world of terrorism. The bonds of friendship
between our countries give us the strength to confront intolerance,
hatred and violence together.
"The United States was directly attacked last September 11, but
terrorism darkens the prospects of all people to live in peace, freedom,
and prosperity. With perseverance and courage, I am certain that we
together will prevail against this threat.
"We greatly appreciate Yugoslavia's contributions to our mutual effort.
Yugoslavia's decision to ally itself with the cause of tolerance and
understanding means we can work together to build a world that values
its people and gives them a future of freedom and hope," the letter
says.

Carissima direzione e redazione Esteri di "Panorama",
sono un entusiasta della vostra rivista, ed avendo trovato in internet
il modo di comunicare con voi, vorrei incoraggiarvi: non perdiamoci
d'animo, sull'Iraq bisogna insistere!!! Bush ha ragione a non fidarsi,
ovviamente. Non facciamoci ingannare da Saddam: Oriana Fallaci
dovrebbe averci insegnato una volta per tutte che cosa vuol dire
avere a che fare con i musulmani!
Mi chiedo: come possono "mancare le ragioni" per un attacco umanitario
e chirurgico contro Bagdad? Voglio dire, abbiamo avuto l'invasione del
Kuwait, le incubatrici con le spine staccate, le armi chimiche, i legami
con Al Qaeda... Mica vorremo fermarci qui, ad un passo dall'obiettivo?!
Serve solo un po' di fantasia. Ad esempio: sulla home page di IOL
(libero.it) ho letto pochi giorni fa: "L'ex amante rivela: Saddam usa il
Viagra". E allora, e' chiaro: Saddam e' un maniaco sessuale! Dove e'
finita la figlia dell'ex ambasciatore kuwaitiano, che tanto bene aveva
relazionato al Congresso USA nel 1990? Tiriamola fuori di nuovo,
facciamogli confessare di essere stata brutalmente, anzi: etnicamente
stuprata da Saddam!
Non basterebbe? E allora: che ne dite di un Saddam pedofilo?
Con tutto quel via vai di preti cattolici, che vanno a portare la loro
solidarieta' pelosa agli iracheni, una campagna del tipo:
"Saddam copre i pedofili" - sarebbe perfettamente credibile.
Per quanto riguarda le armi di distruzione di massa, a parte ogni
oziosa discussione sul ruolo degli ispettori ONU, la soluzione e'
facilissima: buttiamogli la bomba atomica su Bassora e diamo la colpa
a lui, che diamine! Possiamo dire che si sono colpiti da soli per
sbaglio, oppure che e' stato un episodio di repressione interna.
In questo modo avremo inconfutabilmente dimostrato che Saddam le
armi nucleari ce le ha, e come! E poi, perbacco (davvero perdo la
pazienza...), ma che diamine di sforzi ci tocca fare per dimostrare che
e' assolutamente indispensabile scatenare la guerra contro L'Iraq...
Scateniamola e basta, in fondo dimostrare di avere ragione non paga,
attacchiamo e basta, senza ONU, che ci frega?! Siamo nel giusto,
lo sappiamo, e dunque basta.
Mio figlio scalpita, mi dice: "Papa', sono gia' tre anni che non mi
porti ad Aviano a vedere gli aereoplani che partono..." Perdinci, io
mi commuovo: puo' un bimbo di 9 anni essere tenuto sulle
spine cosi' a lungo? Io credo che noi dobbiamo levare gli indugi,
quantomeno per rispetto ai nostri bambini. Io sono disposto a farmi
qualche viaggetto ad Aviano in automobile per lui, nonostante
la distanza, nonostante che la benzina sia diventata cosi' cara.
Ma ognuno deve fare la sua parte, per questo: dunque non
demordere! Andiamo avanti!

Il team speciale della Armata jugoslava ieri ha cominciato
l'esplorazione del suolo e la distruzione di munizioni all'uranio
impoverito nei pressi di Presevo (sud della Serbia), dopo la
relazione dall'Italia secondo cui sei soldati italiani della KFOR
sono deceduti per leucemia.
"Glas Javnosti", nel corso della settimana scorsa, ha pubblicato
un articolo secondo il quale gli appartenenti della KFOR sono
sempre piu' malati. Dalle sue fonti si rende noto che, oltre ai
soldati, anche la salute dei civili è sempre piu' minacciata.
Nascono neonati con anomalie e fra la popolazione sta crescendo
il numero di malati di neoplasie. Tutto questo si mette in relazione
con i bombardamenti della NATO durante l'aggressione della
primavera del 1999, quando la Nato ha colpito piu' di 100
localita' con oltre 500.000 missili all'uranio impoverito.

Una equipe di esperti dell'Istituto belgradese per la medicina e la
radiologia "Dr Dragomir Karajovic" ieri ha cominciato con il controllo
della salute della popolazione nei comuni di Vranje, Bujanovac e
Presevo in seguito all'uso di proiettili all'uranio impoverito, durante
l'aggressione della NATO. Gli abitanti dei villaggi Przar, Meckovac,
Balinovac, Borovac, Bratoselac e Reljan che vivono molto vicino
alle località bombardate, saranno sottoposti agli esami del sangue
e dell'urina. Gli esperti prenderanno anche campioni di acqua dalle
località sopracitate. I team dell'Istituto "Vinca" e della Armata
jugoslava sono impegnati in questi giorni nella decontaminazione
del villaggio di Bratoselac, nei pressi di Bujanovac. Secondo i dati
della NATO, sul territorio di questo villaggio sono stati scaricati
1.300 proiettili all'uranio impoverito, il numero più alto in tutto il
territorio del Kosmet.
Con i proiettili all'uranio impoverito che si trovano tuttora nel
suolo contaminato, sarà rimosso anche lo stesso suolo che,
come scarto nucleare, sarà immagazzinato a "Vinca".
Dopo la pulizia del villaggio Bratoselac, gli esperti dovrebberro
ripulire il territorio contaminato vicino al repetitore televisivo sulla
Pljackovica. Anche se gli ufficiali della NATO non hanno
citato mai questa località nelle loro relazioni, Pljackovica è
stata colpita due volte con munizioni all'uranio impoverito.
Già da due anni, gli abitanti di Vranje vivono nella paura che le
particelle di uranio impoverito contaminino le falde acquifere,
le persone, il bestiame e la vegetazione. Per adesso, le località
più minacciate per le acque sotterranee, nel sud della Serbia ,
sono Plackovica e il territorio del villaggio Borovac, nei
pressi di Bujanovac.
Sul territorio del comune Bujanovac, sono sempre più evidenti i
cambiamenti genetici sugli animali. La popolazione locale è molto
allarmata perchè negli ultimi due mesi sono stati notati due
casi di porcellini con due teste e più di quattro gambe.

U bombardovanju Srbije i Crne Gore narocito ozloglaseni
bili su avioni takozvane bradavicaste svinje.
Osiromasenim uranijumom gadjali su uglavnom napustene
polozaje vojske Jugoslavije na jugu Srbije: Bratuselce
i Borovac kod Bujanovca, Reljan kod Preseva, brdo iznad
Vranja gde je bio predajnik Radio Televizije Srbije,
Pljackovicu i u Crnoj Gori poluostrvo Lustica reon
tvrdjave Arza. Nisu gadjane plodne oranice, njive ali
su se povrsine kod Preseva i Bujanovca mogle koristiti
kao pasnjaci. Vojska je izmerila radioaktivnost,
prostor je ogradjen zicom i postavljeni su znaci
upozorenja. Na Pljackovici je kamenito podrucje pa je
doslo do paljenja i kod uzoraka je registrovano 235000
bekerela a granica je 200, sto znaci da je
radioaktivnost 1100 puta veca.
Hrana bi mogla da bude zagadjena preko trave ili
ukoliko bi kontaminirana voda dospela do izvorista.Nema
jos potvrde da je uran dosao do izvorista i to ce se i
ubuduce pratiti.Na 80% zemljista je vec izvrsena
dekontaminacija, sto znaci da su pokupljeni ostaci
granata, meci, zemljiste na 10 santimetara oko njih i
odneto u Vincu.Ono sto je manje kontaminirano skuplja
se, pokriva zemljom i prepusta uticaju vremena.Vreme
poluraspada je 4,5 milijardi godina a bezopasno je za
45 milijardi godina.
Upravo ovih dana 25 strucnjaka je na pregledima zbog
odlaska na dekontaminaciju Borovca koji je najblizi
naseljenom mestu. Zasto se to tek sada radi? Verovatno
zbog nedostatka novca.
Zdravstveno stanje vojnika koji su mogli biti ozraceni
kontrolise se na Vojno Medicinskoj akademiji, u Vojnoj
bolnici u Nisu i Zavodu za preventivnu medicinsku
zastitu u Zemunu.Do sad broj obolelih od kancera ne
odstupa od proseka.Medjutim u Republici Srpskoj sedam
godina nakon rata je povecan broj malignih oboljenja,
pa je i kod nas prerano za bilo kakve zakljucke.
U VMA se ispituje radioaktivnost namirnica pre svega u
rinfuzi jer su najpodloznije kontaminaciji, dok hrana u
konzervama ne moze biti ozracena. VMA je samo deo
programa pracenja radioaktivnosti Saveznog ministarstva
za rad i socijalnu politiku. Strucnjaci sa VMA
napominju da je isticao piralen iz trafoa, da je
prilikom poplava pronadjen u tragovima na zidovima kuca
kao i da je bilo izlivanja zive, za sta oni nisu
nadlezni.
Sve u svemu, novinari u srpskim medijima zaokupljeni
politickim previranjima i pitanjima standarda, gotovo
uopste se ne bave ovom temom. O posledicama se uglavnom
pisalo neposredno posle bombardovanja, a zapravo tek
dolazi vreme kada cemo morati vise da se bavimo ovim
problemom.

politickim previranjima i pitanjima standarda, gotovo
uopste se ne bave ovom temom. O posledicama se uglavnom
pisalo neposredno posle bombardovanja, a zapravo tek
dolazi vreme kada cemo morati vise da se bavimo ovim
problemom.

