Fifty Million Dollars and Up for Dismembering a Medium-Size Sovereign State

Former Finnish president and one of the world’s most respected living Nazis Martti Ahtisaari (i.e. Adolfsen) is a very busy man these days. Turkey — correctly noting Ahtisaari’s strong pro-Muslim bias, undoubtedly a result of historically sound and productive fascist/Muslim alliances — wants Ahtisaari to help them break into the EU. In Northern Ireland, where Ahtisaari was meddling before, he was appointed an “international advisor” to a reconciliation group.

Let’s hope they can afford the 70-year-old whore with a steep price list.

According to the June 21 article by the Banja Luka daily Fokus, titled “Albanian Mafia Bought Ahtisaari,” German Federal Intelligence Service BND (Bundesnachrichtendienst) has recently sent a report to the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon revealing that Albanian separatists and terrorists in Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province have literally purchased Ahtisaari’s plan which suggests independence for the Serbian province and its severing from Serbia.

German Secret Service has found that 2 million Euros (2.68 million USD) have been transfered directly to Ahtisaari’s personal bank account, and that amounts of multi-million Euros were given to the UN envoy in cash on at least two occasions, totaling up to 40 million Euros (over 53 million U.S. dollars).

According to the Fokus’ source, the German BND Secret Service Brigadier Luke Neiman was directly appointed by the German government to designate part of the German Secret Service apparatus to the United Nations Mission in Kosovo, after the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon requested such service. It was, therefore, the UN Secretary-General who received the detailed report about the corruption of his special envoy Martti Ahtisaari.

Reportedly, the BND agents have immediately discovered clear connection and regular contacts between the leading figures of Kosovo Albanian mafia, their subordinates and Martti Ahtisaari. The agents have also established that Ahtisaari has had frequent telephone communications with the Albanian billionaire, mafia boss living in Switzerland Behgjet Pacolli.

Price of the “Supervised Independence:” Two Million Via Bank, Four Coffers of Heroin Cash and Couple of White Slaves

One of the recorded conversations was pertaining to a transaction in the amount of 2 million Euros from the Swiss bank in Basel, the account No. 239700-93457-00097, protected as an offshore account under the code XS52-KOLER. The account owner is Exhet Boria, the right hand of the Albanian mafia boss. Two million Euros were transfered from this to the account No. 3459346699004533, code VOLANND, in the Cyprus bank. In order to withdraw the money from these accounts, all that was needed was to give the codes to a bank teller.

German Intelligence Service agents have made a note that on February 12, 2007, at 6:23 a.m., jeep with the registration plates PR-443-22CD, which belongs to the Kosovo Albanian provisional “government”, arrived in front of the UN Special Envoy Martti Ahtisaari’s building. Two men carrying two silver-color briefcases went in, handing the briefcases to Ahtisaari. A source in the building later confirmed that the briefcases were filled with cash and given to the UN envoy.

Twelve days later, at 5:44 p.m. the exact same thing took place, only this time it was Exhet Boria personally who exited the black Mercedes Benz with no plates, followed by the two bodyguards carrying two silver-color briefcases.

BND agents found that all four briefcases, later protected with the diplomatic labels, safely arrived to Finland without check-ups and were delivered to Martti Ahtisaari’s home address.

On the last day of February, at 11:47 p.m., German Secret Service agents made a note about the arrival of the KFOR (NATO troops stationed in Serbian Kosovo province, Kosovo FORce) jeep which brought two young women over, followed by Boria’s bodyguard. The girls were in Ahtisaari’s quarters until 5:17 a.m., when they were driven away by the same vehicle.

Ahtisaari Bribed to Recommend Amputation of the Serbian Province

Global Information System: Ahtisaari Was Bribed

According to Tanjug, the German BND’s information that Kosovo Albanians representing an “interim government” in Pristina and Albanian mafia bribed the UN special envoy Martti Ahtisaari to recommend independence for the southern Serbian province is correct, the Global Information System (GIS), a Washington-based intelligence data service meant exclusively for governments, has said.

