SLUNJ, DIVIETO
All'indice la "Battaglia della Neretva"
SLUNJ - "La Battaglia della Neretva", il piu' noto film della
cinematografia ex jugoslava, dedicato alla lotta partigiana, e' finito
all'indice. Il vicesindaco di Slunj Ivan Matesa, su richiesta di un
gruppo
di cittadini, ha infatti vietato ieri sera la proiezione della pellicola
in questa localita' a sudest di Zagabria che nei primi anni novanta era
in
mano ai ribelli serbi. "Si tratta di un film fortemente ideologizzato,
tutto proteso a rafforzare l'idea jugoslava e a far scomparire la
croaticita'", ha sottolineato, affermando che, anche se non glielo
avessero chiesto i cittadini, lui avrebbe vietato comunque la
proiezione
della pellicola. Inevitabile e' stata la reazione di condanna della
decisione, da parte del direttore dell'Adria Art Artist 21" Zeljko
Brkic,
organizzatore della proiezione della "Battaglia della Neretva" che
avrebbe
dovuto svolgersi nell'ambito della retrospettiva del film croato. Brkic
ha
definito terrificante, oggigiorno caso unico in Europa e nel mondo, il
divieto del vicesindaco.

CONTRO L'INVASIONE U.S.A, E PER UNA NUOVA COLOMBIA: RESISTENCIA!
Oggi più che mai gli effetti dell'intervento degli Stati Uniti in
Colombia, già in corso, lasciano intravedere con chiarezza
sconcertante il pericolo concreto di un'invasione, il tutto
finalizzato a:
- aumentare il controllo geo-strategico in America Latina, di cui la
Colombia è un tassello chiave, e bloccare l'avanzata del movimento
guerrigliero, e in particolare delle FARC-EP, la più antica e forte
organizzazione guerrigliera del continente.
- distruggere il processo di pace in corso tra queste e il governo
colombiano, in cui le FARC stanno dimostrando la loro volontà di
pace, con giustizia sociale.
- totalizzare il controllo delle cospicue risorse energetiche,
materie prime, biodiversità, risorse idriche e territoriali, così
come dell'Amazzonia, di cui la Colombia beneficia.
- imporre ulteriore miseria, fame, devastazione, sfruttamento, guerra
senza confini, con la conseguente vietnamizzazione del conflitto
sociale ed armato che vive la Colombia da oltre 50 anni.
Per fare ciò, gli USA hanno architettato il famigerato "Plan
Colombia", una marea di denaro (oltre 1300 milioni di dollari
elargiti da Washington), che consiste nel potenziamento dell'Esercito
colombiano con armi sofisticate, apparecchiature satellitari,
elicotteri da guerra ed addestramento dato dagli oltre 2000
consiglieri militari del Pentagono presenti attualmente in territorio
colombiano, e attraverso una manovra di accerchiamento militare nei
paesi limitrofi.
Dopo la guerra del Golfo e quella dei Balcani, l'imperialismo USA sta
muovendo i fili delle marionette per legittimare l'attuale intervento
e una possibile invasione in Colombia, questa volta non più chiamando
in causa un problema "umanitario", ma col pretesto della lotta al
narcotraffico.
E' importante che tutto ciò non passi in silenzio, è importante
dunque dare voce a quelle fonti che, dall'interno del conflitto,
lottano per una Colombia Nuova, in pace e con giustizia sociale per
il popolo colombiano.

Continua la solidarietà ai lavoratori della Zastava in Jugoslavia.
il giorno 2 marzo partirà per la Zastava una delegazione della Cgil del
veneto per consegnare le prime adozioni a distanza organizzate in quella
regione.
Il prossimo 12 marzo partirà invece una delegazione della Cgil di
Brescia e
delle rsu della Lombardia a consegnare le quote di altre adozioni a
distanza
di Brescia, Milano e Firenze, Bologna.
In quella occasione verranno consegnate anche le numerose lettere,
regali
ecc preparate dai lavoratori Italiani per le famiglie adottate.
Vi preghiamo (chi avesse necessità di far pervenire lettere o regali di
scrivere nel minor tempo possibile ad alma@...
Alla delegazione parteciperanno anche compagni dell'Aquila e di Trieste
(che
si uniranno al convoglio) ed un tecnico di una ditta di Lecco che dovrà
fare
la manutenzione all'impianto di radiologia
consegnato al presidio Sanitario della Zastava lo scorso Ottobre.
Abbiamo inoltre una urgenza. Grazie alla Rsu Unilever di Lodi abbiamo la
possibilità di inviare alla Zastava l'equivalente di un TIR di detersivi
e
materiali per l'igiene. Servono però i soldi per pagare il Tir
(4.500.000 di
lire) e siamo all'asciutto.
Chi fosse interessato a contribuire al finanziamento del convoglio (a
titolo
personale, o attivando qualche amministrazione o struttura sindacale che
volesse aderire all'iniziativa) può scrivere ad alma@... che sta
coordinando la preparazione del prossimo convoglio.