"Gonfiato" il numero dei militari italiani inviati nei Balcani preso
in esame dall'équipe nominata dal ministro della Difesa
p.m.
ROMA. Per il ministro della Difesa Antonio Martino è l'ennesima brutta
figura. Per i vertici delle forze armate, invece, è qualcosa di più. E
ancora una volta è l'uranio impoverito a creare imbarazzo e a
confermare l'inquietante mancanza di trasparenza sugli effetti
del "metallo del disonore" sui nostri militari, spediti in missione
nei Balcani. La notizia, secca, è questa: le conclusioni della
commissione presieduta dall'ematologo Franco Mandelli sono
totalmente inattendibili, perché le valutazioni sono
state fatte su dati non veritieri. In parole povere, lo studio ha un
vizio di fondo. E cioè che i militari presi in esame dalla
commissione medica sono 43mila, mentre i soldati italiani
inviati nei Balcani sono stati solo [sic] 28mila.
E' del tutto evidente chel'incidenza statistica di patologie come il
linfoma di Hodgkin è stata enormemente superiore, rispetto a
quanto è stato indicato da Mandelli e dalla sua équipe.
Che pure avevano dovuto rinoscere un numero di casi di
tumore del sistema emolinfatico molto superiore alla
media. Ma in questa storia c'è anche una crudele ironia. Sì,
perché il giallo sui numeri nasce dalle stesse forze armate.
Il dato che sono stati 28mila i soldati italiani inviati nel Balcani
è infatti contenuto nel Libro Bianco della Difesa.
A questo punto è importante sapere chi ha fornito i dati "gonfiati" al
professor Mandelli. Quei quindicimila soldati inesistenti hanno
infatti fatto precipitare l'incidenza statistica. Anche se non sono
riusciti a cancellare l'anomalia che la commissione nominata dal
ministero della Difesa non è comunque riuscita a spiegare.
Per Mandelli è l'ennesima Caporetto. La sua prima, rassicurante,
relazione era stata demolita da un docente di Statistica dell'università
di Torino: i calcoli erano completamente sbagliati. Ci fu allora una
correzione e l'annuncio di un nuovo studio. Siamo dunque alla
terza relazione che, pur ammettendo un'incidenza di tumori superiore
alla media, conclude dicendo che non è possibile trovare un
rapporto di causa-effetto tra uranio impoverito e linfomi e leucemie.
Ora, infine, si scopre che anche la terza relazione Mandelli è da
cestinare, perché fondata su dati completamente errati. E si
ricomincia tutto daccapo. Certo, a questo punto, però tutto cambia.
L'équipe dell'ematologo non potrà infatti ignorare che i casi di
tumore dovranno essere parametrati su un numero di un terzo
inferiore rispetto a quello preso finora in considerazione.
Che diranno, a questo punto, i vertici militari? Sarà per loro molto
difficile ignorare la terribile verità che i nostri giovani in divisa
sono stati esposti ad agenti micidiali, capaci di provocare tumori.
Continueranno a dire che la causa non è l'uranio impoverito? Va bene,
ma allora, a questo punto, dovranno spiegare di cosa si tratta. Certo
non potranno tirare fuori dal cilindro la storiella dell'arsenico, come
è stato fatto per la "sindrome di Quirra". Perché non risulta che i
Balcani siano pieni di miniere d'arsenico abbandonate. E dovranno
anche spiegare perché è stato soprattutto il contingente italiano a
essere colpito da terribili patologie come i linfomi e le leucemie.
Intanto, l'ex presidente della Commissione Difesa della Camera, Falco
Accame, mette il dito nella piaga e arriva subito a quello che sembra
essere il vero nodo politico di questa tragedia. «Il problema - ha
detto - è ora sapere chi ha fornito dati così diversi da quelli
ufficialmente presentati nel Libro Bianco».
E già. Perché il dato errato equivale a un inquinamento dei risultati.
C'è stato dolo o solo superficialità? In entrambi i casi le
responsabilità
sono comunque gravissime. Ma Accame va anche oltre: «Per la
verità, il numero di presenze da considerare è anche assai
inferiore a quello di 28mila del Libro Bianco, perché il personale
esposto ai rischi dell'uranio è soprattutto quello che è stato
presente in Bosnia privo di protezione. Non
si può infatti considerare personale a rischio quello in Albania e in
Macedonia, perché lontanissimo dalle zone d'esplosione di armi
all'uranio».

Sardegna: i poligoni della morte, "scienza di Stato" e silenzi.
E' passato quasi sotto silenzio il tonfo del terzo acrobatico
tentativo della commissione Mandelli di trovare tranquillizzanti "verità
scientifiche" per spiegare "la sindrome dei Balcani" e assolvere
l'uranio
impoverito.
Un rigoroso silenzio dei media a diffusione nazionale copre le ancora
più
spericolate e fantasiose acrobazie della "scienza di Stato" per sviare i
sospetti/certezze dei sardi che la "sindrome di Quirra" sia il
prodotto delle attività dei poligoni (uranio impoverito, radiazioni dei
sistemi radar missile-antimissile, depositi scorie, sperimentazioni
sconosciute, armi chimico-biologiche ...).
Lentamente, le vittime delle basi militari che gravano sulla Sardegna
trovano la forza di parlare dei loro drammi per lungo tempo segreti,
attribuiti alla fatalità. Inesorabilmente si allunga la dolente lista
dei
condannati a morte dalle basi Nato e Usa.
Poligono Salto di Quirra:sei militari morti di leucemia e linfomi,
cinque in cura. Escalaplano, paese situato in provincia di Nuoro sul
lato
sud ovest del poligono, 2.600 abitanti, undici bambini nati con
gravissime malformazioni genetiche, quattordici persone colpite da
tumore
alla tiroide. Quirra, frazione di Villaputzu, provincia di Cagliari, 150
abitanti, due persone morte e undici in cura per tumori al sistema
emolinfatico.
Il manager della ASL 8 di Cagliari, dr.Efisio Aste, e il primario di
Ematologia dell'ospedale oncologico di Cagliari, dr. Angelucci,
tranquillizzano emulando rozzamente i rapporti Mandelli: "C'è stata una
segnalazione di una certa incidenza di emolinfopatie, ritenuta più alta
del normale e abbiamo voluto verificare. I dati non sono particolarmente
allarmanti: sono stati segnalati 14 casi, nei nostri archivi ne
risultano
11. Non riteniamo quest'incidenza pericolosa". Pertanto, una percentuale
da brivido di tumori al sistema emolinfatico che sfiora il 10%, è
definita "non è preoccupante", non è sufficiente per avviare uno studio
epidemiologico, non giustifica - asserisce sempre la Asl 8 - gli
allarmismi di medici, popolazione e stampa locale.
L'indagine avviata dalla ASL 8 - non in seguito alle pressanti denunce
dell'ex sindaco, bensì su richiesta della Procura militare - è già
approdata alla strabiliante scoperta "scientifica" che la causa
scatenante della "sindrome di Quirra" è una vecchia miniera d'arsenico.
Irrilevante che le neoplasie si siano verificate solo nell'ultimo
decennio mentre la miniera, attiva fino al 1964, risale all'età
dell'impero romano (effetto ritardato di rara potenza?). Irrilevante
che la letteratura medica escluda un qualsiasi nesso tra arsenico e
tumori emolinfatici (chi ha dato la laurea al dr. Aste e al dr.
Angelucci? Gli stessi che l'hanno conferita al luminare Mandelli?).
Irrilevante che una sentenza definitiva della Magistratura di Venezia,
pronunciata il 17/7/01, abbia sancito il nesso tra leucemia ed
esposizione a radiazioni nel poligono "Salto di Quirra".
Tutto tace sul fronte dell'indagine-bidone affidata al luminare
dell'università di Siena, prof. Riccobono, gestita dal ministero della
Difesa nel doppio ruolo d'indagato e giudice al tempo stesso.
Poligono di Capo Teulada: un militare ucciso dalla leucemia, uno da un
carcinoma al cavo orale, uno con un figlio affetto da una grave
malformazione genetica.
Non è stata svolta alcuna indagine per accertare o
sfatare le dicerie popolari sui casi di "tumore di Teulada" in continua
crescita tra la popolazione a partire dagli anni '80.
La Maddalena, base navale USA e varie strutture Nato.
Le ripetute denunce di vari medici di base su inquietanti percentuali di
neoplasie, cranioschisi e focomelie sono sempre cadute nel vuoto: non è
mai stato avviato uno studio epidemiologico che confermasse o smentisse.
L'accertamento di alte concentrazioni di sostanze radiattive, svolto da
vari organismi indipendenti come ad esempio Greenpeace, ha prodotto,
forse, come unico risultato il paradosso che l'arcipelago diventasse
parco naturale per decreto ministeriale.
Ancora più pesante del silenzio dei media a diffusione nazionale è il
silenzio della Regione eteronoma della Sardegna e del mondo scientifico
isolano. Nessuna voce ha osato sollevarsi per esigere, sulla base
dell'elementare principio di precauzione comunemente
adottato, la moratoria delle attività esercitative e sperimentali delle
basi militari Nato e Usa fino a quando non sia rigorosamente provata
l'esclusione di un qualsiasi nesso con le patologie riscontrate.