The data collected by the GIS for South-Eastern Europe was published in the GIS Defense and Foreign Affairs section in the form of analysis which President of the American Council for Kosovo-Metohija Jim Jatras on Tuesday presented at a news conference in Belgrade, adding that a full and transparent investigation was expected to follow.

A special analysis of the head of GIS South-Eastern Europe cited article by the Banja Luka (Republic of Srpska, Bosnia) magazine Fokus, which was the first to publish excerpts of the BND report to the UN Secretary General on June 21.

German Intelligence Agency had found that two million euros had been transferred to Ahtisaari’s private bank account and that several tens of million euro cash payments, believed to go up to 40 million euros (over 50 million USD), had been made to Ahtisaari personally on at least two occasions.

BND Report Includes Information About Corrupt Activities of Other Officials Involved in Kosovo Scheme

According to the Defense & Foreign Affairs Analysis report by the GIS Station Chief for South-East Europe (as quoted by Alan Peters, an Iran SME), “the GIS/Defense & Foreign Affairs station in south-eastern Europe has conducted research in the Balkans and from secure sources it was revealed that the BND report does indeed exist, and that the information contained is not ‘Serbian fiction’ but a reality.”

In addition, the GIS/Defense & Foreign Affairs sources “confirmed that the BND report also contained extensive additional information on the involvement in corrupt activities of other international community personalities involved in Kosovo.”

“As a result, it was understood that, under the pressure of the emerging information/facts, the UN was now considering promoting the partition of Kosovo, rather than adopting the Ahtisaari plan for granting complete independence to Kosovo,” concludes GIS Defense & Foreign Affairs analysis by the South-Eastern Europe station Chief, Valentine Spyroglou.

Mr. Lambros.

QUESTION: On Kosovo. Mr. Casey, Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov suggested today Martti Ahtisaari unfitness* to mediate further talks based on a bunch of reports that Albanian mafia bribed the UN Kosovo mediator, something which has been most* confirmed by Washington-based Global Information System, GIS, and Gregory Copely of Defense and Foreign Affairs Institute. Given the U.S. Government concern about corruption at the UN, should the U.S. Government be calling for an investigation into this matter? How do these allegations impact U.S. confidence in Ahtisaari’s fitness to mediate further talks in Kosovo?

MR. CASEY: Mr. Lambros, I think that the reports you’re referring to probably fall into the category of spurious [German Intelligence and GIS reports are “spurious”?!]. But look, Mr. Ahtisaari is a distinguished former head of government of Finland, a person with a tremendous amount of experience and a track record in working on these issues. He has the full confidence of the Secretary General who appointed him UN and certainly the plan that Mr. Ahtisaari put forward has the full endorsement of the United States as the basis for moving forward.

We’ve put forward a Security Council resolution with others that calls presently for a period of additional discussions among the parties prior to implementation of those recommendations. But again, I don’t see any reason why there should be any question about the work that he did. We very much appreciate and respect the efforts that he made. We believe that he came up with a good plan and one that’s in the best interests of the Kosovars, of the Serbian people and of the region as a whole.

QUESTION: One more on the same issue. According to reports, the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon already started an investigation about these payments, confirmed the existence by a report prepared for him by the German intelligence agency BND unit assigned to the UN mission in Kosovo. Any comment on it?

MR. CASEY: Mr. Lambros, you’re free to go ask the UN what investigations it has or hasn’t started. [...] If you’d like to pursue shadows, feel free to talk to the UN about it.

Far More Than “Shadows” — Gregory Copley: Ahtisaari’s Corruption Confirmed Beyond Doubt

In July 14 exclusive interview with Belgrade daily Vecernje novosti, the President of the International Strategic Studies Association Gregory Copley confirmed that everything published about Martti Ahtisaari being bribed by the Albanian mafia to propose independence for southern Serbian Kosovo province is correct.