Ma soprattutto come diceva Aleandro Baldi, anche questo
San Remo "...passera' prima o poi!"

il giorno 2 marzo partirà per la Zastava una delegazione della Cgil del

PLAN OF THE ACTIVITIES ON THE OCCASION OF THE SECOND
ANNIVERSARY
OF THE NATO AGGRESSION AGAINST YUGOSLAVIA
Activities relating to the second anniversary of NATO
aggression against Yugoslavia should last from March
to July 2001, both in the country and abroad. Main
objective of the planned activities are as follows:
Affirmation of the truth and new information, on the
real objectives of the aggression, as well as on its
catastrophic consequences;
Animating the public to condemn the aggression, while
emphasising responsibility for crimes committed and
requirement of damage compensation;
Resolutely countering attempts to revise basic
assessments of aggression and the magnificent defence
of the country by patrioticlly united people;
Confronting attempts to give amnesty to NATO and to
the leaders of some NATO member-countries and their
Governments, as well as their attempts to proclaim
victims and statesmen that led legitimate people

PLAN OF THE ACTIVITIES ON THE OCCASION OF THE SECOND
ANNIVERSARY
OF THE NATO AGGRESSION AGAINST YUGOSLAVIA
Activities relating to the second anniversary of NATO

A ROMA IL LAVAGGIO DEL CERVELLO SI FA IN METRO - GRATIS!
Venerdi 23 febbraio 2001 centinaia di migliaia di lavoratori e casuali passeggeri della Metropolitana di Roma hanno potuto gratuitamente sottoporsi ad un nuovo lavaggio del cervello. Con tale lavaggio, consistente nell'incitamento all'odio razziale antiserbo, essi sono stati orientati favorevolmente in vista delle prossime campagne NATO di squartamento della Repubblica Federale di Jugoslavia.
Con un titolone a caratteri cubitali infatti il giornalino METRO, diffuso capillarmente a tutta l'utenza, citando come fonte l'AGI tripudia: "Stupri etnici in Bosnia, l'Aja condanna tre serbi", riferendosi ad "una gang di serbo-bosniaci responsabile di decine di stupri contro donne musulmane tra il '92 ed il '93". All'interno, accanto ad una foto di queste canaglie sub-umane, METRO si inventa di sana pianta che la commissione d'inchiesta avrebbe appurato che "gli stupri etnici in Bosnia furono pianificati dal regime di Slobodan Milosevic prim'ancora dell'inizio della guerra".
Sarebbe questa "la prima condanna inflitta per abusi sessuali in guerra, riconosciuti come crimini contro l'umanita'".
Curiosamente pero', solo tre giorni prima (20/2) in un trafiletto pressoche' invisibile nelle pagine centrali dello stesso giornalino si leggeva invece:
"Tribunale dell'Aia condanna per tortura - Bosnia: I giudici d'appelli del Tribunale Internazionale ONU sui crimini di guerra nell'ex-Jugoslavia hanno confermato le accuse contro due musulmani bosniaci e un croato-bosniaco [sic] per il regime di terrore instaurato contro la comunita' serba locale nel campo profughi di Celebici. Nel 1998 i tre furono condannati rispettivamente a 7, 15 e 20 anni di carcere per tortura e omicidio. Per la prima volta [dunque ci sono due prime volte] lo stupro e' stato considerato un sistema di tortura" - ma stavolta non viene aggettivato come "etnico" ne' tantomeno gli viene dedicato il titolone in prima pagina. Geniale la trovata della diffusione di un giornalino gratuito per instillare disinformazione e terrorismo psicologico in modo pressoche' subliminale in una opinione pubblica che giustamente si rifiuta di pagare per acquistare i quotidiani in edicola.

LA GRAN BRETAGNA BOMBARDA L'IRAQ E CERCA DI ISOLARLO
Immediatamente dopo l'ennesima tornata di bombardamenti "umanitari" britannici contro l'Iraq, la stampa inglese ha fatto circolare delle "indiscrezioni" mirate ad incolpare la RF di Jugoslavia, che avrebbe fornito a GB ed USA informazioni essenziali per attuare i bombardamenti stessi.
Delle due l'una: o l'esercito jugoslavo e' diventato ultra-filo-atlantico, oppure GB ed USA cercano di incrinare l'amicizia tra RF di Jugoslavia ed Iraq, paesi entrambi vittime delle furia omicida occidentale, amicizia fortemente consolidatasi negli ultimi anni.

YUGOSLAV PRESIDENT RECEIVES IRAQI AMBASSADOR
BELGRADE, February 22 (Tanjug) Yugoslav President Vojislav
Kostunica on Thursday received Iraqi ambassador to Belgrade Sami Sadoun.
The reason for the meeting were reports in the British press that the
Yugoslav authorities had allegedly passed on information about Iraq's radar
defence system to the United States and Great Britain, the Yugoslav
president's cabinet said.
This information was reportedly used for the recent air strikes
on Iraq. Kostunica decisively denied these reports and condemned the
bombing of Iraq. The Yugoslav president underscored Yugoslavia's principled
stand that sanctions and military retribution cannot resolve any problem in
the world.
Kostunica and Sadoun discussed the need for continuing economic
cooperation between Yugoslavia and Iraq. Yugoslavia's orientation towards
European integrations does not mean it is neglecting relations with other
countries, especially the Arab ones. In this light, the nurturing of
economic and other ties with Iraq is of interest for both countries,
Kostunica said.