Depleted Uranium May Pose Risk to Children
LONDON - Soil contaminated with debris from depleted
uranium shells could be putting children in the
Balkans and the Gulf at an increased risk of
developing cancer and kidney damage, New Scientist
magazine said on Wednesday.
Youngsters who play in areas where the shells created
clouds of uranium dust when they hit their targets are
most endangered, according to Italian researchers.
"The Italian team says that children living in areas
of conflict that have been bombarded with DU (depleted
uranium) could get a dose of radiation above the
internationally recognized safety limit," the science
weekly said.
Researchers from the University of Florence and the
Tuscan Environment Protection Agency (ARPAT)
calculated that children could inhale a radiation dose
from contaminated soil that would exceed safety levels
set by the International Commission on Radiological
Protection.
Swallowing contaminated soil would increase the risk
further.
"In sites targeted by DU munitions, special measures
have to be adopted to reduce exposures," said Daniele
Dominici, a physicist at the University of Florence.
Depleted uranium is used to harden the tips of
armor-piercing shells.
Others studies, including research from the
International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, support
the Italian findings. A report by Britain´s Royal
Society, an academy of leading scientists, said
soldiers exposed to high levels of depleted uranium
could suffer kidney damage and it could pose a risk to
civilians through contaminated soil or water supplies.
It suggested topsoil in heavily contaminated areas
should be removed and water quality monitored for any
contamination.
Concerns about the health effects of DU arose last
year after peacekeepers in Bosnia and Kosovo said they
had developed leukemia after exposure to the material.
"Some 270 tons of DU have been spread over
battlefields in the Gulf and the Balkans during the
last decade, the vast majority by U.S. forces," the
magazine added.

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the World
Health Organization (WHO) convey the illusion (contrary
to scientific evidence) that the health risks of depleted uranium
can easily be dealt with by cordoning off and "cleaning up" the
"affected areas" targeted by the US Air Force's A-10 "anti-tank
killers." What they fail to mention is that the radioactive dust
has already spread beyond the 72 "identified target sites" in
Kosovo. Most of the villages and cities including Pristina, Prizren
and Pec lie within less than 20 km. of these sites, confirming
that the whole province is contaminated, putting not only
"peacekeepers" but the entire civilian population at risk.

REQUEST BY NATO'S VICTIMS OF THE RTS-BOMBARDMENT AND THE
NIS CLUSTERBOMB ATTACK FOR ACCESS TO PRELIMINARY HEARINGS,
DATED 22-04-2002
SUMMARY
22-04-2002 a 50 pages request was submitted to the Hague
District Court for preliminary hearings. This on behalf of
the victims and their surviving relatives of the
RTS-bombardment and the clusterbomb attack on Nis. The
requested site is the State of the Netherlands.
The court is requested to rule that it was permitted to
force the former Dutch top members of government, Dutch
top MP's and members of the Dutch military, responsible
for the Dutch participation in NATO's war against
Yugoslavia, to appear in courtroom in person, in order to
testify in public on the role they played in person in the
planning, preparation, instigation, intitiative,
participation and execution of NATO's joint war of
aggression against Yugoslavia.
This request was directed at the former Dutch Prime
Minister Kok, the former Dutch Minister of Defense de
Grave and the former Dutch Minister of Foreign Affairs Van
Aartsen, the (former) Dutch MP's de Hoop Scheffer, Van
Nieuwenhoven, Blaauw, Valk and Hoekema, the (former)
highest ranking Dutch army officials Droste, Van Baal and
Kroon and the following pilots and crew-members of Dutch
F-16 warplanes, which have participated directly in the
agression against Yugoslavia: J. Abma, P. Dirksen and G.
Huisman.
In this request is is stated that the persons mentioned
above should testify about their pretended arguments for
legitimation of NATO's war, viewed in the light of
international law, prohibiting violence, agression and all
acts of intervention, while the same international law is
stressing that violation of this absolute ban should be
considered the most serious crime according to
international law.
In this request it is also stated that these Dutch persons
mentioned, who have acted as the main responsibles for the
Dutch participation in NATO's war of aggression against
Yugoslavia, should give evidence with respect to their
pretended arguments for legitimation of the use of
clusterbombs.
There is much confusion to what extent clusterbombs are to
be considered prohibited weapons according to
international law, on the one hand since they cause
unnecessarily and superfluous suffering, on the other hand
because they has to be considered weapons of mass
destruction. An UN-Subcommittee for human rights is
dealing with these questions, but the progress of this
inquiry is constanly undermined by the western powers,
mainly the United States.
Anyhow, it is for sure that a lot of clusterbomb-types are
prohibited by the Dutch government, as being contrary to
the Anti Personal Mines Treaty. Consequently these types
are banned from the Dutch arsenals of weaponry. But
nvertheless they have been used, on a very big scale, in
NATO's war against Yugoslavia. By the Americans, who do
not recognize this Ottawa Treaty.
This raises the question of Dutch co-responsibily for the
use of this forbidden weaponry against the people of
Yugoslavia.
Another important issue for this preliminary hearings will
be the question of military target and the obligations by
Article 52 par. 2 Protocol I at the Geneva Conventions of
1949, stipulating that attacks should be limited stricty
to military targets and further that such military targets
are only permitted targets when the attack results into a
clear military advantage under the circumstances of that
moment.
All prominent Dutch politicians and military officials
have expressed their approval with these enormous
destructions, made by NATO, in general and, more
specifically, they have also expressed their approval with
the RTS-bombardments, or they at least have never
dissociated themselves from the bombardment on the Nis
market place and medical clinic.
So they urgently should explain how these disproportional
destructions and these attacks might be reconciled with
the imperative of international humanitarian law, saying
that only military targets in the sense of Article 52 par.
2 Protocol I are legitimate military targets.
A further item for these hearings is the duty according to
international law to give an effective warning before
undertaking bombardments, which could result into civilian
casualties.
The persons mentioned should testify how far this
obligation to give an effective warning was meet by NATO,
before the execution of the RTS-bombardment and the
clusterbomb-attack on Nis. These last questions are also
still very emotinally charged in the public debate in
Yugoslavia till today.
WRITTEN DEFENSE AGAINST THE REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO
PRELIMINARY HEARINGS, DATED 25 AUGUST 2002
August 25, 2002, the State of the Netherlands submitted a
written defense against the demand by the future
plaintiffs to undertake priliminary hearings in courtroom.
The State of the Netherlands strongly rejected the claim
for such preliminary hearings, stating that all evidence
necessary for launching a lawsuit by the victims of the
RTS-bombardment and the Nis clusterbomb attack was already
at hand. In the opinion of the State of the Netherlands
all information needed can be derived from the proceedings
of the Dutch Lower House, annexed by the State to his
written defense, and from the earlier verdicts pronounced
by Dutch legal instances in legal proceedings between
Yugoslav citizens and the State of the Netherlands during
the war, also annexed to the written defense of the State.
Moreover, it was said by the State of the Netherlands that
there is an mutual international agreement between
NATO-countries, prohibiting to open up information
regarding NATO-issues and that all infomation with respect
to missions of Dutch F-16's is considered to be classified
as state secret.
COURT SESSION, DATED 5 SEPTEMBER 2002
On September 5, 2002, a public courtroom session was held
by the Hague District Court, dealing with the request of
the RTS and NIS clusterbomb-victims and the objections by
the State of the Netherlands against the possible granting
of it.

The Hague District Court in the Netherlands deals this
Thursday 5 September 2002 with a request for preliminary
hearings, targeting Dutch top politicians like the former
Dutch ministers Kok, Van Aartsen and de Grave, prominent
Dutch MP's and representants of the Dutch military.
This court session starts on September 5 at 14.00 h.in the
Palace of Justice, Prins Clauslaan 60, the Hague and will
be public for all, including the press.
The court must rule which witnesses shall have to give
preliminary evidence in the preparatory stage of the
forthcoming lawsuit, about to be undertaken by the victims
of NATO's bombardments on the RTS-studio in Belgrade and
of the clusterbomb attacks on the Nis medical centre and
market place during NATO's war against Yugoslavia. These
victims and their relatives will claim damages before the
Dutch District Court in the Hague.
Prior to this proceedings the victims and their relatives
have submitted a claim that Dutch high ranking politicians
and military, but also Dutch F-16 pilots, responsible for
these NATO crimes according to the standards of the
Nürmberg trials, should testify in preliminary hearings.
There was a lot of obstruction by court officials before a
date for this court session was finally fixed. Court
functionaries of the District Court as well as the Dutch
Supreme Court used delaying tactics, despite their legal
duty to bring this item on the Court's agenda. From april
till now they forced a delay.
As soon as the request was made, court officials pretended
that they didn't know where they could find the offical
legal address of the State of the Netherlands, usually the
registrary of the Attorney-General of the Dutch Public
Prosecutor at the Dutch Supreme Court in the Hague. Only
after strong pressure they agreed to pass this request
through to this functionary. Only to hear from this
official that he refused to accept this and to act, as
usual, as liaison with the State of the Netherlands.
"It was really like Kafka", the spokesman of Natosued.org,
Hans Hupkes says. "It was a complete mystery what should
be else the formal entrance to the State of Netherlands.
Finally it became clear for all that normal procudures
could be frustrated no longer, so at the end they had to
accept and file this request, delayed from april,
properly", Hupkes tells.
In his written statement in response to the request the
State of the Netherlands strongly opposes this request.
Stating primarily that, under a 1998 Treaty between the
Netherlands and NATO it is forbidden for politicians and
military to testify about NATO affairs, that according to
this agreement all information about NATO activities is
purely owned by NATO, and that all questions relating to
NATO's bombardments and the role of the Dutch State in it
is classified as state secret.