“We have been investigating a number of corruption cases in the Balkans during the past 15 years. We have received a lot of information and heard rumors about corruption in the Martti Ahtisaari’s office, but we waited until we heard for the article published by the Banja Luka daily Fokus. That’s when we started our own investigation. Talking with the number of our sources, we confirmed that German Intelligence Service BND has indeed put this report together. Our report is created for the governments which are the only ones using the Global Information System. As far as I understand, it was leaked to the media,” said Copley.

Ahtisaari’s Anti-Serbian Bias Evident from the Start

QUESTION: Is the information about Ahtisaari being bribed reliable?

MR. COPLEY: First of all, we have seen the BND report. We then inquired with our sources if we can get an independent confirmation about the Ahtisaari corruption. Few intelligence sources from different states involved in Kosovo process were either suspecting or had evidence about Ahtisaari’s involvement with Albanian organized crime.

QUESTION: How long were you on Ahtisaari’s trail?

MR. COPLEY: We have been observing him ever since he was appointed a UN special envoy for Kosovo status, because we knew he came to that post after working for the International Crisis Group, established by the financier George Soros. We also knew that Soros, as well as the ICG, is firmly backing the independence of Kosovo province. This meant that Ahtisaari obviously wasn’t an impartial person for this position.

GIS Balkan Findings Considerably Different from the Picture Media Painted

QUESTION: Has any particular government ordered the investigation of the Ahtisaari case?

MR. COPLEY: Our association conducts independent investigations. We do not work for any particular government and that is why many governments trust our neutrality. We have conducted a large number of investigations pertaining to the Balkan events, the results of which were considerably different from the picture created by the media. This has made some of the governments skeptical, but most of them have now arrived at the position that our reports have been confirmed over time.

QUESTION: In your experience, how much could a revelation such as this one influence the concrete politics?

MR. COPLEY: We’ve had many requests for confirmation and for further information by the large number of governments and international organizations overseeing the Kosovo process.

QUESTION: From the Serbian Government?

MR. COPLEY: Not from the Serbian Government.

QUESTION: From the American Administration?

MR. COPLEY: All I’m going to say is — not from the Serbian Government, but from the large number of governments and the international organizations.

U.S. State Department Acts Like the Albanian Terrorists’ Agent

QUESTION: What do you expect now?

MR. COPLEY: We expect the United Nations to evaluate Ahtisaari’s position. Unfortunately, it seems that the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon lacks the guts to acknowledge the situation created by the [Albanian terrorist] KLA threats of renewed violence. I am disappointed with the fact that the new UN Secretary General has no courage to clean his own backyard. This shows that there is a lot of corruption within the UN that also existed during the Ban Ki-moon’s predecessor.

QUESTION: According to the Fokus article, it was the UN Secretary General that requested the investigation of Ahtisaari’s corruption?

MR. COPLEY: Soon after he requested the investigation, he demanded quick resolution of Kosovo issue and he failed to undertake clear steps to suspend Ahtisaari, or to examine his work. He was obviously shocked by the initial accusations, which German intelligence confirmed beyond any doubts. But it should also be taken into consideration that Ki-moon is right now under enormous pressure — not just from the KLA which threatens the entire region with violence, but from the U.S. State Department which acts like the KLA agent in promoting Kosovo independence.

Kosovo: quello che può comprare il denaro a spese di un miglior interesse del paese

La stampa estera sottolinea come il Segretario Generale dell’ONU abbia ricevuto un rapporto dettagliato dal Servizio Informazioni Tedesco (BND). Ban Ki-moon stesso aveva richiesto che una sezione del BND venisse assegnata alla Missione ONU in Kosovo per sbrogliare la matassa di complessità che avviluppa questa Provincia della Serbia. Come è ampiamente noto, l’Inviato Speciale dell’ONU Martti Ahtisaari ha proposto di separare il Kosovo dalla Serbia, atto che avrebbe dato luogo ad un nuovo stato indipendente sulla base della preponderanza demografica Albanese.            