Dopo l'Iraq la Jugoslavia, dopo la Jugoslavia l'Afghanistan, dopo
l'Afghanistan di nuovo l'Iraq ... E, intanto, la Palestina: la barbarie
della "guerra infinita" è "giustificata" da vergognose bugie, dal
rovesciamento di ogni valore per legittimare un nuovo "diritto" basato
sull'arroganza e sulla violenza brutale del più forte.
Febbraio 2002, il New York Times rivela che il Pentagono ha elaborato
"un piano di disinformazione rivolto a paesi amici e nemici", l'Office
of Strategic Influence: "1984" di George Orwell è superato dalla realtà!
Ma l'"Ufficio bugie" lavora già da tempo senza bisogno di investiture
ufficiali e con ottimi risultati, soprattutto riguardo la Jugoslavia.
Non era mai successo finora che così pochi mentissero a così tanti e
così a fondo come in rapporto alla guerra per il Kosovo!
L'invenzione di un nuovo Genocidio in Europa alle soglie del XXI secolo,
è stata la trovata geniale dell'agenzia americana Ruder&Finn, ingaggiata
sin dal 1993 per far coincidere nell'opinione pubblica serbi e nazisti e
giustificare così l'aggressione della NATO: 600 missioni aeree al
giorno, l'uranio e le bombe sulle industrie chimiche di Pancevo, i
missili sulla Zastava di Kragujevac, la distruzione di ponti e di
centrali elettriche, di acquedotti e di reti fognarie, di scuole,
ospedali, ospizi, asili, stazioni. E nel Kosovo, occupato dalla NATO e
dall'UCK, si è avuta la "pulizia etnica" di circa 300.000 tra serbi,
rom, appartenenti ad altre etnie non-albanesi ed anche albanesi
antisecessionisti su cui è calato the Sound of Silence, un silenzio
mortale di governi e mass media.
Questo libro di Jürgen Elsässer, redattore del mensile tedesco KONKRET,
è un utilissimo strumento di controinformazione, grazie alla ricca - e
in buona parte inedita - documentazione, grazie al meticoloso e
dettagliato smontaggio delle notizie, passate al vaglio dell'analisi
critica e del raffronto tra versioni diverse: un lavoro accurato e
puntiglioso, volto non a costruire una propria verità di comodo, ma a
documentare quanto effettivamente accaduto. Si illuminano così di luce
affatto nuova alcuni episodi-chiave di cui si servì la campagna
massmediatica per demonizzare e "nazificare" il governo jugoslavo:
Srebrenica (1995), Racak (1999), la situazione in Kosovo nell'autunno
1998, l'"Operazione a ferro di cavallo", inventata dal ministro degli
esteri tedesco Scharping.
Passo dopo passo, Elsässer ripercorre i passaggi essenziali della
vicenda e delle rispettive bugie di guerra: il massiccio sostegno del
governo tedesco all'UCK; l'imbroglio delle trattative di Rambouillet,
con il suo allegato B, che avrebbe consegnato l'intera RFJ alla NATO; le
pressioni della Germania - in "cooperazione antagonistica" con
Washington - per un immediato intervento militare contro la Jugoslavia;
la trasformazione del Kosovo in un protettorato in cui spadroneggiano le
bande dell'UCK e narcotrafficanti, in effettiva continuità storica con

viene piu' usato per seppellire le salme. Da allora, una sequela di
vandalismi: tombe imbrattate con scritte inneggianti all'UCK, lapidi
spaccate, eccetera. Ma all'inizio di settembre 2002 il clero ortodosso,
in seguito a sopralluoghi, denuncia che circa 80 nuove sepolture sono
state effettuate non-si-sa-quando da non-si-sa-chi. Sono i cadaveri di
altri "desaparecidos" serbi?
Dopo la denuncia, il sito internet che riporta questa macabra scoperta
(www.kosovo.com) e' soggetto ad attacchi di hacker "provvidenziali";
l'UNMIK tace e nega l'accesso al cimitero agli stessi preti; nessuna
agenzia di stampa riporta la notizia.

Orthodox priest in Orahovac fears that graves contain bodies of
kidnapped and missing Serbs
September 13, 2002 Serbian Orthodox parish
priest in Orahovac, Fr. Srdjan Milenkovic has informed the Diocese
about 80 unindentified graves which were found in Orahovac Serb
Orthodox Cemetery. This cemetery was not used by Orthodox Serbs for
almost three years after the war because of security reasons and it
was only recently that the priest and several members of Serb
community were allowed access to the site. During their first visit in
June they reported only about the desecrated tomb stones, some of them
bearing a sprayed UCK acronym. But, during the more recent visit and
cleaning of the weeds they were surprised to see around 80
unindentified burial moulds. "The bodies have not been buried in
accordance with Orthodox customs because the mounds bear no markings.
We suspect that the bodies of Serbs killed after the arrival of
international forces in Kosovo may be buried here," Fr. Srdjan
immediately confirmed to the KIM Radio. According to the same source,
multiple graves have been unearthed and emptied. New mounds have also
been discovered at the Roma cemetery in Orahovac although no Roma have
been buried at that cemetery in the past three years, either. Since
the arrival of international forces in Kosovo, Serbs from Orahovac are
buried in the churchyard of the church in Serb-inhabited Gornja
Mahala. Although there are innoficial information that the UNMIK
Missing People Unit has already visited the location several times,
the Diocese has not managed to get an official position from UNMIK
yet. During the previous investigation of a possible mass -grave site
in Suva Reka area UNMIK confirmed that forensic teams burried
unindentified bodies for later investigation on several city
cemeteries around Kosovo, but these UNMIK/ICTY sites are all properly
marked and are publicly known, which is not the case with this
cemetery. The Diocese has already requested urgent investigation in
which also Serb forensic experts should take part.After the war 1300
Serbs and Roma were abducted by the Kosovo Albanian terrorist group
(KLA/UCK) which used the UN/NATO protectorate to launch a violent
campaign of killing non-Albanians, primarily Serbs. Not a single case
of kidnapping has been positively resolved so far because UNMIK police
in most of cases failed to make any investigation. Beside the
destruction of more than 120 Orthodox holy sites in the UN/NATO
presence these murders and abductions are considered as one of the
darkest pages of the international Peace mission in Kosovo. IF UNMIK
and KFOR could not prevent murders of Serb and other non-Albanian
civilians during their rule there is at least hope that they will make

corridoio 8 quale strumento per lo sviluppo delle intese
commerciali con i Paesi dei Balcani''. ''La firma di oggi - ha detto
Lunardi - e' un traguardo molto importante, un evento storico per
lo sviluppo dei Paesi interessati, perche' e' qualcosa di cui si parla
da anni e che questo governo e' riuscito a realizzare; questa
intesa rappresenta una valorizzazione futura del Mezzogiorno, che
diventera' il polo d' attrazione anche per il bacino del Mar Nero,
del bacino dell' Est''. Il ministro ha anche sottolineato che qui a
Bari, proprio nella sede della Fiera del Levante, sara' istituito il
segretariato del corridoio 8. ''Sara' una segreteria tecnica - ha
precisato - ma anche di carattere politico - strategico che portera'
avanti i progetti infrastrutturali e finanziari per realizzare questo
corridoio''. Ogni anno nell' ambito della Fiera del Levante - ha detto
ancora il ministro - ci sara' la verifica dello stato di avanzamento dei
lavori. Per quanto riguarda la realizzazione dei primi
cantieri, Lunardi ha rilevato che i tempi per la progettazione saranno
di due-tre anni; successivamente, saranno aperti i cantieri.
Secondo il ministro il memorandum siglato oggi sara' consegnato domani,
a Bruxelles, nelle mani del vicepresidente della Commissione
europea, Loyola de Palacio. ''In questo modo - ha detto il ministro -
non perderemo neppure un altro giorno di tempo''.