Se accolto, questo atto non solo avrebbe violato la stessa Risoluzione dell’ONU che dichiarava l’opposto. Avrebbe dato anche il via libera a simili pretese in Spagna ed in Francia, in Gran Bretagna (Scozia indipendente), così come avrebbe indotto un movimento Messico-Americano, (assecondato dal Messico e con l’appoggio dell’Unione degli Stati Latino-Americani) ad esigere che la California venga separata dagli Stati Uniti e a questa assegnato lo status di nazione indipendente e riconosciuta internazionalmente. Perché non riconoscere l’indipendenza del Texas, per non parlare di tanti altri candidati sul pianeta Terra? Ma queste proiezioni non sono di immediato interesse, specialmente quando contrastanti con una rivelazione sensazionale e dettagliata. La squadra del BND assegnata, comandata dal Generale di Brigata Luke Neiman, ha scoperto, senza molti sforzi, che il Signor Ahtisaari aveva frequenti contatti con il leaders separatisti Albanesi e aveva ricevuto ingenti somme di denaro per un valore equivalente a circa 53 milioni di dollari. I particolari sono elencati con teutonica precisione. 

Oltre a questo, sono state registrate conversazioni sui trasferimenti di denaro, su specifici conti e codici bancari in Svizzera e a Cipro, su sostanziose forniture di eroina, sul lenocinio di due donne bianche ridotte allo stato di schiavitù e su una visita alla residenza del Signor Ahtisaari ( alle ore 6.23 antimeridiane il 12 febbraio 2007) di una Jeep con targa PR-443-22CD, un veicolo appartenente al governo “provvisorio” Albanese a Pristina, capitale del Kosovo. Per giunta, sembra che il Signor Ahtisaari abbia qualche vecchio scheletro pro-Nazi nell’armadio e abbia coltivato un’inclinazione filo-Musulmana, derivata probabilmente dalle alleanze Nazi/Fasciste/Musulmane durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale. 

Senza conoscere le rivelazioni del BND, il presente autore aveva consigliato il precedente Segretario dell’ONU di congedare il Signor Ahtisaari senza indugio e di dare l’incarico a qualcuno che non fosse in ogni modo ammanicato con gli Albanesi o con i Serbi. Non ci sono dubbi che essendo il Signor Ahtisaari un ex capo di stato e “universalmente rispettato” internazionalmente, l’ex Segretario non aveva potuto farlo. Con la presente informativa dettagliata del BND, dovrebbe essere impossibile consentirgli di mantenere il suo posto o di accettare a priori il suo piano.                   