intesa firmato oggi a Bari si da' avvio alla realizzazione definitiva
del corridoio 8, costituito da un sistema di trasporto multimodale
lungo la direttrice est-ovest. Il sistema comprende porti, aeroporti,
centri intermodali, strade e ferrovie per collegare le
regioni adriatico-ioniche con l' area balcanica e i Paesi del Mar Nero.
Il suo tracciato principale si sviluppa sulla direttrice
Bari-Brindisi, Durazzo, Tirana, Skopje, Sofia, Burgas e Varna; sono
previste, inoltre, bretelle di collegamento con la Grecia e, mediante l'
interconnessione con il corridoio 4, con la Turchia. La lunghezza del
corridoio ferroviario e' stimata in circa 1.270 chilometri, mentre l'
estensione delle strade e' di circa 960 chilometri. ''Con l' intesa di
oggi - ha detto il ministro Lunardi - si completa finalmente il
disegno originario dei dieci corridoi pan-europei, iniziato nel 1991 con
la conferenza di Praga, continuato a Creta nel 1994 e
successivamente a Helsinki nel 1997, per estendere le reti transeuropee
di trasporto verso i Paesi dell' est europeo e dei Balcani''. Il
cammino - ha aggiunto - e' stato ''lungo e impegnativo, anche a causa
delle crisi esistenti in alcune aree, che in un certo momento avevano
fatto prospettare perfino la soppressione del corridoio''. In quest'
anno, invece - secondo il ministro per le Infrastrutture - sia
sul corridoio 5 sia sul corridoio 8 l' approccio e' diventato concreto
ed organico. ''Per questo motivo - ha precisato - ritengo che il
significato di questo corridoio debba essere visto non solo in termini
di infrastrutture e di trasporti quali premesse di sviluppo
economico, ma anche come strumento di cooperazione e stabilita'''. Gli
obiettivi del protocollo d' intesa firmato oggi sono quelli di
realizzare ''un corridoio plurimodale funzionale, un corridoio cioe' su
cui l' offerta ferroviaria, l' offerta stradale, marittima ed
aerea sia davvero legata da nodi portuali, interportuali ed aeroportuali
funzionali alle esigenze della domanda di trasporto''. Altro
obiettivo e' quello di ''creare un corridoio gestito da una pluralita'
di soggetti strettamente fra loro integrati e coordinati da
una cabina di regia''. Lunardi ha spiegato che per questo e' stato
previsto ''un forte supporto tecnico e istituzionale, che sara'
fornito dal segretariato del corridoio, con l' assegnazione di risorse
tecniche che possano aiutare gli Stati membri ad identificare i
progetti ottimali e a presentarli alle competenti istituzioni
finanziarie europee e mondiali''. La sede del segretariato proposta e'
appunto la
Fiera del Levante di Bari, per avere due aree di sostegno: una
tecnico-operativa e l'altra commerciale. Per quanto riguarda infine le
risorse destinate dal governo italiano alla rete infrastrutturale
prevista dal corridoio 8, il ministro ha precisato che ''attraverso la
Legge Obiettivo, il nostro Paese ha identificato gli interventi
strategici prioritari, le risorse necessarie (pari a 2.106 milioni di
euro
per la infrastrutturazione del corridoio adriatico), le procedure

pomeriggio a Bari, alla presenza del ministro per le infrastrutture,
Pietro Lunardi, il protocollo di intesa per la realizzazione del
corridoio 8, la grande rete transeuropea dei trasporti che dovra'
collegare l' Adriatico con il Mar Nero. Alla cerimonia, svoltasi nell'
ambito della Fiera del Levante, hanno partecipato i ministri dei
trasporti dei sei Paesi interessati: oltre all' Italia, la Grecia, la
Turchia, la Macedonia, la Bulgaria e l' Albania. Alla realizzazione
dell' evento ha contribuito in maniera particolare il presidente della
Fiera del
Levante, Luigi Lobuono, da tempo sostenitore del ''rafforzamento del

Unvermeidliche Folge einer, fast universalen Krise,
Krise, die in Serbien, bzw. Jugoslawien, dauert mehr als
zwanzig Jahre, ist der Bruch des natuerlichen objektiven
Wertsystems. Arbeit, Wissen und Schaffensdrang haben
immer mehr am Sinn verloren. Einige Proffesionen, die
ihrer Natur nach, unmittelbaren Einfluss auf die
Oeffentlichkeit haben und beziehen sich besonders an die
Regierung, bzw. die Politik, sind hauptsaechlich, an die
Rolle des Services des herschenden Regimes
zurueckgefuehrt.
Die grosste Degradation und Kompromitation hat die
Journalistik erlebt. Waehrend der vorherherschenden
Regierung die von den linksorintierten, patriotischen
Kraeften gebildet war, die sogenannte Regierung der
Volks-Einheit gegruendet haben, waren fast alle Medien in
zwei Bloecke geteilt. Staatsmedien waren unter der
apsolute Kontrolle des regierenden Regimes, in denen doch
volle Anwesenheit Kultur, Wissenschaft, Kunst und andere
Gebiete der Schaffens, unter der objektieven
Wertmassstaeben, hatten. In gewissem Masse gab es auch
den Raum fuer die kritische, analytische opservieren
verschiedenen Prozesse und Erscheinungen, inwieweit man
damit die regierende Politik nicht in Zweifel bringt.
Andererseits bestand auch die grosse Anzahl von Medien,
des sogenannten opositionelen Charakters. Es gab in
Serbien mehrere Radio-und TV-Stationen, ca zehn
Tageszeitungen und Zeitschrifte, die fast
ausschliesslich, den vorherherschenden Regim negiert
haben, sie haben alles kritisiert sogar das, was objektiv
betrachtend den hohen Wertsinn hatte. All diese
Fachblaeter haben , gemaess den ueberzeugenden Beweisen ,
grosse materielle Hilfe vom Westen erhalten, vor allem
aus Amerika, bzw. Sorosov-Fondation.
Nach der Aenderung des Regimes (5.Oktober 2000) ist es,
auf Grund der Verspraechungen der neuen Regierung zum
Massen-Optimismus gekommen. Man hat an die echte
Demoktratie, Recht-Herschaft, Oekonomie-Wirksamkeit,
Arbeits-und Schaffensmotivierung, allseitige Freiheit,
neue objektive Wertskriterien, als auch an die
Unabhaenginkeit der Presse, bzw. objektives Informieren,
und kritisch-analytisches Verhaeltnis zu Politik,
Erreignisse und Erscheinungen, geglaubt.
Diese Erwartungen sind, leider, drastisch verratet, und
der Massen-Optimismus uebergeht immer mehr in den
Verdacht, die Treulosigkeit, Enttauschungen und der
grosste moegliche Pesimismus, der sich darin reflektiert,
dass immer mehr junger Fachmaenner das Land verlassen
haben und rascher und ununterbrochener Aufstieg der
Selbstmordanzahl erklaert man mit dem Massen-Verlust
irgendwelcher sinnvollen Perspektive. Angebliche Hilfe
aus dem Ausland (gemaess der Mitteilung der aktuellen
Regierung , man misst sie in Millionen Dollar) hat sich
ueberhaupt nicht an den gesellschaftlichen und
persoenlichen Standard widerspiegelt. Mehr als eine Halbe
Million Leute ist schon ohne Arbeitsplaetze geblieben und
noch so viel wird es ohne Arbeitsplaetze bleiben Die
Arbeit, die schoepferischeGestaltungskraft und die
Produktion kaum dass jemand erwaehnt. Es ist nur der
Ausverkauf der Reichtuemer und profitabeln Firmen
aktuell.
Das alles erwaehnt man, leider, ueberhaupt nicht in
Medien. Der Zustand in der Journalistik , also im
Informieren, ist tragischer als je in ihrer Geschichte.
Es gibt fast keiner Zeitung, die irgendetwas kritisch und
objektiv veroeffentlichen darf, weil alle sich unter der
drastischen Kntrolle der aktuellen Regierung befinden. Es
gibt wirklich keine opositionelle Presse in Serbien,
sogar kein einziges Blatt.
Das maechtigste Medium ist unter der apsoluten Kontrolle
des Premiers Zoran Djindjic und ihm treuen Parteien. In
letzten zwei Jahren duerfte man keine einzige tragische
Folge des NATO-Bombardments erwaehnen und solchen gab es
Riesenanzahl. An RTS ist zu der grobe Rache gegen den
grossen Anzahl der Journalisten , Regisseure,
Kammermaener sogar auch technischen Personal, das zwar an
niedrigsten leitenden Stellen angestellt war, gekommen.
Viele Journalisten, da gehoeren auch die am meisten
erfahrene und ausgebildete, haben das Recht auf die
Arbeit verloren. Der Autor dieses Textes kann nach 27
Jahre der journalistischer Arbeit in RTS, hauptsaechlich
in der Kultur -Rubrik, nicht mehr in das Gebaeude ,
dessen Bombardment er als diensthabender Haupt-Redakteur
ueberlebt hat, eintretten. Mit dem Schamgefuehl erwaehne
ich mein monatliches Einkommen, das in letzten sechs
Monaten zwischen ein sechstel Euro (0,6) bis maximal neun
Euro betrug. Eine Menge der Sachen ist wirklich fuer
Riplay-Anthologie der Absurditaet. In der Journalismus in
Serbien wurde die ideologische Zensur eingeleitet und
jenem , der nicht gehorsam ist, wird die Existenz
entzogen Mehrere Zehnheite von Journalisten, die hohen
profesionellen Moeglichkeiten haben, nie patriotisch
-politisch engagiert waren, haben das traurige Schiksal
erlebt, besonders weil ihre Stellen die
homo-politikus-Journalisten besetzt haben, meistens ohne
Fachschule, geschweige denn Fakultaet, sind. Das Wissen
und die Schreibkenntnisse sind nicht wichtig!
Entscheidendes Kriterium ist die Ergebenheit der neuen
Regierung.