Non è un segreto che fonti Albanesi abbiano fatto donazioni a membri del nostro Congresso e che i beneficiari abbiano deciso in favore della separazione del Kosovo dalla Serbia e di consegnarlo alla maggioranza Albanese. Anche un ex Segretario di Stato, un ardente fautore di un Kosovo Albanese indipendente, possiede ora una compagnia di telecomunicazioni proprio in Kosovo. Non sembra risultare nulla di illegale nelle donazioni di fondi ai nostri Soloni a scopo campagna elettorale: gli effetti non si fanno sentire all’interno e quello che avviene all’estero, come risultato dell’azione dei nostri Legislatori filo-Albanesi, non ha alcun interesse, dal momento che nessuno nello specifico è responsabile. La politica della precedente Amministrazione nazionale potrebbe così essere riassunta: “Dare i Serbi in pasto ai desiderata Musulmani”, così questo avrebbe procurato favorevoli consensi in Medio Oriente. Il risultato è la nascita di Al-Q'uaida per via della Bosnia, e la Wahabyya in espansione fra i Musulmani Albanesi del Kosovo. Se noi, forse, possiamo essere scusati data la nostra veramente scarsa conoscenza della storia dei Balcani e sul contesto in cui questa storia si dipana, questo non vale per gli Europei Occidentali, che comunque si muovono ripetitivamente sempre sulla stessa direzione della politica estera degli USA. Gli Europei Occidentali sanno bene che i Serbi sono stati “i custodi delle porte” attraverso cui gli Ottomani tentavano di passare per conseguire la conquista dell’intera Europa Occidentale. La passata generazione di Europei ricorda anche che i Serbi hanno dato considerevoli contributi alle vittorie degli alleati nella Prima e nella Seconda Guerra Mondiale, ma il nostro popolo non conosce nemmeno che una delle più piccole minoranze negli Stati Uniti, gli Americani di origine Serba, ha generato sette uomini che si sono meritati in entrambe le guerre la Medaglia d’Onore, il più alto riconoscimento del Congresso. La nostra opinione pubblica non conosce che i Serbi hanno salvato più di 300 piloti Americani abbattuti nella Seconda Guerra Mondiale, che quindi sono ritornati in servizio. Invece, siamo stati ben informati dal nostro Governo e dai mezzi di informazione di massa che “i Serbi” sono stati gli unici “aggressori” nella ex Jugoslavia e tutte le altre “tribù Jugoslave” sono state loro vittime, malgrado un evidente fratricidio tripartito, con la fondamentale assistenza dall’estero.  La realtà virtuale rimpiazza la realtà stessa. Tutto in nome di una certa ideologia geopolitica che ha incapsulato nella sua rete i più alti gradi politici e di pensiero nella mirifica convinzione che a noi è concesso mutare la natura umana e cambiare il mondo in permanenza.  

Mercoledì scorso, il Gruppo di Contatto per i negoziati, in una riunione che vedeva la presenza dei principali responsabili politici incaricati della definizione dello status del Kosovo, ha annunciato l’apertura di un concorso internazionale per la creazione di una bandiera e degli emblemi del futuro Stato indipendente del Kosovo.

In una dichiarazione concessa dal Gruppo di Contatto, viene specificato con chiarezza che  « nessuna proposta dovrà ripresentare o assomigliare alla bandiera o all’emblema di un qualche altro Stato, di un partito politico, di un movimento o di una istituzione del Kosovo, ne’ implicare una stretta aderenza ad una comunità etnica particolare del  Kosovo ».

Allo stesso tempo, questa dichiarazione precisa che « non dovrà assolutamente essere utilizzato il simbolo dell’aquila, in quanto richiamerebbe il simbolo di altri Stati, così come le combinazioni dei colori rosso e nero o dei colori rosso, bianco e blu ». L’obbiettivo: distinguere la futura bandiera del Kosovo da quelle dei suoi due confinanti, l’Albania e la Serbia.                                                                

La bandiera dell’Albania rappresenta un’aquila bicefala nera su fondo rosso. La bandiera della Serbia è composta da tre campiture orizzontali rossa, bianca e blu, e il suo stemma araldico rappresenta un’aquila bicefala bianca. 

Formalmente, il Kosovo resta una Provincia della Serbia, anche se il 90% della sua popolazione risulta di origine etnica Albanese. L’ONU amministra il Kosovo dal 1999, data in cui la NATO ha cessato gli attacchi lanciati con lo scopo di bloccare la presunta pulizia etnica degli Albanesi del Kosovo da parte della Serbia. Il piano dell’ONU per l’indipendenza del Kosovo, abbozzato dall’inviato speciale Martti Ahtisaari, è bloccato dalla Russia, membro permanente del Consiglio di Sicurezza, e respinto dalla Serbia. Secondo il piano Ahtisaari, la futura bandiera del Kosovo, così come il suo sigillo e il suo inno, dovranno riflettere il carattere multietnico del territorio. 

Qualsiasi persona che desidera partecipare a questa competizione è eleggibile. La persona, la cui proposta verrà ritenuta vincente, riceverà un premio di 10.000 euro, al secondo e al terzo premiati andranno rispettivamente 7.000 e 5.000 euro.