Praesident -Wahlen in Serbien sind mehr als Wahlen
des Praesidentes: sie werden zeigen , ob die
Mehrheit der Waehler immer noch an die Koalition "
DOS Vojislav Kostunica " glaubt, die vor zwei Jahre
die absolute Herrschaft in Serbien uebernommen hat,
die Serbien Erholung versprechend, Eroeffnung gegen
die Welt, was dem Volk den Wohlstand bringen wird
und im Land die auslaendische Investoren bringen
wird und indem Serbien die nationale Wuerde nicht
verlieren wird. Nichts davon, ausgenommen Oeffnen
zur " Welt " wurde verwirklicht und von diesen
Oeffnen hat der mittelmaessige serbische Buerger
keinen Nutzen gehabt.
Besonders interessant ist die Tatsache, dass die
Kanditaturen fuer den Praesident Serbiens auch zwei
hoehe Bundes-Funktionaere unterbreitet haben,
allein der Praesident der BR Jugoslawiens und der
Stellvertreter des Bundes-Premiers , Miroljub
Labus. Koennen Sie sich vorstellen, dass der
deutsche Kanzler sich fuer den Premier des Bayerns
oder der USA-Praesident sich fuer den Gouverneur
der California bewirbt. Schwer ! Man stellt die
Frage, warum so etwas nur in Serbien passieren
kann. Von allen Atworten sind nur zwei logisch:
Naemlich, Kostunica oder Labus glauben nicht an das
Bestehen Jugoslawiens, was definitiv fuer das
serbische Volk den Verlust , nicht nur von Kosmet ,
sondern auch des Suedens Serbiens bedeuten wuerde
und jetzt suchen sie das neue Geschaeft oder sie
haben von jemandem die Sugestion erhalten, um jeden
Preis unmoeglich zu machen, dass fuer den
Praesident Serbiens jemand ausgewaehlt wird, der an
den Wahlen im Jahre 2000 sich als der DOS-Mitglied
nicht beteiligt hat. Als der Beitrag dazu spricht
auch die Erklaerung des Vorsitzendes des
Buergerrates in der Versammlung Jugoslawiens,
Dragoljub Micunovic, dass es dem Westen unwichtig
ist , wer fuer den Praesident Serbiens ausgewaehlt
wird, sondern ist es fuer ihn wichtig , dass
Niemand ausgewaehlt wird, der in naher Beziehung zu
Slobodan Milosevic steht oder rechtsorientiert ist.
Man soll es erklaeren: West-Maechtige -Mitglieder
der Bilderberg-Gruppe, der MMF , der Eigentuemer
von multinationalen Korporationen und maechtigen
Masson-Organisationen verstehen unter dem Begriff
rechtsorientierte jene Parteien und jene Politiker,
die das nationale und staatliche Interesse oberhalb
des fremden Interesse stellen.
Fuer den Praesident Serbiens haben sie zehn
Politiker bewerbt, die von der Seite verschiedenen
politischen Gruppierungen, wenigstens scheinbar,
unterstuetzt werden. Die Mehrheit von Bewerbten
sind zwar die Verbuendete fuer den Wahlsieg von
Labus oder Kostunica . Zum Beispiel, der
Vorsitzende der Partei "Nova Srbija" (Neues
Serbien), Velja Ilic, hat offiziell erklaert, dass
er seine Kandidatur zum Gunsten Vojislav Kostunica
widerrufen wird, und als die Gegenleistung wird er
einige Ambassadeur-Stellen fuer seine Menschen
bekommen. Kostunica wird auch von der Seite der
Koalition DAN unterstuetzt, d.h. Dragoljub
Micunovic, Nebojsa Covic, und Dusan Mihailovic.
Bezueglich darauf, dass Covic und Mihailovic im
Volk unpopulaer sind - der Erste ist als die
Purzeltaube bekannt, die es ermoeglicht hat, dass
Bujanovac wo im Jahre 1999 60% Serben waren, den
Albanern uebergeben wird; der Zweite, der auch als
die Purzeltaube ist, ist im serbischen Volk als der
Forscher der serbischen " Verbrechen " gegen
Albaner bekannt- wurde vereinbart, dass in der
Kampagne vor dem Volk nur Micunovic als Kostunicas
Unterstuetzer erscheint. Miroljub Labus ist
offiziell der Kandidat der Buergergruppe, das ist
aber nur der Anschein. Ihn unterstuetzt die
Organisation G17, der Gouverneur der Nationalbank
Jugoslawiens, Mladjen Dinkic, der Premier Serbiens,
Zoran Djindjic und die Demokratska Stranka
(Demokratische Partei, dessen beachtlicher Mitglied
Labus ist. Labus wird auch von der Seite der
National - Minderheiten unterstuetzt.Labus -
Programm, das er an den Promotions-Ansammelungen
darstellt, entspricht mehr dem Programm des
Premiers als des Praesidents des Staates. Dabei
weiss man nicht, unter welchen Bedingungen Labus im
Namen dieses Landes Kredite genommen hat, man weiss
aber dass diese Kredite die serbische Wirtschaft
schwer abzahlen koenne. Im Komentar anlaesslich der
Praesident - Kandidaten schreibt man in der
Zeitschrift "Srpska rec" (Serbisches Wort) , dass
Miroljub Labus von seinem beschedenem Lohn beide
Toechter im Ausland schult und dass er ein Haus an
Florida hat. Miroljub Labus hat bei seinem
promotiven Besuch in Woiwodina etwas erklaert, was
man oft bis sogenannten Yogurt - Revolution hoeren
koennte, bis dem Abstuerzen der Regierung der
Autonomisten in Woiwodina. Labus hat versprochen ,
wie das damalig die kommunistische Autonomisten
gesprochen haben: Woiwodina an Woiwodiner. Soll das
wiederholtes Zusammenfuehren des Serbiens an das
Belgrader - Paschalik bedeuten?
Der Vorsitzende der Partei SSJ , Borislav Pelevic,
ist der Konkurent weder fuer Kostunica noch fuer
Labus, sondern fuer den echten opositionellen
Kandidat, Vojislav Seselj. Pelevic kritisiert zwar
scharf derzeitige Regierung in Serbien und dabei
hofft er, dass das Volk vergessen hat, dass seine
Partei und er selbst fuer die Regierung von Zoran
Djindjic und fuer viele, fuer das Volk gefaehrliche
Gesetze, die Stimme gegeben haben.
Es ist besonders interessant , dass man das
Verhalten der groessten opositionellen Partei SPS
analysiert. Der Praesident dieser Partei und der
Vorgaenger von Vojislav Kostunica, an der Stelle
des Praesidentes BR Jugoslawiens, Slobodan
Milosevic, wurde gemaess dem Auftrag des Haag -
Tribunals verhaftet und verfassungswidrig
kidnapiert worden und nach Haag versetzt worden, wo
er als der bekannteste Verhaftete erfolgreich
unsere Armee, unser Volk und Serben verteidigt. DOS
hat an "Vidovdan"(Kirchenfest) vorhergehendes
Jahres Slobodan Milosevic nach Haag abgegeben, wie
es damalig Fuerst Milos den Karadjordjes - Kopf dem
Sultan nach Stambol geschickt hat.
Milosevic hat aus Haag seiner Partei und seinen
Waehler die Botschaft gegeben, dass sie zusammen
mit den patriotischen Parteien und Einzelnen, die
die Wuerde des Landes vor der NATO - Agression
verteidigt haben, einen Kandidat unterstuetzen.
Nach der Milosevic Meinung hat groesste Chancen
zwischen solchen Kandidaten der Vorsitzende der
serbischen Radikalen, Vojislav Seselj.
Die Mehrheit aber im Hauptausschuss SPS hat sich
ihrem Vorsitzenden widersetzt und hat den
Schauspieler, Velimir Bata Zivojinovic kandidiert.
Ein Teil der SPS Laitung, zwischen denen Bogoljub
Bjelica und Zivorad Igic sind, hat die Sugestion
des Vorsitzendes angenommen. SPS - Mitgliedschaft
wird nach ihrem Gewissen die Stimmen abgeben.
Es ist wenig wahrscheinlich, dass der neue
Praesident Serbiens im ersten Kreis ausgewaehlt
wird. Von dem, was DOS im Jahre 2000 versprochen
hat, hat das Volk nichts bekommen. Angebliche
Reformen, die DOS - Regierung durchsetzt , haben
hinter sich Tausenden Menschen ohne Arbeitsplatz
gelassen, die Wirtschaft ist fast vernichtet
worden, serbische Unternehmen werden an die
Auslaender weit unter ihrem echten Wert verkauft
und das serbische Volk fuehlt sich erniedrigt und
betrogen. Deshalb wird jeder von den Kandidaten
fuer den Praesident die bessere Zukunft
versprechen, was das Volk noch seit der Ankunft der
DOS-Koalition an die Regierung hoert. Vor der Reife
des Volkes wird es abhaengen, ob die bisherige
Politik fortgesetzt wird oder werden die Waehler
jemanden auswaehlen, der zu der heutigen Oposition
gehoert.

Besonders beruechtigt waren waehrend des
Bombardments des Serbiens und des Monte Negros die
Flugzeuge des sogenannten "warzigen Schweines". Mit
dem verarmten Uran haben sie, hauptsaechlich, die
verlassene Lagen der Armee Jugoslawiens am Sueden
Serbiens: Bratuselce und Borovac bei Bujanovac,
Reljan bei Presevo, den Berg oberhalb Vranje, wo
der Sender RTS (Radio Fernsehen Serbiens) war,
Pljackovica und in Monte Negro, Halbinsel Lustica,
den Bezirk der Festung Arza geschossen. Die
fruchtbare Ackerfelder wurden nicht geschossen aber
die Flaechen bei Presevo, und Bujanovac koennte man
als Weiderplaetze benuetzen. Die Armee hat die
Radioaktivitaet gemessen, der Platz ist mit dem
Draht umgezaeunt und die Warnungszeichen wurden
aufgestellt.
An Pljakovica ist das steinige Gebiet und ist es
zum Zuenden gekommen und bei den Mustern ist 235000
Bekerell registriert worden, und die Grenze ist
200, was bedeuten soll, dass die Radioaktivitaet
groesser als 1100 mal ist.
Die Nahrung koennte auch ueber das Gras
verunreinigt werden oder damit, dass die
kontaminierte Wasser zu den Quellen kommt. Immer
noch gibt es keine Bestaetigung, dass das Uran bis
zu Quellen gekommen ist und zukuftig wird die
Situation verfolgt werden. An 80 % des
Grundstueckes ist das Dekontaminieren schon
durchgefuehrt worden, was bedeutet, dass die Reste
von Granaten, Geschosse und der Grundstueck aus
derer Umgebung von 10 cm angesammelt wurden und
nach Vinca davongetragen wurde. Das was weniger
kontaminiert ist, wird angesammelt, mit der Erde
verdeckt und dem Einfluss der Zeit ueberlassen. Die
Zeit der Halb-Zersetzung ist 4,5 Milliarden Jahre
und gefahrlos wird das erst nach 45 Milliarden
Jahre. Gerade in diesen Tagen befinden sich 25
Experte an die Untersuchungen, weil sie auf die
Aufgabe der Dekontaminierung von Borovac, der der
naechste angesiedelte Ort ist, sich engagieren
werden. Warum macht man das erst jetzt?
Wahrscheinlich wegen des Geld-Mangels. Der
Gesundheitszustand der Soldaten, die bestrahlt sein
koennen, wird an der Militaer-Medizinischen-
Akademie (VMA), im Militaerkrankenhaus in Nis und
in der Anstalt fuer den praeventiven medizinischen
Schutz in Zemun kontroliert. Bis jetzt weicht die
Anzahl der Kanzer-Erkrankten von den Durchschnitt
nicht ab. In Republika Srpska ist aber sieben Jahre
nach dem Krieg die Anzahl der Malig-Krankheiten
groesser geworden. Es ist zu frueh ueber die Lage
bei uns irgendwelche Schluesse zu fassen. In VMA
ueberprueft man die Radioaktivitaet der
Nahrungsmittel vor allem im Schuettgut, weil das
vor allem, der Kontaminierung ausgesetzt sein kann,
waehrend die Nahrung in Konserven nicht bestrahlt
sein kann. VMA ist nur ein Teil des Programmes des
Bundesministerium fuer die Arbeit und Sozialpolitik
fuer die Begleitung der Radioaktivitaet . Experte
an VMA erwaehnen das PCB aus Trafo-Stationen
ausgeflossen ist , dass er nach der
Ueberfluetungen, in Spuren, an den Haeuser-Mauern
gefunden ist als auch das Quecksilber ausgeflossen
ist, wofuer sie nicht zustaendig sind.
Alles in allem beschaeftigen sich die Journalisten
aus serbischen Medien, die mit dem politischen
"Gaeren" und Standardfragen beschaeftigt sind, fast
ueberhaupt nicht mit diesem Thema. Ueber die Folgen
hat man hauptsaechlich unmittelbar nach dem
Bombardment geschrieben, und eigentlich kommt die
Zeit , als wir uns mehr mit diesem Problem
beschaeftigen muessen werden.

Unvermeidliche Folge einer, fast universalen Krise,
Krise, die in Serbien, bzw. Jugoslawien, dauert mehr als
zwanzig Jahre, ist der Bruch des natuerlichen objektiven
Wertsystems. Arbeit, Wissen und Schaffensdrang haben
immer mehr am Sinn verloren. Einige Proffesionen, die
ihrer Natur nach, unmittelbaren Einfluss auf die
Oeffentlichkeit haben und beziehen sich besonders an die
Regierung, bzw. die Politik, sind hauptsaechlich, an die
Rolle des Services des herschenden Regimes
zurueckgefuehrt.
Die grosste Degradation und Kompromitation hat die
Journalistik erlebt. Waehrend der vorherherschenden
Regierung die von den linksorintierten, patriotischen
Kraeften gebildet war, die sogenannte Regierung der
Volks-Einheit gegruendet haben, waren fast alle Medien in
zwei Bloecke geteilt. Staatsmedien waren unter der
apsolute Kontrolle des regierenden Regimes, in denen doch
volle Anwesenheit Kultur, Wissenschaft, Kunst und andere
Gebiete der Schaffens, unter der objektieven
Wertmassstaeben, hatten. In gewissem Masse gab es auch
den Raum fuer die kritische, analytische opservieren
verschiedenen Prozesse und Erscheinungen, inwieweit man
damit die regierende Politik nicht in Zweifel bringt.
Andererseits bestand auch die grosse Anzahl von Medien,
des sogenannten opositionelen Charakters. Es gab in
Serbien mehrere Radio-und TV-Stationen, ca zehn
Tageszeitungen und Zeitschrifte, die fast
ausschliesslich, den vorherherschenden Regim negiert
haben, sie haben alles kritisiert sogar das, was objektiv
betrachtend den hohen Wertsinn hatte. All diese
Fachblaeter haben , gemaess den ueberzeugenden Beweisen ,
grosse materielle Hilfe vom Westen erhalten, vor allem
aus Amerika, bzw. Sorosov-Fondation.
Nach der Aenderung des Regimes (5.Oktober 2000) ist es,
auf Grund der Verspraechungen der neuen Regierung zum
Massen-Optimismus gekommen. Man hat an die echte
Demoktratie, Recht-Herschaft, Oekonomie-Wirksamkeit,
Arbeits-und Schaffensmotivierung, allseitige Freiheit,
neue objektive Wertskriterien, als auch an die
Unabhaenginkeit der Presse, bzw. objektives Informieren,
und kritisch-analytisches Verhaeltnis zu Politik,
Erreignisse und Erscheinungen, geglaubt.
Diese Erwartungen sind, leider, drastisch verratet, und
der Massen-Optimismus uebergeht immer mehr in den
Verdacht, die Treulosigkeit, Enttauschungen und der
grosste moegliche Pesimismus, der sich darin reflektiert,
dass immer mehr junger Fachmaenner das Land verlassen
haben und rascher und ununterbrochener Aufstieg der
Selbstmordanzahl erklaert man mit dem Massen-Verlust
irgendwelcher sinnvollen Perspektive. Angebliche Hilfe
aus dem Ausland (gemaess der Mitteilung der aktuellen
Regierung , man misst sie in Millionen Dollar) hat sich
ueberhaupt nicht an den gesellschaftlichen und
persoenlichen Standard widerspiegelt. Mehr als eine Halbe
Million Leute ist schon ohne Arbeitsplaetze geblieben und
noch so viel wird es ohne Arbeitsplaetze bleiben Die
Arbeit, die schoepferischeGestaltungskraft und die
Produktion kaum dass jemand erwaehnt. Es ist nur der
Ausverkauf der Reichtuemer und profitabeln Firmen
aktuell.
Das alles erwaehnt man, leider, ueberhaupt nicht in
Medien. Der Zustand in der Journalistik , also im
Informieren, ist tragischer als je in ihrer Geschichte.
Es gibt fast keiner Zeitung, die irgendetwas kritisch und
objektiv veroeffentlichen darf, weil alle sich unter der
drastischen Kntrolle der aktuellen Regierung befinden. Es
gibt wirklich keine opositionelle Presse in Serbien,
sogar kein einziges Blatt.
Das maechtigste Medium ist unter der apsoluten Kontrolle
des Premiers Zoran Djindjic und ihm treuen Parteien. In
letzten zwei Jahren duerfte man keine einzige tragische
Folge des NATO-Bombardments erwaehnen und solchen gab es
Riesenanzahl. An RTS ist zu der grobe Rache gegen den
grossen Anzahl der Journalisten , Regisseure,
Kammermaener sogar auch technischen Personal, das zwar an
niedrigsten leitenden Stellen angestellt war, gekommen.
Viele Journalisten, da gehoeren auch die am meisten
erfahrene und ausgebildete, haben das Recht auf die
Arbeit verloren. Der Autor dieses Textes kann nach 27
Jahre der journalistischer Arbeit in RTS, hauptsaechlich
in der Kultur -Rubrik, nicht mehr in das Gebaeude ,
dessen Bombardment er als diensthabender Haupt-Redakteur
ueberlebt hat, eintretten. Mit dem Schamgefuehl erwaehne
ich mein monatliches Einkommen, das in letzten sechs
Monaten zwischen ein sechstel Euro (0,6) bis maximal neun
Euro betrug. Eine Menge der Sachen ist wirklich fuer
Riplay-Anthologie der Absurditaet. In der Journalismus in
Serbien wurde die ideologische Zensur eingeleitet und
jenem , der nicht gehorsam ist, wird die Existenz
entzogen Mehrere Zehnheite von Journalisten, die hohen
profesionellen Moeglichkeiten haben, nie patriotisch
-politisch engagiert waren, haben das traurige Schiksal
erlebt, besonders weil ihre Stellen die
homo-politikus-Journalisten besetzt haben, meistens ohne
Fachschule, geschweige denn Fakultaet, sind. Das Wissen
und die Schreibkenntnisse sind nicht wichtig!
Entscheidendes Kriterium ist die Ergebenheit der neuen
Regierung.

Praesident -Wahlen in Serbien sind mehr als Wahlen
des Praesidentes: sie werden zeigen , ob die
Mehrheit der Waehler immer noch an die Koalition "
DOS Vojislav Kostunica " glaubt, die vor zwei Jahre
die absolute Herrschaft in Serbien uebernommen hat,
die Serbien Erholung versprechend, Eroeffnung gegen
die Welt, was dem Volk den Wohlstand bringen wird
und im Land die auslaendische Investoren bringen
wird und indem Serbien die nationale Wuerde nicht
verlieren wird. Nichts davon, ausgenommen Oeffnen
zur " Welt " wurde verwirklicht und von diesen
Oeffnen hat der mittelmaessige serbische Buerger
keinen Nutzen gehabt.
Besonders interessant ist die Tatsache, dass die
Kanditaturen fuer den Praesident Serbiens auch zwei
hoehe Bundes-Funktionaere unterbreitet haben,
allein der Praesident der BR Jugoslawiens und der
Stellvertreter des Bundes-Premiers , Miroljub
Labus. Koennen Sie sich vorstellen, dass der
deutsche Kanzler sich fuer den Premier des Bayerns
oder der USA-Praesident sich fuer den Gouverneur
der California bewirbt. Schwer ! Man stellt die
Frage, warum so etwas nur in Serbien passieren
kann. Von allen Atworten sind nur zwei logisch:
Naemlich, Kostunica oder Labus glauben nicht an das
Bestehen Jugoslawiens, was definitiv fuer das
serbische Volk den Verlust , nicht nur von Kosmet ,
sondern auch des Suedens Serbiens bedeuten wuerde
und jetzt suchen sie das neue Geschaeft oder sie
haben von jemandem die Sugestion erhalten, um jeden
Preis unmoeglich zu machen, dass fuer den
Praesident Serbiens jemand ausgewaehlt wird, der an
den Wahlen im Jahre 2000 sich als der DOS-Mitglied
nicht beteiligt hat. Als der Beitrag dazu spricht
auch die Erklaerung des Vorsitzendes des
Buergerrates in der Versammlung Jugoslawiens,
Dragoljub Micunovic, dass es dem Westen unwichtig
ist , wer fuer den Praesident Serbiens ausgewaehlt
wird, sondern ist es fuer ihn wichtig , dass
Niemand ausgewaehlt wird, der in naher Beziehung zu
Slobodan Milosevic steht oder rechtsorientiert ist.
Man soll es erklaeren: West-Maechtige -Mitglieder
der Bilderberg-Gruppe, der MMF , der Eigentuemer
von multinationalen Korporationen und maechtigen
Masson-Organisationen verstehen unter dem Begriff
rechtsorientierte jene Parteien und jene Politiker,
die das nationale und staatliche Interesse oberhalb
des fremden Interesse stellen.
Fuer den Praesident Serbiens haben sie zehn
Politiker bewerbt, die von der Seite verschiedenen
politischen Gruppierungen, wenigstens scheinbar,
unterstuetzt werden. Die Mehrheit von Bewerbten
sind zwar die Verbuendete fuer den Wahlsieg von
Labus oder Kostunica . Zum Beispiel, der
Vorsitzende der Partei "Nova Srbija" (Neues
Serbien), Velja Ilic, hat offiziell erklaert, dass
er seine Kandidatur zum Gunsten Vojislav Kostunica
widerrufen wird, und als die Gegenleistung wird er
einige Ambassadeur-Stellen fuer seine Menschen
bekommen. Kostunica wird auch von der Seite der
Koalition DAN unterstuetzt, d.h. Dragoljub
Micunovic, Nebojsa Covic, und Dusan Mihailovic.
Bezueglich darauf, dass Covic und Mihailovic im
Volk unpopulaer sind - der Erste ist als die
Purzeltaube bekannt, die es ermoeglicht hat, dass
Bujanovac wo im Jahre 1999 60% Serben waren, den
Albanern uebergeben wird; der Zweite, der auch als
die Purzeltaube ist, ist im serbischen Volk als der
Forscher der serbischen " Verbrechen " gegen
Albaner bekannt- wurde vereinbart, dass in der
Kampagne vor dem Volk nur Micunovic als Kostunicas
Unterstuetzer erscheint. Miroljub Labus ist
offiziell der Kandidat der Buergergruppe, das ist
aber nur der Anschein. Ihn unterstuetzt die
Organisation G17, der Gouverneur der Nationalbank
Jugoslawiens, Mladjen Dinkic, der Premier Serbiens,
Zoran Djindjic und die Demokratska Stranka
(Demokratische Partei, dessen beachtlicher Mitglied
Labus ist. Labus wird auch von der Seite der
National - Minderheiten unterstuetzt.Labus -
Programm, das er an den Promotions-Ansammelungen
darstellt, entspricht mehr dem Programm des
Premiers als des Praesidents des Staates. Dabei
weiss man nicht, unter welchen Bedingungen Labus im
Namen dieses Landes Kredite genommen hat, man weiss
aber dass diese Kredite die serbische Wirtschaft
schwer abzahlen koenne. Im Komentar anlaesslich der
Praesident - Kandidaten schreibt man in der
Zeitschrift "Srpska rec" (Serbisches Wort) , dass
Miroljub Labus von seinem beschedenem Lohn beide
Toechter im Ausland schult und dass er ein Haus an
Florida hat. Miroljub Labus hat bei seinem
promotiven Besuch in Woiwodina etwas erklaert, was
man oft bis sogenannten Yogurt - Revolution hoeren
koennte, bis dem Abstuerzen der Regierung der
Autonomisten in Woiwodina. Labus hat versprochen ,
wie das damalig die kommunistische Autonomisten
gesprochen haben: Woiwodina an Woiwodiner. Soll das
wiederholtes Zusammenfuehren des Serbiens an das
Belgrader - Paschalik bedeuten?
Der Vorsitzende der Partei SSJ , Borislav Pelevic,
ist der Konkurent weder fuer Kostunica noch fuer
Labus, sondern fuer den echten opositionellen
Kandidat, Vojislav Seselj. Pelevic kritisiert zwar
scharf derzeitige Regierung in Serbien und dabei
hofft er, dass das Volk vergessen hat, dass seine
Partei und er selbst fuer die Regierung von Zoran
Djindjic und fuer viele, fuer das Volk gefaehrliche
Gesetze, die Stimme gegeben haben.
Es ist besonders interessant , dass man das

noch gibt es keine Bestaetigung, dass das Uran bis
zu Quellen gekommen ist und zukuftig wird die
Situation verfolgt werden. An 80 % des
Grundstueckes ist das Dekontaminieren schon
durchgefuehrt worden, was bedeutet, dass die Reste
von Granaten, Geschosse und der Grundstueck aus
derer Umgebung von 10 cm angesammelt wurden und
nach Vinca davongetragen wurde. Das was weniger
kontaminiert ist, wird angesammelt, mit der Erde
verdeckt und dem Einfluss der Zeit ueberlassen. Die
Zeit der Halb-Zersetzung ist 4,5 Milliarden Jahre
und gefahrlos wird das erst nach 45 Milliarden
Jahre. Gerade in diesen Tagen befinden sich 25
Experte an die Untersuchungen, weil sie auf die
Aufgabe der Dekontaminierung von Borovac, der der
naechste angesiedelte Ort ist, sich engagieren
werden. Warum macht man das erst jetzt?
Wahrscheinlich wegen des Geld-Mangels. Der
Gesundheitszustand der Soldaten, die bestrahlt sein
koennen, wird an der Militaer-Medizinischen-
Akademie (VMA), im Militaerkrankenhaus in Nis und
in der Anstalt fuer den praeventiven medizinischen
Schutz in Zemun kontroliert. Bis jetzt weicht die
Anzahl der Kanzer-Erkrankten von den Durchschnitt
nicht ab. In Republika Srpska ist aber sieben Jahre
nach dem Krieg die Anzahl der Malig-Krankheiten
groesser geworden. Es ist zu frueh ueber die Lage
bei uns irgendwelche Schluesse zu fassen. In VMA
ueberprueft man die Radioaktivitaet der
Nahrungsmittel vor allem im Schuettgut, weil das
vor allem, der Kontaminierung ausgesetzt sein kann,
waehrend die Nahrung in Konserven nicht bestrahlt
sein kann. VMA ist nur ein Teil des Programmes des
Bundesministerium fuer die Arbeit und Sozialpolitik
fuer die Begleitung der Radioaktivitaet . Experte
an VMA erwaehnen das PCB aus Trafo-Stationen
ausgeflossen ist , dass er nach der
Ueberfluetungen, in Spuren, an den Haeuser-Mauern
gefunden ist als auch das Quecksilber ausgeflossen
ist, wofuer sie nicht zustaendig sind.
Alles in allem beschaeftigen sich die Journalisten
aus serbischen Medien, die mit dem politischen
"Gaeren" und Standardfragen beschaeftigt sind, fast
ueberhaupt nicht mit diesem Thema. Ueber die Folgen
hat man hauptsaechlich unmittelbar nach dem
Bombardment geschrieben, und eigentlich kommt die
Zeit , als wir uns mehr mit diesem Problem
beschaeftigen muessen werden.

destabilization are mainly realized by fostering Albanian
separatism and KLA terrorism, always. The US clearly intends to
destabilize and destroy FYROM, not just its government(s).
